mariana (3/5): Muy mal huésped - Ubicación Muy mala atención del huésped. Me quiso cobrar un adicional para hacer el check in. Me discutió un día entero y me exigía que le confirme que pagaría ese adicional para confirmar que me recibirían. Solo aceptó hacerlo sin cobrarme un adicional cuando hice una denuncia en Booking.com y se comunicaron con ellos. El Departamento no tenía toalla de baño. Cuando me di cuenta y les escribí me respondieron que me las entregarían las toallas al día siguiente, con lo cual la primera noche me tuve que arreglar con una toalla de mano. Y cuando me trajeron las toallas, viejas. Horrible usar esas toallas deshilachadas. Uno de los baños solo contaba con agua caliente, no había agua fría. El equipamiento es muy malo, muy pobre. Imposible cocinar ahí. El departamento es lindo pero muy pobre el mantenimiento. Está muy caído
Andrea (10/5): - Hermoso apartamento frente al mar , excelente ubicación, muy cómodo y una vista espectacular . Eduarda la chica que nos recibió y estuvimos en comunicación con ella ,muy atenta y muy cálida.
Alejandra (10/5): Sugerencia de mejora - El lugar es maravilloso, muy amplio, perfecto para una familia No había agua para beber cuando uno llega al lugar, deberían considerar ese punto, sobre todo para los que vienen del extranjero y que por horario de vuelo llegan tarde y no hay donde comprar
