• Lucia (8/5): Sono le persone a fare la differenza!! - Un aspetto particolare riguarda il cibo. Abbiamo avuto la netta impressione che il budget a disposizione del cuoco, Sig. Arben, fosse davvero molto limitato. Nonostante ciò, spesso è riuscito a realizzare dei piccoli “miracoli” in cucina, trasformando ingredienti semplici in piatti dignitosi. Quando però abbiamo avuto la possibilità di ordinare alla carta, si è rivelata tutta la sua grande professionalità, creatività e passione. Inoltre, il Sig. Arben si è dimostrato una persona affabile, simpatica e molto disponibile con tutti gli ospiti. Un grazie speciale anche alla ragazza della reception che il giorno 13/09 ci ha aiutato in modo risolutivo con la ristampa dei biglietti aerei, e a Eva, che con il suo sorriso e la sua gentilezza ha saputo rendere il nostro soggiorno più piacevole. Purtroppo devo confermare quanto già segnalato da molti altri ospiti: la pulizia generale lascia a desiderare, nelle camere era presente un persistente odore di fogna e i rumori provenienti dai cantieri adiacenti hanno disturbato parecchio la tranquillità del soggiorno. Detto questo, va anche sottolineato che l’hotel ha un grande potenziale: le stanze sono molto spaziose e con vista mare, la spiaggia privata con ombrelloni, lettini e asciugamani inclusi è sicuramente un valore aggiunto, così come il parcheggio compreso nel prezzo. Il tutto a 50 mt di distanza.
• Violeta Mirela (8/5): Hotel bun, locație bună dar mâncarea nu a fost la nivel de hotel de 4 stele. - Locația si curățenia. Hotel nou, dotat corespunzător, personal amabil si atent. Mâncarea nu s-a ridicat la nivelul celor 4 stele. Nediversificata, uneori incomplet preparată iar micul dejun a fost efectiv același in cele 7 zile petrecute in acest hotel. Recomand schimbarea bucătarului.

• Sobia (6/5): I wouldn’t recommend for the money we paid for it. They need to up their game of cleaning. They have potential for a won - We loved the location, few of the staff members were very helpful. Bonus point is that they have very nice food and sheesha There was a sanitary pad in our room when we checked in. So they didn’t clean it properly. They also only gave us single duvet (even though we booked as a couple ) unfortunately we realised it very late and didn’t had the energy to go down to ask for double duvet. Their phone wasn’t working so spent the night uncomfortable.

We also were told we would have a balcony which was not provided either. Ashtray inside our room and the whole room smelt like cigarettes as two people who don’t smoke we hated getting to our room.

Zimmer mit Meer Blick hatten wir gebucht und hatten eine Baustelle vor den Augen. Essen war schlecht . Hatten Lebensmittel Vergiftung. Wir sind früher abgereist und uns ist keiner entgegen gekommen. Personal unfreundlich. Nur abzocke. Habe reklamiert habe aber keine Reaktion bekommen. Habe Attest vom Arzt gezeigt , das war denen egal.

Wir haben Vollpension gebucht und es gab einfach nichts zum essen Kaffee nur zum frühstück ansonsten nur Wasser den ganzen Tag nicht mal kaltes Wasser hast du bekommen. Personal sei es in der Rezeption oder die Kellner habe ich noch nie solche unfreundliche Menschen gesehen.wenn du nicht früh aufgestanden bist wurde dein Sonnenschirm für 10€ an weitere Personen verkauft obwohl du für den Sonnenschirm bezahlt hast. Unsere Toilette hat sooo sehr gerochen das du nicht im Zimmer schlafen konntest es war einfach ein Horror Urlaub und alle Gäste waren so unzufrieden.

• Benita (1/5): Desastre de hotel - Nada Llegamos al hotel a las 5 de la tarde y no había recepcionista, estaba solamente un camarero para atender a todos los clientes de todo el hotel, la verdad que había pocos clientes, pero mejor que lo hubieran tenido cerrado y nos hubieran avisado de que no se podía abrir. Desde el principio empezamos a tener problemas, ya que el camarero aunque con toda su buena voluntad, cada cosa que le preguntábamos tenía que llamar por teléfonon, os imaginamos que sería a la recepcionista, ya para hacer el check-in nos costó bastante tiempo, una vez alojados bajamos a cenar y evidentemente,en el hotel solo estaba el camarero de la cafetería y no había nada para poder cenar en el restaurante, al día siguiente el desayuno tampoco existía el buffet que ofrecían en Booking, porque estaríamos como unas 15 personas en todo el hotel, y no les debía compensar tener más gente para atendernos, había dos personas más, la cocinera y ese en ese momento si existía una recepcionista,lel desayuno ponían lo que ellos querían,no había zumos nos tuvimos que limitar a beber agua. Ya el colmo fue al día siguiente a partir de las doce de la noche se fue la luz en todo el hotel cuando nos levantamos no nos pudimos duchar,debido a que tampoco había agua, llegamos al desayuno y no nos podían hacer ni un triste café, nos pusieron un vaso de leche caliente pero no tenían ni sobres de cola cao ni café descafeinado un desastre auténtico, evidentemente que el trabajador o camarero y cocinera que había, no podían hacer gran cosa, para todo un hotel enorme,nos fuimos del hotel a las 11 de la mañana sin luz y sin agua

• Alejandra (10/5): Amazing hotel, I would come back - We got the Jacuzzi room, which was a really big and comfortable room. the staff was amazing, very kind including the staff from the restaurant. they all speak english and some of them can understand spanish, they were all very helpful. the views through the window were not the best one, you had the cars parked in front of your window.

Geräumig, komfortabel und mit einem atemberaubenden Blick auf das Meer. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.Der Strand in Shengjin ist einfach traumhaft! L’hotel si trova proprio davanti alla spiaggia con accesso diretto al lungo mare per delle passeggiate mozzafiato. Cibo squisito e staff cordiale e disponibile per ogni bisogno e chiarimento. Sono rimasto particolarmente sorpreso dalla qualità-prezzo, la struttura è nuova è moderna con prezzi super accessibili. Consiglio vivamente.

August viel mehr Besucher angereist waren. - Klimaanlage hat gut funktioniert. - Betten waren sehr gemütlich und modern und jedes Zimmer hatte einen Smart-TV. - Aufzug im guten Zustand und mit Klima. - Man konnte im Zimmer neben dem Kartenfach "do not disturb" anklicken und kann hat die Klingel nicht funktioniert, damit man seine Ruhe und alle wissen man will nicht gestört werden. - Wenn man wollte, dass das Zimmer gereinigt wird und die Handtücher ausgetauscht werden, klickt man auf den "Zimmerservice" Knopf, wenn man zum Strand geht und sie werden informiert, dass es sauber gemacht werden soll. Eventuell haben es einige hier übersehen und so wurde deren Zimmer nicht saubergemacht. Die Kommunikation sollte etwas verbessert werden, da man einige Sachen erst erfragen musste. Auf der Webseite steht z. B. nichts über W-LAN und ob die Liegen mit Schirmen inklusive sind oder nicht (sind sie btw.), aber das musste ich sie erste fragen, bevor ich angereist bin. Einer der Kellner, etwas größer, mit dunklen kurzen Haaren sollte sich einen neuen Job suchen. Immer sehr launisch und nicht gerade freundlich. Zu den anderen Kellner kann ich nichts Schlechtes sagen, persönlich. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist immer gleich, nicht gerade gut, aber auch nicht so schlimm. Dass man nur eine mini Kaffeemaschine hatte, für alle Gäste ist sehr lästig und eventuell vom Besitzer beabsichtigt, dass man im Restaurant einen Kaffee bestellt und so mehr Umsatz gemacht wird. Ist aber schade. Leider keinen Tee zum Frühstück, denn ich trinke morgens gerne immer einen Tee statt Kaffee. Haben am ersten Tag das Abendbuffet getestet für 15 € pro Person. Das war glaube ich eins der schlechtesten, die ich je hatte. Die Nudeln waren so versalzen und trocken und alles andere hat auch gar nicht geschmeckt. Verstehe ich nicht, denn wenn man von der Restaurantkarte bestellt hat, hat man ein wirklich leckeres und visuell sehr ansprechendes Essen erhalten. Zudem hat mich ein Essen zu bestellen, mit Getränk und einem Kaffee im Anschluss, weniger gekostet als das 15 € Abendbuffet, was man an der Rezeption zahlt. Daher kann ich das Buffet nicht empfehlen, aber direkt beim Restaurant bestellen kann ich zu 100 % empfehlen. Wir sind mit dem Auto angekommen und mussten feststellen, dass das Hotel dahinter noch ausgebaut wird, daher war der Parkplatz sehr klein. Leider kann man das nicht verhindern, wenn drumherum überall neue Hotels erbaut werden.
• skender (3/5): Dårlig organisering , fått 5 stjerne som er for mye for denne hotelett? - Beliggenheten var ok Renholdet var ok , men selve organiseringen av hotellet var dårlig, vi fikk ikke info om frokosten , når den begynner og når den slutter foresten aldri hørt eller sett at frukost slutter kl 0900, selv om det slutter kl 09 når vi kom kl 0830 var nesten ikke noe matt igjen, vi måtte vente nesten 10 min for å få kaffe en liten kaffe maskin for så mange gjester + mange små ting som gjør oppholdet dårlig
• Pajaziti (6/5): Das Hotel ist Empfehlenswert - Die Hotelanlage macht einen guten Eindruck, Zimmer sind Sauber, das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Parkplätze sind beim Hotel begrenzt und haben ausbaupotenzial. Warmwasserdruck ist nicht zufriedenstellend!

• Milicaj (4/5): Viel zu viel Geld bezahlt für diesen Aufenthalt am liebsten hätte ich mein geld zurück. - Das einzig gute war, die Klimaanlage hat gut funktuniert und die Tücher zum duschen wurden jeden Tag gewechselt. Das Frühstück war eine Reine Katastrofe, verfaulte Kocheier, verbrante Würstchen und jeden Tag das gleiche . Wir haben einen Tag gefrüstückt und sind dann auswärts Frühstücken, also haben wir um sonst gezahlt. Es gab von 7:00 - 9:00 Früstück kommst du 2 min zu spät kriegst du gar nichts mehr. Das Personal ist nicht das was ein 4 sterne hotel haben sollte. Man muss bis eine halbe Stunde drauf warten das dich jemand bedient, mussten sogar selber aufstehn und jemanden holen. Sehr schade für ein Hotel das erst frisch eröffnet worden ist. Nach der 6 Nacht wurden unsere Bettlacken gewechselt nach aufforderung. Wc papier mussten wir in der Reception selber abholen. Schade den der Preis war zu viel für diese Leistungen, bereuen es dort gebucht zu haben. Beim Auschecken wurden wir nicht mal gefragt wie die Auffenthalt war.

• Erisa (9/5): Fantastisch - Der Service hier war aussergewöhnlich, sie halfen uns und standen für Fragen immer zur verfügung. nicht mal 1 min zu fuss und wir waren am Strand und wir hatten inklusive die Schirme erhalten. es hatte viel Auswahl beim frühstück dass man sich nicht mal entscheiden konnte. Ich war sehr zufrieden, vallah. es war leider zu weit weg vom Zentrum.
• Erxhymen (5/5): Hotel Top, Essen und Strand Flop - Modern und Neues Hotel, bequeme Bett Frühstück nicht viel Auswahl, immer das Gleiche, eine kleine Kaffeemaschine für das ganze Hotel, Liegestühle und Sonnenschirme am Strand sehr alt und abgenutzt, keine Dusche am Strand, wir mussten heimlich am anderen Privatstrand duschen.

• Suat (7/5): Es war okej. - Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und hatte einen schönen Blick auf das Meer. Das Personal war unfreundlich. Es gab einen Servierer, der nie grüsste und sehr negativ war.
