• Matthee (1/5): Bad - Firstly they took more than an hour to allocate us a room. They placed us in 3 different rooms and every room was occupied. The bed was unchanged and dirty with marks and little hair all over. The women that need to assist us do not answer her phone to assist and she was rude.
• Siphumelele (7/5): I enjoyed my stay at Bolton. I had all the necessary equipment for self catering and the Wi-Fi worked really well so tha - I liked the location and how convenient it is. The apartment was a perfect size for a solo traveler They had issues with water and the room did not look like it was cleaned properly. The carpet looked like it hadn’t been washed or swept and the extra blanket provided smelt like a man who smoked that used it prior which left me wondering if the bedding was changed even though it looked cleaned. The drain also smelt really bad which meant that when I returned at the apartment, it always had a foul smell

• Boitshepo (3/5): Poor - The couch and the bed wasn’t comfortable. The place is not 100% clean. They don’t even have a simple tea bag for tea.

• Fikile (4/5): Disappointing - Check in was easy as the apartment was not locked. The place is quite as well. There was a horrible stinge of smoke in the apartment. There was clearly recent heavy smoking happening there. The pillows have an awful smell and the bed is uncomfortable. It's old/damaged. The apartment needs a deep clean.

• Itumeleng (1/5): So bad, did not enjoy it. Not worth any penny! - I liked the staff, the cleaning lady and the security guys. - There was literally no consumable water, wifi shuts down from time to time. No Morning coffee material, tea bags look like they had 4 months and half there.

• Lenore (7/5): Pleasant stay - Everything was as promised. Had a pleasant stay. Bedside lamps were not functional because they need 2-pin plugs and none were provided in the bedroom. Request host to please provide these so that the bedside lamps can be used.

• Daniel (1/5): BAD!! No value for money!!! - Nice pictures published but extremely poor equipped apartment, no kitchen towels, no bath towels, no table and chairs. Aluminium Cutlery of the cheapest choice, no kitchen knife or any other kitchen utilities. Several times a day no water, which is irritating in early hours when kitchen and bathrooms are needed most. Internet  Download speed was at my stay at 10 Mbps, which is too slow for live streaming. Attention: Host operates other appartements in this block!!! Think twice before you hand over your money!!!
