• Jemma (9/5): Excellent location and wonderful host ✨ - We had such a wonderful stay at Nina Apartments! Like the name implies, it is tiny — but it was perfect for a few nights’ stay. The space was clean, tidy, and had everything we needed. The location was fantastic — right in trendy Trastevere, just over the bridge from the Jewish Ghetto, and within easy walking distance of great restaurants and many of Rome’s main attractions. What really made our stay amazing was Laura. She was honestly one of the kindest and most thoughtful hosts we’ve ever had. She went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and well looked after, and was so accommodating and helpful throughout our stay. Her warmth and kindness truly made us feel at home in Rome.
• noria (9/5): Parfait ! - Identique à l annonce, petit mais très bien pensé avec tout ce qu il faut ! Quartier au top, connu de Rome mais calme tout de même. Tout se fait à pied de l appartement mais arrêts de bus à proximité si besoin. Jessica a été très disponible, pleine de bon conseils. Tout était parfait, nous reviendrons et referons confiance en jessica avec plaisir ! Conseil : assurez vous d avoir un téléphone qui a internet par contre car l appartement s ouvre grâce à une application.

• Thomas (9/5): Pleasant accommodations in a lovely part of Rome - Jessica was extremely accommodating when I got delayed coming into the city, and was professional and communicative throughout. The facilities were clean and comfortable, with a good amount of closet space, a kitchenette, and a spacious bathroom. The neighborhood was fantastic; Trastevere is typically a much more boisterous place to stay but the unit was set on a small street with some great restaurants and I never had to worry about noise keeping me awake at night. Easy access to transit from the unit as well, which made my departure much easier. The unit had a small ant problem, and I think it would be crowded with more than one person.

El lugar es muy pequeño, en nuestro caso solo queríamos un apartamento cómodo para dormir y ducharnos, cumplió todas nuestras necesidades. Nos hubiera gustado un poquito más de limpieza, pero en general todo perfecto! Jessica súper atenta y agradable.

• Joao (8/5): Very good - Location was good depending on the goals for your stay. It is central and you have a lot of nice restaurants and coffee places (felt a bit too touristy and crowded with expats, but that should go without saying if you know the area). All clean and comfortable. The apartment is really really small. and for the price, I'm not sure if it's worthy. The keys and everything operates through an app, so... if you run out of battery, don't have internet access or something goes wrong with the apartment power or with the router, you can't get in or out of the apartment. Must confess it's a bit scary 😅

• Vincent (10/5): I would do it again ! - The location was excellent. Right in the heart of Trastevere and minutes from all the important places. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind. They made adjustments for my stay according and I was blown away by the recommendations that had preplanned for my trip. Exceptional. A bit noisy because of how close it is to the main roadway and a bird that lives somewhere in the building? Overall, not that big of a deal. I enjoyed the stay!

• Carmen (1/5): Bad - Tiny tiny suite, located to about 3/4 underneath the ground, leaving you with only narrow windows at the top of the walls. With some noise at night from the fridge, from outside and from above.
• Melanie (7/5): Good - Perfect location, clean room, comfortable bed. Easy communication with the host. The place is exactly as pictured in the description. Poor soundproofing from neighbours as you can expect in an old building. Curtains for the bedroom windows would be nice, as well as a towel rack and a small shelf in the bathroom. I would prefer not having to install an app on my phone to open the door. The room is mostly below street level so the windows are tiny. This is clearly visible in the pictures and it is probably a fair balance with the location/price.
• Lesley (6/5): Convenient for an overnight stay. - It was well located, but really too small for the kitchenette and table that were there. I was asked to download an app in order to unlock the door. I did not like this. It felt intrusive to expect me to add an app to my personal property. Also, the city tax should have been included in the room price, not added during check in. Travellers are tired by the time they arrive and don’t appreciate more costs. The room wasn’t easy to find, either.
• Attila (9/5): Comfortable, clean and convenient suite in a fantastic location! - Excellent location thanks to being next to the river Tiber and Isola Tiberina in specific, while being on the outer edge of Trastevere, which itself is a very lovely neighborhood. The apartment itself is small but it has just enough room for two people. Bathroom and kitchen are adequate and easy to use. The shower door closes fully, thank god! Microwave, refridgerator and hairdryer are present and useful. Beds are nice, pillows were OK, spare towels were handy. Windows and AC present, even if the AC is a bit weak/slow. Espresso machine is very good and the host provided espresso capsules, teas, snacks, shampoo... Very secure door and lock mechanisms. Clean and comfortable experience overall. There should be more coat hangers, a coat rack and similar, especially in the bathroom. The shower has a door that fully closes but it can still leak. The shower drain is very slow. Windows are operated via electricity and buttons, not sure why that is required or what the benefit is. The room is definitely small and the table takes a lot of space. I would probably prefer a standard key for the doors over using an app on my phone to get in.
• Zeynep (8/5): If I go to the rome again , I definitely stay in Ninas Suite . - Nina is kind, helpful . Location is perfect . Room has anything you need except slippers. Towels , sheets and covers are clean . Room is small and has no sunshine in it.
• Zhi (10/5): Exceptional - Thank you Olivia for the warm welcome :) The unit is clean, comfortable, secure, and fairly well located and close to tourists attractions by foot or bus. We had all the amenities we needed, and the microwave came in handy for heating overnight pizza for breakfast. My friend and I spent 3 nights here and from there we were able to reach all of the sight seeing and restaurant places that we planned for with ease. Would recommend and come back again.
