• Roberta (7/5): - Good location. Clean Place is a bit shabby. Needs a coat of paint. Hand towels would be a nice addition, as would a mat for shower. Floor gets soaked when showering. Bathroom door handle comes off!!

• Rolinda (4/5): Slecht - De ligging was wel goed. Verder niks goeds aan Hele slechte buurt, voelde zeer onveilig en de omgeving was erg vies. Afval lag overal langs het appartement, overal sigaretten peuken, onkruid tussen de tegels. De badkamer stonk, de muren waren gebarsten, alles zag er vies uit. De douche deur was kapot en de douche lekte. Dit was al eerder vermeld maar schijnbaar niks aan gedaan. De ingebouwde verlichting van de douche spiegel was kapot en die knipperde constant. Heel vervelend. Ik heb de koelkast zelf nog schoongemaakt, die stonk. Een stofzuiger, vol met stof en ook stinkend, hing in de woonkamer! De gebruikte zwabber stond in de badkamer.
• Helena (8/5): Polecam - Apartament znajduję się na obrzeżach Londynu. Samochodem do centrum dojedziesz w ciągu 40-45 minut. Trzeba mieć własne kosmetyki, mydło do rąk. W dzień przyjazdu nie było dla wszystkich osób ręczników, ale następnego dnia ręczniki zostały dostarczone. Kuchnia jest w pełni wyposażona. Domek stoi osobno w głębi posesji, co daje ciszę i prywatność. Dużym plusem jest miejsce parkingowe przed bramą wejściową. Ogromnym plusem są drzwi balkonowe, otwierające się okna. Jak na Anglie to duży plus. Obok znajduje się Lidl, gdzie można zrobić zakupy.

• Bythell (9/5): - It was a beautiful stay, very close to shops and the host kept checking to make sure everything was okay which is very nice. It would be amazing for long stays. It was a little far from London Central for us due to only staying 2 nights, so we had to spend a lot of money on Ubers to visit the places we wanted to in the time we had. But for the prices compared to the middle of central you can't really complain.
• Stephen (10/5): We were looking for a short stay without the cost or formality of a hotel and this more than met ou. - Ability to park at the property, quality of local restaurants, closeness to over/underground.
• Gary (8/5): - The simplicity of a home for a few days and the owner was very friendly and helpful. Not much, if i had to say something it would be the lack some toilet roll on arrival...😉

• Karen (9/5): We would re book, very happy - The house was very good value for money. It was just as described and totally suitable for our needs. The price was great. The linen was clean, towels provided and the lounge was comfortable. Heating available but not used. Chinese take away over the road was convenient and food really nice. The house was clean - not spotless but clean and we were really happy with our stay. Would recommend. Negatives - shower door did not close properly, no chopping board, front door was difficult to unlock, only 2 glasses, but just minor things and the positives overruled them.
• Lucretia (9/5): - Size was great, clean and privacy of garden was fab. Private drive also essential which was brilliant. Small improvements e.g. stable garden table and chairs would have been great, shower door could also do with some attention but great otner than that
• Jens-Christian (9/5): Wir haben und sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Unterkunft ist gut geeignet für eine vierköpfige Familie. - Es handelt sich um ein freistehendes Häuschen mit einem umlaufenden Holzzaun im Hinterhof von typischen englischen Reihenhäusern entlang der Straße. Daher für Londoner Verhältnisse ruhig. Zur Bahn, die einen direkt bis zur Station London Bridge bringt, sind es zu Fuß maximal zehn Minuten. Ein Lidl-Supermarkt ist gleich um die Ecke. Das Häuschen verfügt über eine kleine Terrasse. Die dortigen Möbel waren teilweise wackelig bzw. kaputt und sollten erneuert werden.

• Georgia (8/5): The host was helpful and we appreciated it very much. - It was private and quiet. Everything in the unit was readily available and accessible. It was exactly what we needed. It a little way from Central London but buses and trains are in lose proximity so getting around was easy.

• Anne (7/5): Pleasant stay, the host was helpful - Clean & Modern. Wifi wasn’t working, the host tried fixing it but no luck.
• Monika (7/5): Nice little bungalow - Nice place. Good lighting and nice bedrooms. One with a balcony door. There was absolutely nothing available when it comes to toilet paper, towels, dishwasher soap etc but the host brought it after midnight the first day.

• Kou (10/5): Exceptional - The house is superb and two spacious bedrooms, suitable for families. The bus stops are very close and you can go anywhere. Ιt was very clean and with all amenities (wifi, TV, kettle, cooking utensils). Above all, the host was very welcoming and always at our disposal. It's one of those trips that will be unforgettable and that's also thanks to the owner and his wife. Thanks for everything
• Hasan (10/5): I definitely recommend it. - Thank you Christian. He came home and asked if there was anything missing. Price and location are very good. Having parking is a big advantage. There was everything we would need in the house. The house was very clean, everything was intact and functioning. It was very easy to reach the city center, there were shopping shops and restaurants very close for all our needs. There is a petrol station nearby. There is rail transportation wherever we go in the center, and since it is the center of Catford, it can be reached by many different numbered buses. I used the Google Map application. We felt comfortable choosing the route that seemed least crowded at that moment among the transportation options.

• Dragos (6/5): Pleasant - The host didn't give me the location of the key, and I had to stay 1 hour outside of the property. And he didn't answer to the phone. When I arrived, in the house was very cold and it was night. And it took several hours to get warm.
• Carlos (2/5): Very poor - ...... Arrived no toilet paper, no dishes liquid,no rubbish bags. No place to empty rubbish bins. When took a shower, there was water all over the place in the bath room floor.

• Gábor (9/5): Highly recomended. - Good public transport. (bus stops are in a few minutes walk) Main atractions are within 45-60 minutes. We could find everything very close to the house. (food opportunities, groceries, pub, ALDI, LIDL). The host - even we have not meet- is very polite, easy to access to the flat. People in the region are very mixed (like in a metropolis), but everybody was kind and peacefull. I think this is a safety area without any problems. The food in the nearest pub is awfull
• Florian (10/5): Delightfull, clean and well equipped - Very clean and well equipped. You got a big TV with streaming services, a well equipped kitchen and really nice bath and bedrooms. Its very quite, so you can sleep with no issues. The host is very friendly and helpfull. The area has lots of great food options and small shops for e.g. asian, african, carribean and eastern european stuff (including ofc snacks! :) )! The "Rye" pub nearby has very cheap food options and free refills on coffee. The only negatives I could come up with: - The area can at first seem a bit sketchy, but its perfectly save - Not many sightseeing directly nearby, definitely need public transport (which is very close)

• Levinia (10/5): Great would recommend! - The house is beautiful and modern with all facilities needed. The host was very helpful, he went above and beyond to ensure we had a good stay.

• Alessandra (7/5): Good - The check in was easy, even though we got there after 10pm. The house had everything we needed, including a toothbrush, toothpaste and shower gel. There was also salt, tea and coffee. Lidl was really close too, as well as a selection of takeaways restaurants. The train and bus stations are around 10 min walking. Unfortunately all the good things were overshadowed by the lack of cleanliness, once it seemed that all that was done before our check in was taking the bin and, hopefully, changing the bed sheets (we couldn't say for sure because they were all wrinkled). It was impossible to walk even a few steps barefoot. Nobody checked the cleanliness before we arrived. The shower door was hanging loose, and there was a hole in the shower tray, which was causing a leak.. The door handle was loose, so we couldn't close the bathroom door. They neighbourhood didn't feel very safe, specially at night.

• Dorra (9/5): Wonderful and comfortable house at a very convenient location - The location was great. It was very convenient to get to it by underground and rail. Even during the rail strike, we were able to easily take a bus to get to the center of the city. It's a really nice and quiet house that had all the amenities we needed. I especially appreciated that Chris the host had left some spices to make it easy for us to cook, new toothbrushes in case someone forgot theirs, shower gels, lots of clean towels, etc. Overall, our stay was very comfortable and wonderful and I'd highly recommend it. The only thing I'd improve would be the lighting in the house as it uses white lightbulbs that are way too bright. It'd be great if there was a couple of yellow soft side lamps we could use.
• Dawn (8/5): Overall, a lovely stay. Would consider staying again. - Central location, easy to get around London via car and public transport. Shower leak in tray - this needs fixing, as when in shower you can feel the whole on the tray/
