Mai (2/5): Unacceptable that the owner listed this place. Was not advertised as the pictures. - Decent location We do not like how the owner of the property can list this place on booking.com when there was stains on the floor and ceiling. Especially in 1 of the rooms there were extensive black mold which is a health hazard. I have asthma which could have ended bad if I slept in that room. We were forced to move the mattresses out into the living and stay there for the entire stay as we did not want to risk inhaling black mold. There was dirty forks and knifes and even dead cockroach. We do not recommend this stay.
Greg (6/5): Average - location, kitchen well appointed with quality cookware floors not clean, remains in freezer from previous occupants, both lamps on living area did not work, TV worked intermittently, first night, roughly 6 hours, Saturday, 2 hours tops, Sunday, approximately 4 hours. vision would cease but audio would remain. check in instructions were outdated and inaccurate. . light in range hood not working
Emilia (4/5): Disappointed! - We loved the packet of Tim Tams and water bottles waiting for us on arrival. The apartment was generally clean (except for the bedsheets and shower drain), it was spacious and in a great location for us. The host was gracious enough to give us early check-in and late check-out. We were unable to shower during our two day stay as the drain was blocked and would over flow when the shower was turned on. We tried contacting the host, but there was no response as it was the weekend. The sink in the bathroom had no sink waste (a real problem if your ring fell, it would go straight down the drain) and the water would not flow down the sink at a steady pace while washing my face. The bed sheets in the second bedroom were stained and had two long black hairs on the pillow.

Judith (9/5): Thoroughly enjoyable stay in a very comfortable apartment. - Building location was perfect for us, apartment location within the building was great! Good facilities, comfy beds. There was mould in bedrooms and bathroom, shower didn’t drain well and toilet seat doesn’t properly fit the bowl.
Molinaro (8/5): Very good - Convenience of stores near by. Location of apartment. There was a few things like. 1. Lights in loungeroom stand not working. 2. Drains in bathroom not draining properly. 3. No mop and bucket or broom to clean. 4. Vaccum cleaner missing extension and brush.

Hope (8/5): Great place for money value. - It’s was a neat, secure modern apartment. With secure under ground parking which was amazing. Not necessarily that I didn’t like but there seemed to be a problem with shower, as it wasn’t draining properly/ fast enough which did cause some overflow.
