- Guest (8/5): Everything that was needed was there! - Very compact, but all the needs for coffee, cooking facilities, were provided! Very clean! Owners very helpful with change of dates and available to answer questions! Highly recommend! Open windows would have been better as I like to sleep with windows open.

Everything we needed….well set up kitchen; tea & coffee; smart TV with prime, TSN, netflex; nice bathroom & shower with towels, shampoo, hot water, etc; very comfortable bed; quiet & safe neighbourhood; spotlessly clean; great communication from hosts. And we were able to have our small dog with us at no extra cost. We couldn’t have asked for anything more. We liked everything about this property.

- Susanne (10/5): eine sehr gemütliche Wohnung - Es war alles sehr sauber und gemütlich. Es gab sogar Porridge mit Kaffee und Tee zum Frühstück. Ein kleines Problem wurde sehr freundlich und prompt vom Vermieter behoben. Es war wunderbar ruhig. Ein schöner Ort um sich zu erholen oder tolle Ausflüge zu machen. Die Dusche hat etwas ihre Eigenheiten aber man kann es gut händeln. Zu bemerken ist, dass die Fenster nicht durchsichtig sind. Das ist schade aber da es bei vielen Häusern in Gold River so ist, hat es bestimmt einen Grund. Wie haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und waren rundum zufrieden. Wir können diese Unterkunft sehr weiterempfehlen

- Annett (9/5): - Lage in Gold River ist gut, am höchsten Punkt des Ortsteils, nicht ganz leicht zu finden; Ausstattung ist gut, alles da auf engstem Raum; kein persönlicher Kontakt zum Vermieter notwendig Schlafsituation: Doppelbett ist so eingebaut, dass die Person die am Fenster schläft nur mit Mühe ein- und aussteigen kann; keine Terrasse oder Platz zum Draußensitzen (von Plastestühlen und sehr bedenklicher 2er-Sitzbank abgesehen); Gastherme führt gewisses Eigenleben, starke Temperaturschwankungen beim Duschen

A sign by the road, or lighted street number would make it easier to find. Instructions on using the TV remote would make me very happy as I found it extremely frustrating trying to access info and channels.

Landlady forgot to tell me NOT to lock the door handle. Key pad worked only on dead bolt. Had to wait several hours for landlord to come home to open the door. While outside had a "close encounter" with a young black bear. Scared him off. Place has real wildlife wandering around. Hi-tech equipment was hard to figure out. Some I never got to use.
