- Paula (10/5): A little bit like home :) - The apartment was self check-in and very clean with all apartment ammenities you would want. Just enough room for 2 people and suitcases. Location of this branch is very close to central Osaka shopping district - 15min walk. Very convenient. And plenty of local restaurants around and supermarkets too. And the room has private washing machine, powder and bathroom drying clothes setting is the best. I would use this company again for future stays. At first we had a little difficulty unlocking the lobby door but eventually figured it out. And the sensor front entrance light in the apartment room was a tad annoying but I figured out how to turn the little switch off. And could do with a few more hangers to dry clothes in bathroom on dryer setting. And note the room we stayed in only had enough room for exactly 2 suitcases. The only real down side was the mattress was extremely firm/hard but thats relatively normal in Japan but if your a soft only sleeper you will not like it.

- MEHMET NACI (5/5): Cigarette Smell 🚬 - The location is convenient and easy to access, close to main attractions and transport options. Even though the room was listed as non-smoking, there was a constant cigarette smell throughout my stay. I offer nothing about it. The towel quality was extremely poor — thin and rough like paper. The rubbish-room was unhygienic and dirty; you really have to be careful not to breathe too deeply because of the dust and odor. The carpets were old, dirty, and had a strong unpleasant smell. The room was noisy, making it difficult to rest properly. There were no tea or coffee-making facilities provided, unlike most other hotels in this category.

El alojamiento es amplio, moderno y muy limpio, tenía cocina equipada, lavadora/secadora y todo lo necesario para sentirnos como en casa. El check-in fue muy sencillo y fluido, sin complicaciones. También apreciamos que justo al salir tuviéramos tiendas de conveniencia muy cerca para cualquier imprevisto. Sin duda lo recomendaría y volvería a reservarlo para otro viaje, es un lugar muy practico! No está cerca de los principales lugares turísticos y la estación de metro queda a una breve caminata. El aire acondicionado podría mejorar, pero en general fue una buena experiencia y ofrece una excelente relación calidad-precio. ✨ Lo recomiendo para quienes buscan comodidad y tranquilidad.

Ele funciona, na verdade, num modelo de self-check-in. Não há atendimento efetivamente. Os quartos são espaçosos e o banheiro é ok. Ele poderia ficar numa região mais próxima das atrações e dos bairros mais movimentados, e o atendimento poderia ser melhor.

Район тихий, в пешей доступности два больших супермаркета и несколько комбини, Намба 25 минут неспешным шагом, 10 минут пешком до метро. На первом этаже можно взять все расходники, если закончились. Розетки с обеих сторон кровати. Плохая шумоизоляция, стены картонные, но кладут одноразовые беруши. Нет крючка для полотенец в душевой. В комнате только один маленький кофейный столик, есть за ним вдвоем неудобно. Кроме него была ещё банкетка, разложить какие-то мелочи и технику для подзарядки было проблематично, места не хватало.

- Lars Walter (9/5): Moderne Apartments - Das Apartment ist gut gelegen, der Self-check-in ist technisch gut aufgebaut und verlief reibungslos. Gut ist, dass man seine Sachen vor und nach dem Aufenthalt in einem über einen vorab mitgeteilten Türcode zugänglichen Vorraum abstellen kann. Dafür übernimmt der Betreiber mangels Personals vor Ort natürlich keine Haftung, aber das Diebstahlrisiko ist in Japan grundsätzlich gering. Das Apartment war modern eingerichtet, neue lautlose Klimaanlage und es war tadellos sauber. Der Balkon und die Waschmaschine waren nette und praktische Extras. Es war ohne englischsprachige Anleitung etwas schwierig, die japanisch beschriftete Waschmaschine zu bedienen, aber mit Übersetzungshilfe durch Google Lens hat es geklappt.

- Yujun (10/5): Highly recommended — the best place we’ve ever stayed in Osaka, and we can’t wait to come back! - The location is fantastic — you really get to experience the local culture here, as many residents live in this area. It feels very safe, with two big markets nearby and a convenience store just around the corner. The apartment is also super close to the subway station, which makes exploring Osaka very easy. The room is cozy but has everything you need, including a well-equipped kitchen and a cute bathtub. There’s even a 24-hour coin laundry downstairs, which is perfect for drying clothes. The room has great natural lighting and excellent soundproofing. Overall, this is the best serviced apartment hotel we have ever stayed in. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Osaka!👍❤️

- Laura (8/5): Osaka: las nuevas vegas - - Habitación amplia y limpia - Camas cómodas - Lavadora y secadora - Planta baja tienes diferentes amenities para que dispongas de ellos cuando necesites. Cajoneras con toallas para que cojas cuando las necesites. - No hay nadie para recibirte. - No hay locker para dejar el equipaje tanto a la llegada como a la salida. Las horas tanto del checkin como del checout no favorecen esto. Tuvimos que dejarlas en la planta baja sin vigilancia. Además pone bien claro que no se hacen responsables de nada.

Great location, right next to the subway station, within 10-15 minutes in Namba, and even walkable from Namba back at night. No place to sit and eat, only the bed. No table to eat your food, everything has to be done on the bed. No chairs in the balcony either, no clothing rack to dry the clothes, no knifes or scissors available either,

- BTNYC (9/5): Very nice new building and room! - Brand new building, the room was very clean and everything seemed quite new. I like the fact that it was in a quite neighborhood, and two short blocks from an amazing supermarket where you could get fresh ready made local food.

- Hong (10/5): 非常喜歡這一次的住宿，下次有到大阪一定會優先考慮再住這裡 - 靠近大阪Metro地鐵的「大國町」站，附近不遠也有超市、全家、Lawson，生活機能超讚。附近也有漁市可以吃便宜又新鮮的海鮮。房間乾淨舒適，備品、洗衣粉、廚具、餐具也一應俱全。 房間的燈光有點昏暗，如果可以再加一盞立燈或牆燈應該會很好，建議衣架可以多給幾個，再附幾個晾衣夾，洗衣服會方便許多。
