• Zoltan (7/5): Great place to stay, with one remark - The apartment is located in the center of Lugano, which speaks for itself. Its cleanliness is impeccable. Finding the address and getting in went smoothly. Based on our experience, this area turns into a party zone on weekend nights, and due to poor soundproofing, it’s not the best choice for those seeking peace and quiet.

• Stettler (7/5): Tolle Unterkunft, die eine Auffrischung benötigt. - Die Lage des Appartements mitten im Zentrum ist sehr gut. Auch das Gebäude, in dem sich das Appartement befindet, ist sehr gepflegt. Die Einrichtung ist zum Teil recht heruntergekommen. Abgewetzte Stühle, verflecktes Sofa, furnierter Esstisch mit vielen defekten Kanten etc.

• Norina (10/5): - Es hat einfach alles gepasst. Super Lage, tolle Ausstattung, wunderschöne Ausicht. Im Kühlschrank war ein Fach kaputt, was man bei der Reinigung nach unserem Vormieter nicht ersetzt hatte. Die Antwort auf unsere Meldung war aber sehr freundlich, so dass es sicherlich nach unserer Abreise ersetzt wurde.
• Steffi (7/5): Beste Lage, aber Aufenthalt mit Abstrichen - Beste Lage des Appartements unweit See, Park, Stadtzentrum, Schiffsanleger und Busanbindung mit Blick auf eine Grünanlage. Trotz 30°C Außentemperatur blieb die Unterkunft auch ohne Klimaanlage angenehm temperiert. Abends hört man Musik von der Strandpromenade oder aus dem Park Ciani; mich hat das nicht gestört. Schwaches Internet, dadurch lief auch der Fernseher nicht richtig. Das WLAN-Modem musste erst noch von mir angeschlossen werden und hatte so seine Macken. Hochwertige Geräteaustattung vorhanden, die aber teilweise nicht genutzt werden konnte, da keine Gebrauchsanleitungen vorhanden sind. Geschirrspülertabs und Müllbeutel mussten nachgeordert werden, da nur jeweils eins zur Verfügung gestellt wurde für 10 Tage Aufenthalt. Keine Information des Vermieters, dass man sich eine Holidaycard mit Ermäßigungen für Museen oder Schifffahrt herunterladen kann; denn dafür zahlt man die Gasttaxe. Die freundlichen Mitarbeiter in der Touristinformation helfen da gern weiter.
• Sahoko (5/5): - Well renovated. Large enough. The air conditioner wasn’t working properly, and water was leaking from it. I placed a pot underneath, but the dripping sound was so loud that I couldn’t sleep. Since one of the legs of the sofa bed was broken, I couldn’t move it, and because the bed got wet from the water coming from the air conditioner, I had to sleep at the edge. Temperatur outside im the nicht was 27-28°C

• Jana (9/5): Superb - The apartment is very clean and very stylish. The building and location is very nice - the windows overlook the square and even the lake. There is almost everything you need, including coffee capsules, although there was no tea or tea mugs. The bed is comfortable and there was a choice of pillows and blankets. The bathroom is well equipped and everything worked without complaints. It was very noisy outside on the weekend night. Our check-in was not very successful. Before you receive the check-in instructions, you must fill out a questionnaire. The instructions are quite extensive, as you must first understand how to open the key box, and then understand how to open the doors. I recommend that you read it in advance. For technical reasons, we did not receive the instructions in advance and communication with the owner was difficult - only the third person out of the four contacts responded to our request.

• Andrey (7/5): Decent place if you are a sound sleeper and don't need AC. - Good location and decent apartment. The listing doesn't mention it, but there is a standalone dryer machine along with a washer machine. The listing mentions that there is an Air Conditioner, but we learned on arrival that there isn't one when we called the local office. It also has poor sound insulation from road noise. And there are no dark curtains. There are blinds outside the windows which you can close, but overall it doesn't do a great job of blocking outside light at night. All of these together led to overall poor sleep during out stay. We only had one warm day, but we would not want to be there without AC during warm summer days.

The kitchen was well equipped with fridge, cooktop, oven and microwave. Large bathroom / laundry. The bed was comfortable and check in instructions were very clear. Of 4 pillows, only 1 was good. The others were lumpy, flimsy and uncomfortable. The kitchen was poorly equipped for cooking with only a soup ladle and serving spoon supplied. The internet was patchy. There was a curtain missing on the bathroom window. A set of instructions on how to use the dishwasher would be helpful.

There is everything you need in the property (maybe shower gel vial was a little bit small and there was no washing powder, but host didn't promise it to be). There were plenty of towels and extra blanket in the property.

• Victoria (9/5): Superb - Perfect location, with ease of access to the centre of Lugano, the lake and lido. Nice and spacious studio, with good facilities. Quiet at night. Really lovely accommodation. Would happily stay there again. The WiFi didn't work and despite contacting the local agent for more information, I didn't get a call back. We also couldn't work the air-con unit, but the studio was comfortable enough with a fan. Access could be made easier if the keys could be collected from a secure box at the apartment.
