• Christophe (5/5): Goed verblijf gehad maar accommodatie voldeed niet aan onze verwachtingen. - De accommodatie is goed gelegen om Firenze te voet te bezoeken. Er is een bushalte vlakbij. Aan de overkant is een kleine supermarkt met een groot aanbod. Ook de diverse vuilbakken, er wordt serieus gerecycleerd, zijn vlakbij. De accommodatie was heel proper. Heel goede bedden; matrassen, beddengoed en kussens waren van een uitstekende kwaliteit. Echt top. Voldoende handdoeken van goeie kwaliteit. Regendouche werkte goed. De accommodatie wordt beheerd door een groep jonge mensen die heel goed Engels spreken en gemakkelijk bereikbaar zijn. De verwarming werkte niet naar behoren. De radiator in de gang werkte niet, deze in de keuken half, deze in de badkamer gaf amper warmte. Waarschijnlijk moet heel de installatie ontlucht worden. Er ontbraken ook knopen aan de meeste radiatoren. Zeker niet geschikt bij koud weer. Gelukkig kon er ook verwarmd worden met de airco units. De afwasmachine en de dampkap werkten niet. De koffiemachine was kapot maar men bracht een wisselstuk dat we zelf moesten monteren. Geen microgolf. Ook geen wijnglazen beschikbaar en dat in een land waar wijn een heel belangrijke plaats inneemt. Een deel van de verlichting werkte niet. De zetels zou men niet eens bij ons in de kringloopwinkel willen verkopen. Heel oncomfortabel en versleten. Maar drie stoelen. In de slaapkamers bijna geen mogelijkheid om kleren op te hangen. Het appartement is langs één zijde aan een drukke straat gelegen daardoor veel geluid van auto's en scooters. Oordoppen zijn nodig om te kunnen slapen. De accommodatie zou qua verwarming, elektriciteit en huishoudtoestellen eens serieus mogen in orde gebracht worden.

• Rakita H. (8/5): Great location - The location was perfect. It was walkable to all of the attractions and food. It was around a 10-20 minute walk for most attractions and didn't seem to like it took that long. Small market across the street. Area seemed safe at night. Not noisy at all. Coffee and tea available along with shampoo, dish/hand soap, paper towels, etc. More of these type of things were provided than I have experienced elsewhere. The listing states microwave but it wasn't one in my unit. Had to use oven but the icons were missing and there were no oven mitts. Took a while to find some in the local stores. Didn't get a response from owner when I asked about it. Microwave and fridge are my must have amenties that I will pass on a place for. If that isn't a must have for you, this place is great.

• Entenza (10/5): Perfecto, limpio y acondicionado para pasar unos días en familia - Perfecto. con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días en pleno casco histórico. Con lavadora y lavavajillas, y con productos disponibles para poder utilizar los electrodomésticos. Sábanas y ropa de cama blanca, impoluta. Todo súper limpio. Súper recomendable. La luz del espejo del baño no funcionaba, pero estaba disponible la de la ducha, así que sin problema.
• Rodrigo (7/5): It was a good stay but we feel it was overpriced. - Location was great. Nice to walk around the neighborhood. It's spacious. The kitchen is not well equipped. The lights in the bathroom were not working properly. It is way more run down than what you can see in the pictures. We've stayed in flawless places in Florence for 75-80% of the price.

• Jana (10/5): Úžasný a velmi prostorný byt v tichém domě a přitom nedaleko historického centra. - Kouzelný byt s atmosférou a přitom velmi prostorný a pohodlný. Některé kusy nábytku by zasloužily opravu, hodilo by se i více židlí ke stolu.
• Antonina (10/5): - Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen! Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig – für uns fünf war mehr als genug Platz. Die Betten sind sehr bequem, es gibt drei Klimaanlagen und alles Nötige ist vorhanden. Die Lage ist auch sehr praktisch. Es gibt keine Parkmöglichkeit. Selbst kostenpflichtige Parkplätze sind oft überfüllt, und die Tiefgaragen sind sehr teuer. Aber das ist eher ein generelles Problem der Stadt und nicht der Wohnung.

• Cuzzo4x4 (8/5): Porta Romana stay - Great location in Porta Romana, walking distance to the river and the Duomo. Right around the corner from Palazzo Vecchio. The room has plenty of space, it is a bit quirky. Yes as others have noted the steps are steep and can be a challenge carrying suitcases. I'd stay here again having said all that. Kitchen layout was a challenge

• Minfeng (10/5): Exceptional - The host is very welcoming. The Apartment is large and quiet. The bed is very comfortable. The location is very close to the old town and it takes only 10-15 minutes walk to Ponte Vecchio.

• Jontyjames (10/5): Exceptional - Very comfortable and large apartment, kept extremely clean and in a quieter area of Florence (while still being close to all the action!). We loved our time, and Niccolo is extremely helpful. It was a really nice change of pace to feel like we were right at home compared to staying in hotels - Highly recommend! Everything was excellent! We had some difficulty with opening the building door lock (pretty normal for Florence) but once the host showed us the trick we had no issues at all.
• Tea (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is located on the second floor of the building - no elevator! The location is nice and the apartment is very spacious and clean, located around 1km from Ponte Vecchio in a busy street. There is parking for 2e/hr in the vicinity of the building.

• Yauhen (9/5): Superb - Perfect place to spend time in Florence, walking distance to every major sights, 2 parking garages nearby. No elevator if you have heavy luggage, but that’s the drawback of the old building
• Oleksandr (10/5): Perfect apartment in calm area with short distance to centre - Very nice bright apartment. Many beds, everything is clean. Staff is polite, welcoming and friendly. Location is good, a bit aside from main central attractions, but very close walk distance. Kitchen had everything needed, crib was provided. We had a very good time in Florence thanks to the apartment. Just be aware of staircase to go up 2 levels.

Host recommended a restaurant, which we found to be very good, we went there twice, despite the vast choice of dining places in Florence. Apartment is handy for the bus although is also withing walking distance of the centre. Wardrobe in the main bedroom was a bit quirky, in that it was up a steep staircase.

• Desislava (10/5): Very nice place in Florence - The flat is situated on the 2nd floor in an old building, in a walking distance of the sightseeings of the city. There is a supermarket nearby. We are satisfait with the conditions. It had everything we needed. If a man is looking for faults, he will always find them. The most important things : the apartment was very clean and people tried to keep the guests happy and feel good. If you need something, just ask... 🙂

• Larry (9/5): Nice, large 2 bedroom apartment, clean and very comfortable. Our family of 4 enjoyed the stay and would visit again. I w - Large apartment with 2 bedrooms, large living room, large kitchen with dining table. Easy check-in and check-out, nice host, close to bus stop. 1 smaller bathroom, needed some lite maintenance, light bulbs, etc and located on a busier road with narrow sidewalks, not horrible, but would be aware if handicapped or had a kids stroller, 2nd floor apartment with limited access and on road with narrow sidewalks (pretty typical of Florence) just something to know, our 5 and 8 yr old were comfortable and the bus stop is close, which was a big plus. Parking is a bit tricky, but this is normal as well, I emailed the private garage about 600 meters away and made a reservation, this was pretty easy and worked great once I figured out the entrance to the parking.

• Maja (9/5): Perfect accommodation for a family, close to every major attraction in Florence. - Location, location, location. Central yet quiet and peaceful. The size of the apartment is perfect for a family, it was easy to get around, and all major attractions are within relatively short walking distance. Convenience store right across the street is a big plus when traveling with children. Much more authentic accommodation than any hotel. Would definitely try and stay at the same place next time around!
• Izumi (10/5): Exceptional - A clean, modern, beautiful and spacious apartment that comfortably accommodates a family of 5. All rooms are air-conditioned! The location is also great. Everything you want to see in Florence can be reached on foot or by bus number 11. If you like the movie "Inferno", the entrance to the Boboli Gardens is 1 minute from the apartment and you can literally relive the escape scene from Boboli to Palazzo Vecchio in the movie. Also the restaurant in this side of Florence are less touristic and better priced. Niccolo and Massimo are very friendly hosts and their personal assistance made our stay in Florence even more memorable. Nothing to complain

The apartment was a good size and had everything we needed. Great coffee spot near by and close to bus and taxis. Little bit of traffic noise at night outside bedroom window.
