Sam (8/5): Great because of the staff - Close to amenities staff are very accomodating Just suggesting to have broom or cleaning material to do our self , as staying there for 10 days be nice to have atleast the floor sweep or the bathroom scrub. But over all the place is convenient close the staff very lovely and accommodating

Pleasantly surprised - It was clean, tidy, plenty of room for family of four, close to everything , lots of new updates around the place , aircon was fabulous The oven thermostat is gone. It burnt everything we cooked, it will catch fire one day. The lounge fold out is terrible uncomfortable. Two keys would be helpful
Morson (10/5): What a hidden gem. Fabulously maintained Apartment one block from the strand - Great location to main things in Townsville. Parking easy and the Apartment was well maintained and had all the things needed

Maureen (8/5): - The wardrobes were filthy, the bedside cabinets were filthy. I had to wash outside and inside of bedside cabinets they had years of dust on them inside and outside. The wardrobes were very old fashioned cheap wood. Could not store clothes in them as they needed a good clean so had to live out of suitcases. Only about 6 hangers in wardrobes of different shapes and sizes Rest of accommodation great.

We would definitely recommend it to our friends and will return in the future when w - The location, the facilities and the layout of the apartment We found a bandaid stuck on the bedhead (single bed on the right hand side as you walk into the room). It appears the bandaid has been there for a while as the plastic part was very hard to remove. I’d recommend a good clean of the bed frame in case there are other bandaids. Photo attached.

waati (10/5): - The service was great, very helpful. It's literally walking distance to everything. It's also really spacious too. Great for families 2adults two children and that's the one bedroom. I would most definitely go back again. I'm Soo grateful that they were available and looked after us.
