Chuveiro, cama e acomodações muito confortáveis. Outros hóspedes ficaram conversando alto perto da nossa porta às 7 da manhã de um sábado. Mas, isso não é problema do hotel e sim das pessoas.

A única coisa que precisa melhorar no container é a posição da cama. Quem fica do lado da parede, fica com mobilidade reduzida. É super fácil de resolver: colocando a cama de frente para a pia e um suporte de tv móvel na altura do pé da cama. Ficaria perfeito!

Rodrigo (9/5): - Atendimento, limpeza, organização. Local muito aconchegante. O microondas estava com mal contato na tomada. E a bucha de lava louça muito usada, poderia ser trocada. Localização boa, próximo do centro e rota do vinho, mas Um pouco complicado de chegar e gerou dúvida/receio quanto a segurança.

Luary (10/5): - O chalé é uma delícia, fácil de chegar, local extremamente calmo e silencioso. Limpeza impecável. Ficamos duas diárias e o cheiro ficou exalando. Pra ficar ainda mais perfeito, só faltou um Cooktop no quarto.

Elson (8/5): É uma opção econômica para quem visita a ROTA DO VINHO. Mas fique no Chalé. É bem melhor! - A praticidade de entrar e sair. O Chalé tem dimensões reduzidas mas é confortável. Tive que passar um dia no container. O espaço é muito reduzido. Não curti.
Danyelle (9/5): Maravilhoso, mas poderia ter sido claro a taxa extra do pet - Tudo bem limpinho, arrumadinho, uma delícia de lugar.. Eles cobram taxa pet é isso não é claro quando você contrata pelo celular… Quando você manda as informações de check in, ela manda o pix e você tem que pagar o valor que eles impõe, não tem alternativa… isso deveria ser bem explícito ao contratar.. Porque, quando você contrata, você informa que vai um pet, e o valor incluso era pra ter a diária do pet incluso no valor da diária.. Eles falam que é do gasto por ter um pet, mas não tem uma fralda pet, comedouro, petisco, nada.. então eles não tem gasto com o pet.

Gustavo (10/5): - Gostei da acomodação, o quarto atendeu nossas expectativas, além do mais, o ambiente foi bem planejado, com microondas, pia para lavar louça, etc, achei um diferencial de vocês. Também as informações sobre o check-in e check-out foram muito boas, nós não ficamos perdidos no que fazer, foi muito bem explicado. As recomendações do que fazer na cidade nos ajudou bastante. Recomendo o chalé de vocês para amigos e familia. Não se aplica.
