- Meghan (1/5): - Rien, le propriétaire appelle 2 heures avant l'arrivée alors que nous avions réservé depuis 5 mois!!! pour inventer un première excuse de frais supplémentaires booking et que airbnb est plus intéressant. Il ne nous propose qu'une chose: on annule de notre côté, il nous fait visiter le logement et si on le veut il nous fera une réduction sur le prix que l'on devra payer de suite, évidemment il sait que l'on vient de l'étranger et que nous sommes plus susceptibles d'être arnaquer que d'autres dans un pays étrangers.
Après avoir eu booking en ligne, le propriétaire explique a booking qu'il doit annuler à cause d'une fuite d'eau. Booking promet d'abord de nous faire 3 propositions et de rembourser la différence. Puis une longue attente, rien, je rappelle, et là de nouveau une longue attente en ligne pendant qu'elle cherche et parle à son supérieur pour finalement me proposer un logement au triple du prix du précédent et me dire qu'il ne peuvent pas réserver pour nous et prendre en charge... en effet c'est a nous de payer 2000€ d'avance et une fois que nous aurons une facture, PEUT-ÊTRE, nous serons remboursé de la différence !!! Nous avons trouvé 5 mètres à côté de la proposition de booking un logement de remplacement, sur le site Booking, à 1100€ environ au lieu des 700€ environ initial de la réservation de 5 mois, j'espère que le sav prendra en compte la demande de remboursement de différence à cause de leur logement proposé par un arnaqueur ! - Cm (1/5): Ha sido horrible no reserven con este apartamento , nos cancelaron en el ultimo momento estando ya en Londres y ibamos c - Nada No se dignaron ni ha coger el telefono ni a contestar los mensajes despues de cancelarnos el apartamento el mismo dia estando ya en Londres
- Ricardo (1/5): Indecente, cancelou a reserva 1:30h antes de chegarmos ao alojamento - Nada O propriétario cancelou a reserva 1:30 antes de eu chegar ao local, em que já tinha realizado a minha viagem de portugal pra londres, já estava no transfer para o alojamento e foi me cancelada a reserva, deixando me sem alojamento quando já estava noutro pais e com uma prova no dia seguinte.
Indecente, ligamos várias vezes e ninguem atendeu.
- Andrés (7/5): Buen Piso en Kensington - La ubicación del sitio era excelente, además la terraza del apartamento estaba muy bien. El anfitrión fue muy atento en todo momento. Nos hicieron esperar hasta las 17:00 de la tarde para realizar el check in ya que, según no comentaron, los anteriores inquilinos habían salido tarde y tenían que limpiar el piso. Cuándo entramos el piso estaba impoluto.
- Judit (1/5): NO RESERVAR, CANCELAN A ÚLTIMO MOMENTO - No reservéis este alojamiento, el propietario nos canceló la reserva el mismo día de nuestra llegada por la mañana, mientras estábamos volando a Londres. Al llegar le llamamos y nos dijo que booking había cancelado la reserva, pero para nada! Fue el quien canceló por que se lo había alquilado a otra familia por otra plataforma.
Y esto lo sabemos por que ni siquiera se molestó en cambiar el código del locker de las llaves y pudimos entrar al apartamento sin problema. Así que aunque no os cancelen la reserva, corréis el peligro de que alguien pueda entrar en el apartamento con vosotros dentro. MUY INSEGURO

Zostaliśmy na ulicy bez noclegu i pieniędzy, które zwrócono po 2 tygodniach! Booking nie przejął się sytuacją, nie dostaliśmy żadnych wyjaśnień w związku z odwołanym noclegiem ani nowego noclegu. Znaleźć nocleg z godziny na godzinę w centrum Londynu w zbliżonej cenie jest niemożliwe i nikt nie zaoferował pomocy. Nie polecam, jeśli szukacie sprawdzonego noclegu, bo rezerwacja miesiąc wcześniej i opłacenie przed przyjazdem nie daje żadnej gwarancji.

- Andras (8/5): - Jó helyen van, nagy, több szobás, és olcsó. A fűtéssel voltak gondok, csak az előtérben és a szobában ment a radiátor, de a lakás gyorsan bemelegedett. Némi karbantartás ráfér a helyre, de az áráért megéri.

- Gabyta (4/5): No es recomendable - La ubicación y el precio. La cama de una habitación estaba con todas las maderas centrales rotas. Habia pelusas y polvo. Intentamos contactar para encontrar solución y nadie contestó.
- Joan (5/5): Fin beliggenhed, men dårlig standard. Måske er det det man får til den pris og størrelse i London - Beliggenhed tæt ved en Underground og indkøb. Sengene var dårlige og dårligt udstyret køkken. Gammel smudset gulvtæppe i opgang og gang. Trænger til nyt toiletbræt.
Og en bedre sofa i stuen.
- Natasha (9/5): So much space!!! - So much space! We had 4 adults and 2 kids in our group. We all had plenty of space to be comfortable. We loved it! We weren't prepared for the internal stairs. Be ready to walk up two more flights once you get inside. It's not so bad once you get used to it, but the first few times will wear you out.

- Delfo (6/5): Buono - La posizione e la vicinanza alla metropolitana Letti scomodi e in particolare un letto matrimoniale il cui materasso andrebbe urgentemente sostituito perché sfondato al centro.
Inoltre gli asciugamani in dotazione non bastavano per tutti e solo dopo aver contattato la struttura sono magicamente apparsi fuori della porta.

- Deanna (6/5): Great location...but could use improvements - Location rigt near the tube was so convienant. Loved the balcony and that it had a washer/dryer was so nice! Full size beds need new mattresses as they are not comfortable. It was an older flat so lots of stairs and suitcases made it difficult and thought the pictures didn't match once we saw it in person.
- Michael (3/5): Very disappointing as pictures don’t match the flat. - Unfortunately the pictures do not match what you actually get. I booked this In November last year and it had positive reviews. Since then it has not been maintained It tells you that it is one flight of stairs… the first to the flat but the second flight in the flat is not mentioned. The beds are very old and dirty and uncomfortable. It had a mish mash of furniture in the bedrooms and the heating did not work throughout. However it is in a great location 2 minutes from west Kensington station., across the road is Tesco and food stores such as pizza and Asian. It was such a disappoint.
- Dimitrios (1/5): Challeging stsy - The place has old beds and mattresses. Moreover, after you stay, the responsible owners or company has been disappeared and not providing any invoice to us after several requests.
- Sheree (6/5): Theatre break for my 60th. - For us the location was good. Easy to get into central London for theatre via earls court and west Kensington tubes. There is a large Waitrose opposite. It's up two flights of stairs so you need to be able. The balcony could be made a nice feature, we were lucky with a sunny morning. The double bedrooms were quiet apart from noise of water flowing from a down pipe on another flat and pigeons. The beds were comfortable enough. The single room has more traffic noise from the road, but my daughter slept ok. The sinks in the kitchen need a bit of bleaching and it would be useful to have a plug as there wasn't a washing up bowl. I would have liked a teapot but not even a jug to make tea in.
It's a little worn around the edges, but overall good.

- Frednalyn (4/5): Won’t stay again - The location was great, close to the station, shops and restaurants The property was dirty!
Basically the owner said their cleaner got confused and have not clean the place for our arrival at 7pm when all we wanted was to rest from our trip.
You can imagine my disappointment esp as I have a 4 yo with me who slept in a room that wasn’t cleaned with beddings that hasn’t been washed (no clean towels so I used baby wiped to clean her up for bedtime) and for the rest of us, a place that was dirty esp the bins hasn’t been emptied and no toilet paper which are all basic needs.
The owner was kind enough to offer to move us to a different property which was 830pm by then but my little one’s already asleep and it’s freezing outside (2nd Jan) so best to not go anywhere , so he offered a discount instead and to send clean beddings, towels, toilet rolls and bin liners which arrived at 9pm.
Unfortunately the owner didn’t keep his promise of giving a discount and has since ignored my messages and the emails sent by customer services when I escalated the issue. I gave 2 months before I left a review as was hoping the owner keep his words, but he didn’t so here’s my honest review.
Location was good as close to station, shops and restaurants but don’t use the single room as it’s where the boiler is and was loud all night. I wished I have moved my little one, she slept ok but I didn’t. There was also a stranger who tried to get in the building which was worrying in terms of safety, apparently it happens. So yeah, won’t be staying again.

- Decent shower , nice and hot
- Overall a pleasant stay - Bed mattress in main bedroom could do with replacing (big dip in the middle)
- Few bits need replacing/ updating as they’re broken or a bit old (chests of drawers , mattresses , light bulb in living area )
- A lot of rubbish outside the front of the property on arrival , didn’t look particularly welcoming although this wasn’t the hosts fault
- An oven mitt and a pair of scissors would’ve been useful
- Sharon (7/5): Great for a short stay in London - Location was great very close to West Kensington tube for exploring. Plenty of good local restaurants and shops. The flat was clean but was a little tired in places but we were out all day so it was perfectly adequate. There were minor problems with the shower taps and no instructions regarding wi fi etc or what was expected on leaving

- Josie (1/5): Dirty - The location is close to the tube The whole apartment was dirty, beds were so uncomfortable we booked and paid for 2 nights but left after one night. The whole flat is in need of a good clean. The floors are uneven and thresholds are not secure. My mum fell over it, one screw holding it in place. No TV available apart from one in rhe bedroom. Dust everywhere. Toilet seat was full of marks very unclean. Attached are photographs, this place is not worth the money they are charging. Bins all outside the front of the flat overflowing with rubbish.

- Andrew (7/5): Great location for us. Affordable, comfortable, clean. - Location to public transport & suitable bedrooms for a family of 6 people. Seemed like stale smell of old cigarettes, needed new deodorisers.
- Rajini (8/5): Very good - Excellent location from West Kensington station. Less than 5 minutes walk to apartment from station. The place was clean and neat though the fixtures do look a bit run down. However we were usually out the whole day and only back in the late evening so it was pleasant enough for my family of four for our one week stay in London. Shops and restaurants located just across the apartment so it was very convenient. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it 😃 Issue the heater in the rooms as well the sound coming from the security alarm
