- Amanda (9/5): - The apartment is a great location for exploring Melbourne and was very comfortable. It was really clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Nice to also find an apartment with a comfortable bed! Added bonus was the coffee shop downstairs - such a treat each morning, the best coffee in Melbourne. We would happily stay again on our next visit.

- Balwant (8/5): Good location & clean, but lots of improvements needed for a comfortable stay. - Clean when we checked in. 1. No privacy. Window blinds for the whole unit were not black-out blinds so residents across the road could view us anytime of the day. Initially we thought they were one-way-view blinds but I checked after dark and I could see image of my wife from the street. Hence, there was no privacy for us in the living room or bedroom.
2. Hand held shower was too high and if you’re not more than 5.8 ft in height, you cannot grab the shower off the holder.
3. Bathroom sink is too small and we couldn’t brush teeth without knocking our head into the cupboard above the sink. We had to brush in the shower😩.
4. Combined Washer Drier took very long to dry our clothes. We had to dry only 3 or 4 items at a time. A separate tumble drier would have helped as there is place above the washing machine to mount a tumble dryer.
5. Shower door did not fully close, so water seeps out when showering. We had to use the mop after every shower to dry the area outside the shower door.
6. No heater in the bathroom. As there was only one Inverter combined cooler and heater in the living room, the bathroom was always cold. A heater light in the ceiling would help warm up the bathroom in the cold mornings.
7. We did not book this unit as an AirBnB unit, but booked it via Booking.Com as motel or hotel, so we were surprised when on check out, we were asked to do things like AirBnB guests, such as throwing out all rubbish and washing and all dishes.
8. We stayed for 5 nights and bathroom amenities were provided for 3 nights only. We had to buy additional tissues and cleaning clothes.
9. There were at least 4 drive thru parking lots on the ground floor which would have been ideal for unloading or loading up during check in or check out, yet these are not used and we had to unload and load on the street which had limited parking. Wander why we were not given the access card or tags to use these temporary resident pass thru lots.

- Anne (9/5): Superb - The location was perfect for what we needed close to Richmond and an easy drive to city. The unit was small but clean and well designed with all the facilities we needed. Parking was included but wasn't on site and was a 6 minute walk away. This wasn't clear in the ad. However, we were out during the day and found street parking directly outside the unit at night that was more convenient.

- Jodi (9/5): Excellent location, clean, comfortable and wonderful communication by owners. - Great location for what we needed. Quiet and safe neighbourhood. Parking easy, and apartment was clean and well presented. Cafe downstairs is open early and could be an issue for those wanting a sleep in. We are early risers so didn’t worry us.

- Ross (10/5): Exceptional - Check-in was as easy as possible. The apartment was very clean and tidy and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Don't have anything negative to add. Parking was easy and convenient. Unfortunately, the jam factory isn't what it used to be. But there are plenty of shops walking distance away. And even has a lovely cafe at the bottom of the building that is open every day.
