• Elisa (8/5): - Appartamento molto grazioso, dotato di tutte le caratteristiche per un piacevole soggiorno. Abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato gli spazi ampi della zona giorno, con la cucina abitabile e il divano con tv, ci siamo sentiti a casa. La zona è molto carina, piena di locali e servizi ma allo stesso tempo tranquilla, fuori dal caos del centro. La stazione della metro è a pochi minuti a piedi, la Northern Line permette di raggiungere il centro velocemente. Alcuni dettagli della casa sono un po' vecchiotti e forse da sistemare, ma nulla di grave.

• Shane (3/5): Safety was our big issue , smoking on front step , rubbish in the yard and the entrance - It was super clean , it was Mostly quiet , walk to trains Safety was a question ? , The flat up stairs was OK , but downstairs we had two domestic violence incidents in a week !

• Izabela (9/5): highly recommended - The apartment was very clean and well-equipped. The location was its main advantage, with proximity to the train and subway stations being a huge plus. Yuko, the host, was in constant contact throughout the stay.
• Tessa (9/5): Excellent if you’re looking for a clean, quiet place to stay in north London. - On a lovely quiet street close to transport, it was near and tidy and had everything we needed. Note that you have to do a little tidying before leaving as it isn’t a hotel. Coffee pods were provided too!

• Stefanie (10/5): great stay - The apartment is great and everything is as described and on the pictures. Check-In was easy and when I needed something Yuko was easily available. Even though the apartment is close to a main street (with all kinds of shops), it's really quiet. I enjoyed my stay.
• Jennifer (8/5): Cute apartment - The inside looks exactly like the photos. The outside was pretty run down. The floor boards are uneven and I tripped on them often.
• jessica (9/5): Nice place to stay in outside of Central London - This was such a cute little apartment to stay in. I appreciated the fans I could use in this hot weather, and the kitchen appliances that I wouldn’t have gotten staying in a hotel were great. The hosts were very responsive and left me full instructions for everything. Good wifi connection and a TV. Upper Holloway station was just round the corner and there were a good few bus stops as well, and if you walked a little further, Archway station is in the area as well. There’s also supermarkets and takeaways around the property. I stayed here for the Stray Kids concerts up in Tottenham Stadium and found the transport links to the area weren’t the best, but also could have been a whole lot worse. I also didn’t like how dark the street was as a solo female traveler coming home from the concerts late at night. The apartment itself was great, the only two things I would note is that I struggled to get into the lock box, and that there’s a very slight step up into the bathroom that I didn’t notice the first time I used it and tripped up.
• Fergal (10/5): - The Flat is in a great location. Close to lots of good pubs, shops and crucially the Tube. It was very clean. Lots of towels provided. No problems with hot water for the shower and with good facilities.
• Diane (9/5): Clean, comfortable, apartment with good transport links, perfect for a single person or couple on a short stay in London - This was a comfortable, clean, quiet and well equipped apartment, just a short walk from train and tube stations. It was perfect for my 3 night stay in London and I much preferred staying here than in a hotel which would have cost a similar amount. It was thoughtfully and tastefully decorated and had everything I needed. It’s a little small and the outside space could do with work.

• Kimonas (7/5): Good - Very pleasant location and the owners were very helpful and ready to assist us anytime. There were minor disturbances coming from downstairs (ringing the bell, heavy knocking on doors) in the middle of the night that ruined our peace and quiet.
• Emanuele (10/5): Great and cozy flat! - Great Location and value for money!!!! We found this flat to be very cozy, well decorated, and perfect for exploring London! The flat has all the facilities that you could need and it was very clean! We were in touch with the host that we found really responsive, helpful and gave us very detailed instructions! The flat is located close to bus stops and two different stations and we spot a lot of nice cafes, bakeries, and shops! Absolutely recommended and we will be back!

• Jo (9/5): Great. Exactly what I needed. Great location. Comfortable. Welcoming hosts. - Great location. Easy access to Upper Holloway and Archway. Comfortable flat. It has everything I needed. Everything was nice and clean and comfortable. Nice and warm. Responsive hosts. The approach to the property outside and the shared entrance area could be improved, but this isn't the property itself, and once inside it is great.

From the moment i arrived, they made me feel completely at home with their warm hospitality and thoughtful touches. The property was even better than expected—spotlessly clean, cozy, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location was ideal, with all amenities just a short walk away, making it super convenient to explore the area. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the space was beautifully designed, giving a perfect balance of style and comfort. Roberto and Yuko went above and beyond to ensure I had a great stay, offering helpful tips and always being available for any questions. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and we highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay! We’d love to return and stay with Roberto and Yuko again. Thank you both for an unforgettable stay!

• Michelle (4/5): Not great - Very minimal. 2 cups 2 sets of cutlery. No tea and coffee provided. Bed was so uncomfortable and constantly squeaking. Pillows flat and gave us sore necks. When people walk up the stairs it sounds like they’re in the bedroom with you. Sofa also very uncomfortable. Very Over priced. It was clean that’s about the best I can say. Extremely hot inside too heating was on full when the weather was 20 degrees outside. Radiators wouldn’t turn down so had to turn boiler off over night which meant no hot water for showers in the morning.
