• Almanno (2/5): - During our permanence we had lots of issues, in fact out of the 4 days that we stayed in this apartment we only had 1 day of hot water and, as a consequence, no heating, in Vienna in winter, with temperatures below zero. The apartment had a lot of dust that made us sick and we found not 1 but 2 cockroaches.

Una llarga llista: La caldera i calefacció no han funcionat en tota l’estada. Des del primer moment vam contactar per explicar el problema i no l’han solucionat. La caldera perdia aigua continuament, ja tenia una galleda a sota i feia un soroll molt perillos. Armaris. La seule satisfaction était les structures à proximité mais sur les appartements, rien! Presque tout! Les équipements sont manquants, pas assez de matériels de cuisine adaptés au nombre de personnes, pas assez de chaises, les tables trop petites pour manger, et le summum… des draps étaient manquants - et à fortiori les serviettes de toilette aussi - pour accueillir tout le monde et dormir dans de bonnes conditions! Balkonmöbel Kaputt, Schränke z.T. kaputt ein Defekter Kühlschrank und ein 2.Funktionierender. Von daher kann der defekte entsorgt werden. Die TVs sind z.T. gar nicht Angeschlossen. Keine Kostenlosen Parkplätze mehr, da der Bereich Kurzparkzone ist.

Man kann nicht eine Wohnung für 11 Personen anbieten, aber behaupten, dass man nur Sachen für 8 Personen hat. Ich habe für 11 (!!!) Personen bezahlt. Und es gab auch nur 1 Schlüssel für alle.

• Michal (8/5): Toto ubytování jsme sehnali na poslední chvíli (den před odjezdem). - Byt byl plně vybavený (nádobí, rychlovarná konvice, káva, čaj, ručníky, fén, sprchový gel). Postele ve velké ložnici byly pohodlné, v menší ložnici byla postel měkčí. Velká skříň byla vybavena několika ramínky. Koupelna na fotkách vypadá malá, byla však vyhovující. Není tam moc místa na pověšení ručníků pro 4 osoby (vyřešili jsme to použitím rozkládacího sušáku). Mám raději osobní kontakt s majitelem, ale chápu, že ne vždy je to možné. Komunikace probíhala přes WhatsApp.

Sul sito sono sono disponibili più di 170 foto che si riferiscono a diversi appartamenti dello stesso stabile. Solo dopo aver inserito le date di soggiorno e il numero di persone, il sistema propone le foto dell'appartamento disponibile. Questa procedura, scarsamente trasparente, mi ha creato confusione. Ritengo più utile presentare separatamente i diversi appartamenti in modo tale da evitare equivoci. Inoltre, nessuna foto faceva vedere l'entrata l'esterno del palazzo, l'androne o le scale; forse perché molto poco attraente

• Sanat Kumar (7/5): Decent but could have been pleasant with the Easy Entry & Better Communication or Instruction - The Room # 100 has 2 Rooms Only The Master Bedroom is huge and has 2 Queen Size beds. The secondary room also has 2 small queen size beds It is fine for 8 Adults. The Kitchen has Washing Machine too apart from the regular Kitchen facilities like Fridge, Induction Cooktop, Utensils, etc. Front door of the Building Entrance has a code provided by Booking.com but it is unlocked The Owner does not responds properly and in time over the Booking.com Chat app There is no Virtual Keypad or Any App to unlock room 100. It requires a Physical Key while the owner sends a copy & paste message. Thankfully even though with my Senior Citizen Parents & with Kids, I was able to validate the property & was able to get in, after 40 mins of delay in a rainy night, which was not that great experience. I hope the owner remembers next time about Room 100, it requires a physical key and not opens with any apps or any keypad or pin :(

First of all, upon check-in, we were sent information that was not true. The children and I tried for about an hour to contact the facility to gain access to the apartment. The apartment does not correspond to the description and photo on the booking. The furniture is old, the walls are dirty. We couldn’t use any of the tables as they were in disrepair. The washing machine did not work, there was no microwave. When moving in, there was a very bad smell from the sewer in the apartment. The shelf in the bathroom was barely holding up The fixture in the shower was not in working order, which made showering difficult. The window in the bathroom overlooked the bedroom and every time the light in the bathroom turned on, the light hit the bedroom and it was impossible to sleep. There were 5 of us and it was difficult for us to use only two codes provided to enter the apartment

• Eva (9/5): Superb - The apartment was in a very good condition and had all the facilities that we needed. It was far away so we had to walk and took the tram and later the metro.
• Dušan (7/5): Good - The apartment is located 20 minutes away from a big train station, plus there are a couple of tram lines that stop directly in front of the apartment. Kitchen and bathroom/toilet are equipped with everything you would need. The beds are comfortable and big. They even provide free access to streaming services. It could have been cleaned a bit better, the trash was not taken out from the previous guests.
• Andrea (8/5): Quiet and peaceful - The apartment is very spacious and well equipped, everything was provided, from hair dryer and washing machine pods to kitchen utensils, coffee and tea. Very quiet and peaceful, and very warm. Tram station is literally in front of the building and Ubahn is also in a walking distance. I didn't like my pillow, felt like I was constantly wrestling with it. But, that is my subjective opinion and it might be perfect for somebody else.
