El apartamento está un poco deteriorado, los muebles, accesorios y demás de muy muy mala calidad. La TV estaba dañada y nunca conectó siquiera a los canales, la red del wifi nunca apareció, así que nunca tuve wifi para nada. El baño es muy muy estrecho y las puertas de las ventanas no cierran del todo, el agua del baño se sale por toda la llave así que era un poco complicado bañarse a gusto.

The host, the fact that the room was not clean, stains everywhere, the host had me running around the bldg looking for the room keys of a room that was still messy and not clean. He tried to give me another room with even more issues. So in the end I booked somewhere else. This host is unfit to book rooms and should be investigated.

- Stella (1/5): Desagradable. - Nada Estaba sucio, lo reporte y me solicitaron fotos, pero no me dieron ningún medio para enviarlas, estaba sucio, con cucarachas, la sábana con sangre, muy mala experiencia…deberían darles vergüenza alquilar un sitio como este.
- Julio (1/5): Una desilución completa. - Me gustó la ubicación del apartamento, el barrio era cómodo y con buenos establecimientos funcionales cercanos. Desde el inicio fue una mala comunicación, se me asignó un apartamento en piso 9, a las 2 horas lo cambiaron a un piso 6 porque habian decidido asignarle el mio a otro huesped ya que su plataforma no les avisó a tiempo mi pago, según ellos(ACLARACIÓN: El día 19 de mayo, 2 días antes, se realizó un pago por concepto de anticipo para confirmación de reserva en la plataforma Wompi con referencia CR3cEA_1747676329392_7dyc2ne50kk, se deja comprobante en imagenes de reseña). Al llegar encontré la puerta en muy mal estado, rota que debia hacerle fuerza para abrirla, el Aseo del apartamento no era el mejor, debimos nosotros barrer y trapear. Al querer hacer café encontramos la cafetera con café viejo aun en su interior, ollas rotas, vajilla sucia que debimos lavar y nosotros mismos compramos jabón para loza. El anuncio decia que apartamento tenía balcón dotado y resultó siendo una silla plástica. Quisimos sentarnos en el sofá y encontramos en el medio comida o granos de algo regados. La nevera tenia toda su parte superior llena de polvo, el borde de una cama manchado con algo extraño. Adicionalmente el extintor no tiene referencia de recarga, es posible que esté actualizado como es posible que no ya que el rango de fechas de certificación impresas en el van hasta el 2021. Para finalizar, al mencionarle todo esto a MIO lofts, decidieron que debiamos irnos del apartamento por ser huespedes no deseados para ellos. Tuvimos que en esa misma noche encontrar otro lugar para irnos a primera hora de la mañana siguiente. ACTUALIZACIÓN: Reporto por este medio, que debí actualizar luego de haber realizado mi reseña inicial por dos motivos: 1. Afirman no haberme cobrado nada cuando si se pagó anticipo. 2. Recibí mensajes por parte de ellos vía whatsapp afirmando denunciarme en un grupo quizás con acusaciones falsas y sin pruebas, dejo evidencias.

- Laura (10/5): Agradable estadía en Medellín. - Bien ubicado, tienen buenos utencilios de cocina, hay buen espacio, hay para planchar ropa, tienen Netflix, Youtube, las camas sencillas son más grandes de lo que se ven en las fotos, desde el segundo piso hay buena vista, muy buena atención de parte de José Manuel muy amable. Nos quedó faltando la piscina, pero en general nos fue muy bien, lo recomiendo 👍🏼

- Oscar (7/5): regular - Buena habitacion, la ubicacion es buena pero muy escondido. Mala atencion, llegue y no habian confirmado el ingreso, llame para saber que habia pasado y no habia nada listo, ya habia hecho todo el tramite por la pagina para el ingreso, me colgaron el telefono y dure mas de 15 minutos en recepcion para ingresar, estuvo muy mal el igreso.

- Antonio (4/5): no lo recomiendo - le falta mantenimiento, a la ducha le falta algo para que el agua salga bien y no como estaba, muchisimo ruido por la noche en los pasillos. hasta intentaron entrar en mi habitacion. Se lo dije a los gestores y no hicieron nada. no se lo recomiendo a nadie.

- Natalia (5/5): No cumplió con las expectativas - ya hablamos venido antes pero esta vez tuvimos una experiencia horrible. La reserva no estaba confirmada para el vigilante y se demoró en darnos las llaves. Nos dieron una habitación diferente a la que reservamos, olía muy feo como a alcantarilla, no estaba tan limpia la habitación y las cobijas. No habia shampoo y el agua estaba helada.
