• Patricia D.Carvalho (5/5): - La ubicación estaba muy bien la boca de metro justo en la esquina y alto business al otro lado de la calle. La limpieza fatal el sofá cama dava asco de dormir alli. Había mucha mejillas de pan y basura en la hora de abrir lo, la cocina faltaba un poco mas de atención siendo que había mejillas de pan en la nevera y el horno dava asco de usarlo, que ibamos hacer una pizza y no hemos podido utilizar, y faltaba altaba una cafetería italiana o una express. Eramos 5 personas nel piso no habia toallas suficiente. Se lo dije a la dueña y fue muy compreensiva y nos dijo que traería toallas, pero afinal falto a su palabra. Siendo que faltaba toallas para dos personas mas ao que eramos familia aun así no teníamos suficientes una por lo menos para cada.

• Lauren (9/5): Everything you could need, close to transportation, and great owners! - It was really nice having a kitchen space to cook my own food. Plus, it was extremely close to grocery stores and easy to bring back food to cook. The rooms both had double beds, and there was even a room with an en suite. The owner was incredible to work with, very responsive to questions. Another bonus was that iwas steps away from Balham tube and train station, making travel super convenient and easy. There were some hairs on the bed when we first arrived. Nothing too bad or off putting. It was pretty much what you would expect for London.

• Laura (7/5): Un super séjour de Noel en famille. - nous avons vraiment apprécié l'emplacement de l'appartement, il est vraiment à côté des transports, que ce soit le bus, ou la ligne northern ! Vraiment hyper simple et rapide pour rejoindre l'hyper centre de Londres. Nous avons fait par à l'hôte des désagréments sonores liés aux voisins du dessus et il a agit rapidement en conséquence, ce qui a été appréciable. Nous lui avons également fait part du manque de couverts, et du canapé vraiment endommagé. Ce qui a rendu compliqué le couchage supplémentaire.
• Beatriz (3/5): Una auténtica película de terror - Tenía un pretz, un Aldi, un macdonald y la estación de tren/metro justo al lado. El apartamento estaba sucio, habian limpiado muy por encima, la moqueta estaba llena de manchas, había comida detrás de las mesitas, etc. cuando llegamos no habían suficientes toallas, les envié un mensaje y es cierto que lo solucionaron ese mismo día (después tuvimos más problemas y no lo solucionaron tan rápido) el sofá cama estaba roto, había un muelle en medio horrible. El segundo día no nos funcionaba la clave para entrar y les volví a escribir sobre las 11 de la mañana y no recibí respuesta, a las horas les volví a escribir (sobre las 16:00) ya que estábamos preocupados por si llegábamos tarde y no podíamos entrar, y me dijeron que habian llamado y que no les daba señal ( no tenía línea porque estaba en otro país) y fueron incapaces de enviar un mensaje por la misma aplicación de booking por la que ya habíamos hablado el día anterior, esta segunda vez nos dijeron cómo arreglarlo y cuando volvimos al apartamento entramos sin problema. Esa misma noche tuvimos otro problema más, sobre las 3 de la mañana se fue la luz y la a las 6 empezó a sonar un pitido de uno de los sensores de la alarma de incendios, el que estaba en el salón, a si que la persona que durmió en el sofá cama, por si fuera poco dormir en un sitio tan incómodo se despertó por el ruido de dicha alarma y tuvo que dormir en una de las camas de matrimonio con 2 personas más para así poder descansar un poco. A esa hora (6 de la mañana) les escribí otro mensaje y a las 10 de la mañana aún no habían contestado y seguíamos sin luz, gracias a que teníamos un conocido que sí que tenía línea pudimos llamar al teléfono y en cuanto llamamos la pusieron ( no sabemos si los dueños la controlaban desde algún lugar o Esque no la pagaron o qué problema tuvieron pero si no hubiéramos llamado a saber cuando hubieran contestado) por último decir también que los vecinos tenían en la puerta carteles bastante turbios de un predicador en los que en uno ponía, cito textualmente: “ si me vigilas morirás”

• Helen (9/5): Great flat in perfect location - Friendly hosts. Location was amazing - one minute walk from the tube and in the heart of vibrant Balham. Spacious flat. Comfy beds. Powerful showers. Noisy small child in flat upstairs. No bedside lamps. No shower curtain in second bathroom. Not too much to spoil our stay, though :)

• Laura (4/5): Achei que seria bom mas acabou sendo uma péssima experiência… - Bom eu estava animada com a viagem pois era a primeira vez da minha familia em londres, mas a limpeza do lugar era horrivel, as toalhas era nitido que tinham sido usadas por varias pessoas, os armarios, copos, talheres e etc tudo encardido, tivemos que lavar novamente todos os utensilios… em cima do armario da cozinha, nas paredes dos quartos e no banheiro a poeira era tamanha que tivemos que limpar tudo! Sei que a situação de acomodação em londres é difícil mas realmente aqui as pessoas nao tem o minimo de limpeza possível… as camas eram pequenas, pra casal, e o corredor que dava acesso ao apartamento vivia com um cheiro muito ruim… Eu tive problema pois desligaram a energia de todo o imovel para conferencia anual, depois houve um problema de agua devido a uma infiltração para o andar debaixo e o staff responsável foi muito grosso e rude comigo… ele queria a todo custo que pessoas do concerto entrassem a qualquer momento no apartamento sem combinar horario, sem ter ngm no apartamento, nao há chaves entre os comodos entao nao é possivel guardar coisas em outro lugar para concertar o comodo, ele nao me deu nenhuma solução, disse que precisava concertar e que se eu nao quisesse que fossem eu mesma deveria pagar o concerto. Nao teve nenhum tipo de empatia mesmo eu combinando horario e falando que seria melhor se tivesse um horario em que estivessemos em casa, alias pagamos por um espaço inteiro e self checkin… em resumo eles entraram com outra chave num horario em que nao estavamos e meus pais ficaram impossibilitados de usar o banheiro deles no quarto para tomar banho por 2 dias…

• Richy (10/5): Amazing - Amazing prooerty, I asked if I could host a small gathering and the hosts gave me permission to do it, the property was very clean and spacious, If you want a nice apartment in a location where hosting small gatherings is idle then I’d recommend, it’s near a train station and high street so any music you play will get filtered out by the outside surroundings, the neighbour is friendly too. I’d 100% recommend this property, we didn’t know where the broom was or where to put to rubbish bags but the host told us to not worry about it and they will sort it out, I’m very happy with my stay here, thank you once again Sharp knives for cutting were missing and a broom to sweep the floor but the cleaners sorted all of that out after we left so it’s not that deep, the property is a 10/10

• Hailey (5/5): With more thorough cleaning the standard of this stay would be more well received. - The apartment was easy to check in and located very close to the tube station. It is spacious and the images are quite accurate. The host was generally responsive through messages. The bed linen felt clean and the bed was comfortable. The bins in the kitchen and bathroom still had trash from the previous occupants. The kitchen smelt like garbage even with windows opened. We did not attempt to cook here and the kitchen was not very well equipped. The power went off on Christmas morning which disrupted our plans however the hosts remedied this in a few hours. The noise from the apartment above was very loud upstairs. I normally can put up with noise but it was excessive both nights.

• Lianne (9/5): Quick trip away - Location is perfect for getting round London, 1 min walk to train, tube and buses, just in off high street to avoid the busy traffic noise. So close to bars, shops, loads of little places to eat, everything within mins walk. Well equipped flat, had all we needed, the little bits like salt, sugar and even coffee were a nice touch. Easy access. So close to train that can hear them from when they start early, so if a light sleeper.... but saying that you forget after a while.
• Sarah (7/5): Great location, spacious flat, but not for cooking a meal in. - It was the perfect location for us. So close to all transport links. Although modernised it was missing quite a lot of fundamental items - mirrors, kitchen knives, toilet paper, etc etc the list is long but so so easily sorted.
• Lyanna (9/5): Fantastic - The flat is very spacious and comfortable beds with brand new deluxe mattresses on each bed, it’s in the perfect location to the underground and local shops so it was ideal for my family to get around London to all the sites and to do some food shopping etc we had a couple of issues when we turned up which were quickly sorted and the host was lovely, I would highly recommend this flat and we will definitely be staying again There could do with a new sofa bed in all honesty and maybe a couple of fans for when it’s hot but other than that it was perfect for our needs

• Sarah (6/5): Great location. Decent flat. Quite noisy. - The location is really superb. Right in central balham so seconds from shops, restaurants and the tube. The two bathrooms are great and the lounge is comfortable. The flat is RIGHT on the Trainline with the bedrooms at the back so extremely noisy. The tenants upstairs were also very loud and up until til the early hours which made sleep tricky! The flat was not particularly clean (a box of old food on the side and fridge a pretty grubby) but more to the point the cleaner had left a bag of rubbish and a pile of dirty linen on the lounge floor. I tried to ring the host to see what I should do with it. No response. Emailed and didn’t get an answer until our last day (4 days later).
• Nurafiza (9/5): Overall, I highly recommend this homestay! The cleanliness, amenities, and location were exceptional - Overall, the homestay was fantastic! The house was impeccably clean and well-equipped, making it feel like a home away from home. I especially appreciated the convenience of having a fully equipped kitchen as well as having washing machine plus dryer, microwave, and fridge. The furniture was comfortable and complete, and the provision of towels was a nice touch. Location was a major plus. Although it was located on the first floor of a shop lot without lift, undeniably the location in the city center was incredibly convenient. The proximity to the underground station and walking distance to the bus station made getting around a breeze. Plus, having a variety of eateries and easily accessible halal food options nearby was a huge bonus. A few minor suggestions: While almost everything was perfect, I would recommend providing a knife for the kitchen and bath soap/hair shampoo in the bathroom. An iron would also be a welcome addition for those who need it. A person mobilized with wheelchair and physically disable might not be suitable.

• Erik (8/5): A good place to stay for a family touristing in London. - Great location and neighbourhood. Fast and easy communication to central London. The sofa bed had been mended before our arrival. It works ones you figure out how to stabilise it.
• Craig (3/5): Very disappointing. A few hundred pounds and some care would make this a good property. - The location was excellent for the tube - and Balham is a vibrant area. Beds were comfortable (handy as the sofa was broken) How do you let a holiday property with neither a kettle or a toaster? The property lacked either of them. But a ‘lovely’ picture saying ‘ok - but first coffee’ was a lovely ironic touch. Apart from a small mirror in the bathroom - no mirrors in the property. One wardrobe - with only four hangers, and a box from ikea in the other bedroom awaiting erection - was this for us to do? In the main bathroom, made the mistake of touching the shower curtain - which promptly fall down. It’s a spring loaded rod and curtain set up - and it’s not long enough for the job…. Left it fixed… Cleanliness wise, there were pistachio nuts on the floor by the bin when we came in - and there was a dustbin bag left on the sofa with Tupperware boxes in it. Perhaps we were suppose to use these in lieu of a kettle? The sofa was broken - and therefore not to be sat on.
• Mrs (6/5): Pleasant - The flat was in a good location, right next to the Balham tube station. 2 comfortable beds. Having a bathroom and additional en-suite was great. Flat was very clean. WiFi was good There was a lack of facilities. According to the advert, there is a kettle, toaster, ironing facilities and hairdryer. There was none of these. Also the frame of the sofa is broken! A few small improvements would make this flat great value.

• Gayna (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is close by tube stations. The beds were comfortable. We were late checking out, but the host was very understanding. I would recommend this apartment and would stay again.
• Jake (7/5): Good value - Very easy and simple to get into the building. Great location, right next to the train station so its a quick metro to practically anywhere. Apartment is very spacious, and beds are comfortable and pretty clean. Solid value It is RIGHT next to train station. Very loud whenever trains are running. AC was not really working, so it was pretty hot all day and even into the night. Host didn't respond very quickly when questions were asked.
• Alison (9/5): Superb - The location was excellent and the flat was very comfortable and spacious. Only suggestion would be to have a small bin in the kitchen, black bags were provided. Also to have additional bedding for the sofa bed.
