• sophie (9/5): Absolument Incroyable, je réserverais l appartement 204 sans aucune hésitation - L appartement 204 est absolument parfait, une vue incroyable, et équipé de façon à couvrir tous les besoins pendant le séjour, les personnes en charge de l appartement sont egalement a remercier, disponible et réponde rapidement .en essayant de répondre positivement aux demandes (dans la mesure du possible)

• Mariana (10/5): Excellent room and facilities - Everything was perfect. Great room, the flat is amazing and the building too (swimming pool, paid breakfast, gym, laundry, lobby etc). There is a separate access to the beach, very convenient. Nothing. Everything was great.

• Andréa Cristina P de (8/5): Pequeno, porém novo e bem cuidado. Eu voltaria. - A localização foi boa. Fomos de carro com nosso filho para o reveillon. Pelas fotos do Booking, aparentemente tem vista para o mar, mas é um apartamento pequeno, e o terceiro hóspede dorme em um sofá cama, mas bem confortável. Tem varanda, e varal na varanda. O enxoval era bom, e o melhor de tudo é a administradora Refúgio. Eles olham o whatsapp a qualquer hora, e tentam resolver qualquer problema de imediato. Foram muito solícitos. O apartamento, apesar de bem pequeno, é super novinho, e bem montado. Tem um balcão com cooktop, tem pia, armários com tudo de cozinha e um frigobar, mas que gela muito bem. Recebemos um espumante para brindar a chegada de 2026. Ficamos no apto 132. A pia fica fora do banheiro, que no final, apesar de estranho, até ajuda, pois agiliza a utilização por todos. A segurança do flat é ótima, com cadastramento de foto e ingresso no prédio todo automatizado, apesar de ter portaria. A garagem nao cabem todos os carros, mas pode-se estacionar na frente ou nos arredores facilmente. A praia na frente é ótima, super tranquila e com bom banho de mar. Guarda-sol e cadeiras basta solicitar na recepção. Café da manhã é terceirizado, mas dá para usar, ou pode-se procurar um bom lugar. Como tem muitos armários, está super bem equipado, com bom guarda-roupas, e inclusive com vassoura, pá, pano de prato, esponja de prato nova, etc. O ponto negativo é o tamanho do banheiro, que é bem pequeno, apesar de o box ter bom tamanho. O chuveiro é ótimo, com água morna e boa pressão. No Booking há outras fotos de outros apartamentos diferentes. Atenção.

• Silvana (9/5): Excelente - Quanto as "chaves": o anfitrião - Refúgio solicita os dados, documentos dos hóspedes para cadastramento - na chegada, ao fazer a identificação na portaria do prédio é feita a foto para reconhecimento facial. A fechadura é eletrônica e a senha de acesso é fornecida pelo Refúgio no dia da chegada. O prédio é extremamente seguro, assim como a cidade.
