• Götz (4/5): - Große geräumige Wohnung mit guter Anbindung Sehr unsauberer Garten/ Eingangsbereich. Überall stehen kaputte Stühle im Freien. Es gab keine Beleuchtung bis zur Türe. Viele nicht gewartete Geräte, Steckdosen. Sehr dreckiges Geschirr. Bettwäsche fleckig, kein Badabfall, dafür starker Geruch aus dem Abfluss. Keine Geschirrhandtücher. Ein Handwerker stand plötzlich in der Wohnung.

• Adrian (8/5): Very good for 1 night. - 5 minutes to Fashion Outlet by car, quiet area and generous space. Well equipped kitchen. Excellent restaurant au only 3 minutes by car. Not very well looked over, missing basic toiletries.

• Viktor (4/5): Disappointing - Good location. Close to outlet and Bruck an der Leitha ice rink. Quiet residential area, not much traffic around the area. No bedding was provided originally, so we had to message to the owner. Quickly arranged it and cleaners brought them, but blanket and pillow were dirty and very low quality. Lot of rubbish in the garden. Seems bins were not emptied for weeks. Apartment below us were rented out to a large group, who partied with loud music. Tenants did not open door so After 3 hours, I tried to call owner, could not reach so sent message at the end. only response received that he was not in Austria. Kids were tired as they were in a hockey camp and they were complaining they could not sleep... Owner's phone always went to voicemail when wanted to reach. Furnitures and lot of other things (including kitchen utensils) would need to be updated /changed. Some utensils were in very bad state.
• Mitrofan (4/5): Disappointing - The host was very helpful. We have been travelling from Romania with two kids and arrived at the apartment with one hour early. The host was very nice and let us check in early. This was a huge help as my kids were very tired after the road trip Rusty furniture in the bathroom and toilet. There is a strong smell of dump in the apartment. Lots of flyies in the kitchen, fridge did not work properly. The swimming pool was very dirty. Dust all around the apartment. The photos on booking do not reflect the reality!

• Tofan (3/5): Poor - Wasn't ready for check -in...waiting 2 hours.. and the whole area wasn't as per their photos on website..shower mixer not working properly..more than that..staff very strange people..and last ..when we tryied to have some sleep..other people linving in that complex have been drinking whole night and talking very loud

• Alin (4/5): I would not choose this apartment again - Proximity to shopping center The apartament was not heated when we arrived and we had to open the radiators ourselves and even few hours later the main room was still cold. Also there were not enough blankets to compensate for the temperature and one pillow missing. We were a family with 2 kids and only 3 pillows.
• Dan (5/5): The property need upgrade settings for the money we paid 🥹 - Free parking Kitchen is poor & dirty, too many ants occupying the kitchen counter & etc. WiFi was not working. Shower faucet unstable & warm water comes & go🥲 The radiator made loud noise.

• Victoria (1/5): Terrible experience - The location is good. And this is the only good thing about this property. A/C didn’t work all our stay at this place. And it was very hot summer days. In the evening it was 28 degrees inside of the apartment. So we opened windows to get some wind from outside but it did helped. Instead of refreshment from outside we got clouds of flys and mosquitos. We contacted the owner to fix the problem but he didn’t offer anything for us not even a discount for such horrible experience. He could at least bring a portable air conditioning… The swimming pool looked very unwelcoming, too.
