Hosts were very attentive and provided everything you could imagine you needed for the stay. Very thoughtful and helpful. Check in was easy and room was spotless. • Rachel (10/5): Perfect stay in Dubrovnik - Stunning apartment in a fantastic location - Great location just outside walls of old town. The apartment itself is beautifully decorated and very comfortable with lots of facilities. Everything is as described in the pictures. The terrace was a big plus, private and lovely views of old town. The owners were very helpful if you needed anything. Nothing- it was all lovely! Just note there are steps up and down to the Pile gate but that’s everywhere in Dubrovnik and it Wouldn’t put us off staying again.

Apartment had a lovely view onto the sea and wall, very clean and nicely decorated.
• Stewart (9/5): A great short break - The property was clean and tidy, the pre arrival video was great although a little long. The goodies on arrival were brilliant and we made full use of them. Any queries we had were dealt with promptly, were to leave luggage before leaving the property. The plunge pool was great and was used in the afternoon every day. Please be aware that the number of steps you have to climb to get back from the old town is about 160, get an ice cream on your way back.

We kregen alvast een instructiefilmpje toegestuurd hoe we zelf naar binnen konden voor het geval de eigenaar er niet was op het moment van aankomst, superhandig. Het appartement was nog vrij nieuw. Het bed was fijn en de regendouche was geweldig! De ligging was perfect, naast de stadsmuur van het historisch centrum van Dubrovnik. Wij komen hier zeker nog eens terug! Eigenlijk viel er niets tegen. De enige uitdaging was de trap met 156 treden die vanaf het appartement richting Pile poort liep. Maar het uitzicht vanaf deze trap maakte alles weer goed 😊

Easy access to old town & fort - without the crowds. 167 steps from bus stop to apartment street was a challenge 2 or 3 times a day.....but if you don't like steps then Dubrovnik is not for you.

It was a shame that a place as expensive as this offered only a sofa bed as the place to sleep. It was comfortable but was not a normal bed all the same.

• Thomas (10/5): Fantastic apartment and location - Property is exactly as shown and described. Rooms are nicely done with everything you need: toiletries, towels, salt and pepper, tea & coffee ... The apartments are well located, a 5 mins walk downhill to Pile Gate (be aware you need to climb back uphill after) and all the restaurants and attractions in the Old Town. Pool was nice and well maintained, sunbeds available. Host was fantastic, bringing freshly baked food, fruit and drying our clothes when they got wet. Highly recommend. Nothing, was a perfect stay

We also loved the treats left by the owner on two of the days we were there The fact we slept on a sofa bed for a week! Both our backs are very bad and we both had trouble sleeping all week. It was very squeaky as well, not really acceptable for that price. Also, there was lack of mirrors to do make up in the bedroom. Also very little storage space and nowhere to hang trousers

The location is perfect for easy access to the main sights, communication was excellent (including helpful videos to get us to the location), the apartment is tastefully decorated with everything we needed, and the pool was lovely to cool off after all the stairs of Dubrovnik. Marija left us nice little treats a few times and was very helpful. Would strongly recommend for couples and would certainly stay again! Nothing!

The hosts were so amazing, the property was so clean, I could go on. I have nothing negative to say at all, would stay here again and again. I see other negative reviews about the stairs, but that is all of Dubrovnik and it is unavoidable to encounter stairs in this city.

We thoroughly enjoyed the terrace in the evenings and the thoughtfulness of the host to give us baked goodies and some homemade liquor to taste. The AC worked amazingly in the hot July summer. Cannot think of anything. It was amazing. Location is perfect.
• Ant (10/5): Exceptional - Marijja and Antun are great hosts. The apartment was fantastic, right next to the city walls and easy access to the airport. This place is an ideal spot for people who want to explore Dubrovnik. The pool was amazing, as it was 35 degrees when we visited! Antun and Marijja helped us with taxis, gave us fresh cakes on a Morning and even helped us with taxis. A must stay!!

• David (9/5): Superb accommodation. Very comfortable, ideal location and great hosts! - Beautifully presented spacious apartment. Very clean and all facilities were great. The pool area was again clean and private with only maximum of 6 persons. Location was ideal — you can’t avoid steps in old town Dubrovnik! Local shop and bakery within 5 minute walk. Hosts were 5⭐️ — communicated well from booking through to check out. Instructions and access made it all very easy. Nice little touches of fresh cake being delivered daily and snacks on arrival. We would definitely recommend this apartment.
• Drew (9/5): Great locations & lovely hosts - Location was amazing, only 5 minute walk from the Old Town. Facilities were great, the bathroom and shower were great, bed was comfortable, the pool was great. Room was clean, and we got a mid-week clean and bed linen/towel refresh which was really appreciated. The hosts were lovely and really accommodating. The room was clearly decorated with thought and consideration. We would stay again in a heartbeat. The only thing we would have loved was some umbrellas by the pool so it was possible to have some shade. The pool and sun loungers are in direct sun with no shade until late afternoon (4pm ish) and so we couldn't really take advantage of the pool and sun loungers as we didn't want to be in the sun all day.
• Carmen (8/5): Very good - The location is great, just a few minutes walk from the Old Town! Down lots of steps but not a problem for us. It was really nice having a small pool and sunbed area to take a chill from the busy city centre. The location of the apartment on Google Maps is not too accurate, it will take you to a set of narrow stairs on the road above - you just need to go to the bottom of the those stairs and take a left, and the first door on the left (no. 6) are the apartments (you will also receive a 6 minute video guide on this but it's pretty easy to find as I've described) Note that the bed in the deluxe studio is a sofa bed - we had not realised this and thought the room came with both a sofa and a bed from the pics. Unfortunately the sofa bed was not the most comfortable - my husband is 6'3 so the bar at the end of the bed meant he had to sleep diagonally! The rest of the room & bathroom is nice and well equipped.

The location was really good, right next to the old town and very central. The room was beautifully decorated and it was very clean. Our host was also very helpful and very responsive, as we needed her help with an umbrella during the rain. The pool was also beautiful. I would love to return here

So many lovely touches from the owners, home made cakes and beer on arrival in the fridge. Also home made treats of cakes and pancakes after a long day of sightseeing was a welcome treat. The pool was an added bonus to relax after sightseeing and the many cobbled steps of Dubrovnik. Could not fault the accommodation.The owners were so helpful in getting us an airport transfer too, nothing was too much bother . A quick message and they replied almost immediately. We had a wonderful experience staying here and the late check out was a massive bonus and very much appreciated. Thankyou . Having to come home !!

Perfect host, location, comfort, cleanliness and it was very quiet given that I was so central. The pool was a real treat and I was often there alone. This was a solo trip and I felt very safe too. It's beautifully decorated - a real home from home. Nothing, I adored it.

The location was perfect for the old town, but we were also able to get away and relax around the pool. Marija and Antun were available and able to give advice when needed from everything from restaurants to excursions. Marija's daily treats were incredible and such a thoughtful touch. There wasn't anything we didn't like.

• Iain (10/5): Fantastic, Beautiful and so very friendly! - We had an amazing stay, The host met us at the apartment and showed us around and where everything was including some absolutely amazing home baking and local specialties. Amazing view over the sea form our private terrace. Nothing from thaccomodation directly, but while it was no issue for us the main walking route to Old Town was via around 150 stairs down to the gate, easy going into town but a bit of a hike up on the way back.

On arrival they supplied us with milk and made fresh breakfast cake for us as the shops were closed.Marija also left us some drinks and snacks in the apartment which was much appreciated Communication via WhatsApp was very good and the pool and patio were lovely and ideal to enjoy the weather. • Lorna (10/5): Absolutely beautiful - Literally one of the nicest places I've ever stayed. The level of comfort, cosiness and luxury is second to none. I will come back to Dubrovnik specifically to stay at this beautiful place. Nothing. Perhaps it would be nice if there was a cafe next door as there is no breakfast included but the host leaves delicious cakes and fruit at your door every morning and you can make coffee in your apartment.

So thoughtful. Excellent location. not far from old town. A good few steps to climb on way home. Pool was immaculate and fab views. Highly recommend. liked everything!!

Outside on the terrace we had our own little table and chairs with space for drying towels etc - lovely touch! Marija very kindly left us some food and drinks/snacks in the fridge. Most days she also left us delicious snacks on our terrace table. Lovely touch!! Location is perfect, short walk into the old town (but a lot of steps so not suitable if you need accessible accommodation). Swimming pool is immaculately clean, looks brand new! Overall, perfect accommodation with a wonderful host! Nothing.

The room was exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated by our host Marija who also provided amenities above and beyond what we expected to receive. Hosts were also easy to contact if/when had questions or we needed any assistance. They were also so kind and made us feel so welcome. The property itself is very close to the old town with access to basic convenience stores nearby. We had the terrace room and the terrace was exceptional with a stunning view. The pool was also fantastic and such a great place to enjoy after a busy day of walking in the heat! Our host also sent us a video before we arrived which made it so much easier for us to find the property. Marija also provided lovely home baked treats and fresh fruit which was an unexpected delight. Excellent experience all round and we couldn’t imagine staying at any other property if we’re ever back in Dubrovnik. Nothing. Just be aware that the property is at the top of a steep flight of steps above the old town. Personally we managed fine, but some people may want to take this into consideration. However we would say the property is well worth it!

• Anna (10/5): An oasis by the city walls - Exceptional property, location and host. After finding ourselves in Dubrovnik, mid July, with nowhere to stay after a last minute issue with our original Dubrovnik accommodation, we quickly searched booking.com and within 15 minutes we had booked and checked in to this wonderful accommodation. The hosts could not have been more welcoming and hospitable. We were met with homemade cakes, cool drinks and she really took the time to welcome us and show us the property which is full of beautiful handmade touches. There was everything you could need within the accommodation. The pool was an incredible touch and we found it the perfect way to cool off after an afternoon walking around the beautiful Old Town. This property is an oasis in the heart of a beautiful, bustling city. The property is located right next to the city walls, less than a 5 minute walk from Pile Gate. Highly recommended. Thank you Marija and Antun! We loved everything!

• David (10/5): Beautiful apartments in a beautiful city. - Set in a beautiful location, just above the Old Town these lovely apartments are just perfect. The host is amazing and does everything she can to make your stay special. The fact that they have a pool area, with its plunge pool makes it even more enticing as it overlooks the sea as well as the Old Town and they are not commonplace in this central area. • Robert (10/5): Beautiful apartment overlooking the Old Town. - The apartment was beautifully appointed including artwork by the host Marija who was lovely and very helpful throughout. Excellent facilities, including a strong shower pressure, great AC, huge private terrace with our apartment and clean swimming pool. The location could not be more perfect, right outside the main gate to the Old Town.
• Nish (10/5): Great apartment that's centrally located with a lovely pool and outdoors area - The apartment is functional with all required facilities for a short stay. It's very central but has been designed in a way to ensure you still feel removed from the hustle and bustle of the busy town centre. The pool area is stunning with beautifully maintained plants and grants you amazing views of the city walls and beyond but still enclosed and private enough to let you laze by the sunbeds without feeling overlooked. Marija was a brilliant host sharing all hints and tips to help us explore the city and made us feel very welcome throughout the stay even spoiling us with homemade baked goods quite regularly.
• Sergio (10/5): Better than great! - I booked the room at the last minute and only gave a few minutes notice before arriving. Despite this, the owner personally prepared the room on the spot to minimise my waiting time. The room was very clean and brand new, with all the comforts and excellent location just a few minutes walk from the city centre. The owner was always extremely kind and caring and even allowed me to use the room after checking out while waiting for my return flight. Highly recommended!

We loved the apartment it has just been refurbished and is so clean - As this was an apartment breakfast wasn't included but the owner marija was so lovely and left fresh fruit or pastries at our door every morning. Marija made us feel so welcome and this made our stay even better I loved everything about this apartment . I can't say one bad thing about it. It is just a five minute walk from the old town and 30 minutes from the airport. Perfect location. Nice clean apartment and pool was cleaned every morning. Marija was a lovely host and we will definitely come back.

Place is brand new and cleanliness is spotless. And what to say about swimming pool....another superb amenity with stunning view.. Location is just perfect, Just 5 min walk from Old City. You are in the Center but again it is very quiet and relaxing. . All together it is very charming place. Our host Marija was absolutely amazing, very helpful and welcoming. I would highly recommend this place to everybody and definitely we will be back here when we visit Dubrovnik.
