• John (8/5): Florence is great so having a safe and convenient location is helpful. - Location. Minor thing. Ran out of toilet paper, and only three coffee servings but again, it did not cause trouble. The street is quite busy with tourists and after hours there was a lot of loud noise from disrespectful people, but that is no fault of the rental unit.

• Franca (8/5): Very good - Location , cleanliness, comfortable beds and good communication with Dario. Although it was in a great location, it was extremely noisy at night and also the people upstairs were loud. The kettle and coffee machine were not working. An Italian Mocha coffee perculator would have been ideal. No washing powder and for one wash I had to buy a big container. No basic supplies.
