Guest Reviews
- Amanda (9/5): - Attention to detail. Everything we needed was in the house.
Comfy beds. A couple of thing needed fixing but the owners were on to this.
- Lauren (10/5): -
- Leanne (8/5): Well maintained property close to town. - Great location, close to city and arterial routes AROUND the city. Neat backyard to enjoy sunny weather. Very comfortable bed, we slept well.
Cosy lounge. Welcome touches such as some porridge sachets, chips and soft drinks. All the conveniences of home with dishwasher and washing machine. As older people, we found the very steep staircase with narrow steps a nuisance at night as there is no upstairs bathroom. I think there should be photos so people are fully aware of what they are committing to. Also the key safe was difficult to open, seems stiff.
- Madden (10/5): - Perfect set up for our end of trip to unwind and check out Launceston. Great location and a walk or short drive to our bookings. Looking forward to coming back in the future.
- Patricia (10/5): This house is beautiful, so tidy and parking out the front. - Beautiful house, very clean. The stairs, do scare you a little.
- Charles (8/5): A five day couple stay to sample the Launceston area. - It was comfortable and large with a well equipped kitchen, washer/dryer and a sunny backyard. Ample parking directly in front of the unit. A modern bathroom and large comfortable beds. Brand new IGA a short walk away. The only thing I had a problem with was the knives in the cutlery draw. They seemed ergonomically deficient in that you could not hold them without discomfort and it was almost impossible to get anything from a jar or spread it on your bread. A shame because they look new. A couple of simple knives would not go a miss.

- Kirra (9/5): - Great place, lovely neighbourhood. Stairs were a bit steep, traditional of the era of house built
- Danijela (10/5): Really enjoyable, would definitely love to stay here again. - Tracey had everything ready for us to perfection, we were allowed early entry, the kitchen was really well stocked and she had drinks and snacks set out for us. Everything was super clean and tidy and welcoming. The stairs are steep but the rooms upstairs are so lovely.
- Rebecca (9/5): - Loved that we could take our little dogs The stairs
- jean francois (9/5): Hébergement bien situé et mis en valeur. On s'y sent bien. - Très bon emplacement pour nos besoins.
Merci pour l'attention de notre hôte pour nos petits déjeuner .
- Mim (7/5): - Location was great

- Jannah (10/5): Loved our stay, everything you’d need and more for a few days away with our children. - Perfect size, location and amenities - everything we needed and more. Few luxuries which were so very much appreciated.
- Jodie (10/5): - Comfortable, clean, modern, owner was great to communicate with, entry on arrival was super easy, could park right outside the front door and was able to bring our dog with us - would definitely recommend this place to others and would certainly pick this host/house to stay with again. The dog was even left a little welcome pack/station which was a very thoughtful addition. Everything exceeded our needs and expectations - No improvement required.
- Daniel (8/5): Excellent place to stay for a stopover. Great host and great facilities. - Cosy, warm and inviting, good kitchen facilities and host provided kitchen contents, including ice creams, chips, drinks and eggs. Little bit of night road noise, not used to it really.
- Belinda (10/5): Comfortable, clean and will stay again - The property was presented beautifully, clean, special touches such as a few snacks. Perfect size courtyard for small dogs. Host Tracey was easy to communicate with, prompt replies and really helpful. Perfect for a weekend away for kids sports. Property was old but didn’t affect anything at all.
- Suzy (9/5): Lovely, will be back again! - We enjoyed and had a lovely stay. Would have rated a 10 but gave a 9 due to having trouble working the tv which kids got a bit annoyed with but other then that everything was perfect, thank you
- John (9/5): A comfortable environment with modern amenities. - Good Location with modern facilities. The building is showing signs of wear and tear.
- Craig (10/5): The property was clean, well-equipped and in a great location. - The property was clean and well-maintained. It was in a excellent location, with easy access to local shops and restaurants. Check-in and check-out was smooth and hassle-free
- Jojo (10/5): Beautiful property - We loved everything about Charm on forster. It was clean and beautifully done up, with a lovely kitchen and bathroom for an older style property. It was just perfect and the hosts were lovely and very accommodating, allowing us to check out late as we had a 9pm flight. I highly recommend this place to stay. So roomy and beautifully presented ❤️ Has all u need plus very handy to iga, maccas and other food places oh and the local pub. Also the beds were sooo comfy we both had our best sleep in years.
- Lydya (3/5): All the walls are cracked, no air conditioner, crazy heat - Its ok for first and last time Its not safe building all the wall cracks
Dirty walls with spiders
No air conditioner
Was crazy hot
Too expensive for it actually
And at the end the owner wanted us to clean everything by ourselves!!!!! Before we left
Anyway was ok for emergency stay but not again 👍
- Caroline (8/5): Very good - Well equipped kitchen, we had everything we need.
The location is excellent, close to the places we want to visit. The house itself is quite old with big cracks on the walls which is a bit scary. There were a lot of creaking sounds in the stairs (too narrow as well) and on the beds.
- Jordan (10/5): Charm on Forster is exactly what it says, charming, in a fabulous location with a wonderful host. - Great location, very cozy with wonderful amenities provided.
- Jessica (8/5): Comfortable, well equipped in a good location. - It’s was very comfortable and stylish. The stairs were a bit steep with one of us almost falling down them because of how narrow they were but they caught themselves with the railing.
