• Smiley Shant (7/5): - The location was excellent and very convenient, only a short walk to the station and easy access to Shinjuku. The apartment was very clean, especially the bathroom, bedsheets, towels, and pillows. Everything felt fresh and organized. The host was also very kind and pleasant to speak with over the phone, and the check-in process was smooth overall. We also appreciated having towels, clean linens, and basic kitchen items available. The biggest issue for us was the internet/Wi-Fi. There was a QR code in the apartment for Wi-Fi, but it did not work during our stay. We already had our own portable Wi-Fi, so it was manageable for one night, but when our children arrived the next day it became more difficult. Unfortunately, communication was also hard because the provided phone number was Japanese only and there was no WhatsApp or Viber available. Email replies seemed to take several days, so it was difficult to get quick support about the Wi-Fi issue. Another issue was the kitchen heating/cooking device, which did not seem to work. We tried many times but could not make it function. Finally, the floor mattress/futon was too thin and uncomfortable for sleeping. You could feel the hard surface underneath when turning during the night, so sleep comfort could definitely be improved with a thicker mattress.
• Smiley Shant (7/5): - Very clean room and bathroom, excellent hygiene overall. The location was very convenient and close to transport and shops. Check-in was automatic and easy, which made arrival smooth and stress-free. The host was also very kind, responsive, and easy to communicate with. The pillows, sheets, and blankets were very comfortable and nicely prepared. The only small inconvenience was that there were around 10 stairs before reaching the elevator, which could be difficult for travelers arriving from the airport with heavy luggage. The kitchenette was also very small. The main issue was the mattress/floor bedding itself. The bedding was placed directly on a wooden base very close to the floor, and the mattress felt thin and not very comfortable. You could sometimes feel the hard surface underneath when moving during sleep. I honestly think the owner should consider improving the mattress, because good sleep is one of the most important things for guests staying in an apartment.

• Irina (6/5): Только за отношение менеджера и расположение с очень натяжкой можно поставить 5 - Расположение было удачным, но в целом на этом все. Мы приехали, а номер не убран. В туалете грязь (в прямом смысле слова), на балконе чьи-то чужие кроссовки. Постельное белье после предыдущих жильцов не поменяли! Написала через букинг «отелю», менеджер сразу перезвонила, пыталась доказать, что номер убран, на что в ответ получила кучу фото, где видно, что это не так. Попросила отменить бронирование, а взамен сняла нам номера в отеле рядом, где было сильно чище.

Podrozowalismy w 4 praktycznie dorosle osoby, a spanie bylo przygotowane dla 3 osob, na szczescie jakos poradzilismy sobie. Cena jest troche wygorowana.Niestety wyglada duzo slabiej niż na zdjeciach. Sofa czyli.czwarte lozko bylo niewygodne.

Xung quanh nhà có cửa hàng tiện lợi, quán ăn, tiệm giặt là, nên rất thuận tiện. Chỉ một điều bé xíu mà con gái của tôi không thích là nhà vệ sinh không có vòi xịt tự động, nên hơi bất tiện. Para un día 4 personas apenas se puede estar del tamaño, sería más bien para dos. Sin embargo tiene un espacio de terraza precioso, lástima que estaba muy abandonado y sucio, una pena. El resto de las instalaciones bien (baño cocina, etc) pero para dos personas. Nosotros éramos 4 y fue muy incómodo.

• 최 (1/5): 최악이였어요 이런곳을 숙소로하다니 - 숙소에 처음들어갔을때 너무 시설이 낡고 후져서 깜짝 노랬어요. 방음도 안되고 4인가족이 머물기에는 너무 좁았어요. 굉장히 불편했어요. 수건도 먼저가 많이 묻어있어서 목욕후 닦을때 먼지가 몸에 그대로다묻어서 다시 씻어야만 했어요. 최악이였어요. 다시는 머물고 싶지. 않아요. 커뮤니케이션이 안되고요. 불편한점이 너무 많았어요 커피포트도 너무 더러웠어요 화장실 세면대는 꽉막혀서 쓰지도 못하고 좁고 룸컨디션은 최악이었습니다. 침대매트릭스 3개 깔아놓고 한명은 쇼파에 자라는거인데 쇼파 불편해서 잘수가없어요 결국 4명이서 침대에서 불편하게 잤네요 침대 스프링은 다망가져서 밖으로 삐져나올거 같았고요 밞을때마라 스프링소리가 힘없이 났어요. 어떻게 그런곳에 사는사람들이 있는지 신기함니다.
• 平山 (10/5): 最高！またきます - 管理人の方の対応が丁寧でした！チェックインの暗証番号解除に戸惑って、連絡したらすぐにきてくれました。ありがたかったです。 立地はコンビニ、松屋やすき家、スーパーも近くにあり、便利でしたが、やはり歌舞伎町周辺なので治安はいまいちです。
• Trébillac (5/5): Bien situé mais immeuble vieux. - Emplacement très proche du centre du shinjuku. 3 Matelas et couettes très bien. Clim Ne convient pas à plus de 3 voyageurs. Le quatrième lit était en très mauvais état et inutilisable. La terrasse est très grande mais elle était très sale ainsi que les chaises et la table. Immeuble vieux et en mauvais état.

• Joana (5/5): Acceptable for 2 people or a short stay - The location was really good for exploring the Shinjuku and Shibuya areas; very close to at least 3 train/metro stations. There are a lot of restaurants nearby; some open 24h! The building has a laundry area. The balcony was nice for breakfast and eating in; however if it rains it is not usable. The check in process was simple and clear. We were 4 people and a baby, spending 4 nights. We found the apartment size not very comfortable for such a prolonged stay. The bed arrangement described did not coincide - We arrived to 3 made beds on futons on the floor, and a blanket folded on the sofa. We contacted the host, who replied promptly, but only really provided 1 sheet for the sofa the next day. Also, the sofa was very uncomfortable to sleep, as you could feel the wooden base. Not wheelchair accessible - to reach the elevator you have to climb quite a few steps. The air conditioning tubes are visible and accessible, and there seemed to be a leak as there was a moldy smell by the window.

• Robert (4/5): Disappointing - Unfortunately the room looks very different from the photos online. I didn’t realise the compact size of the room and the location. The owner was really great and accommodating to us and for that I am thankful though unfortunately the apartment wasn’t at all what I expected. During we cut our stay by one night. The noises we could hear coming from outside the building during the night were chilling to say the least.

• Connie (6/5): Wouldn’t recommend. There were so many different people living there. Room had bugs. - The WiFi was really good but it was off for one day and it took a few hours for them to fix it. Different from the photos. Missing full body mirror and the bathroom towel rod was broken - tried to ask to switch rooms but none was available. Bathroom is so small. Barely any room for our luggage.

Bluetooth speaker was nice entertainment when staying inside. It would've been nice if there was a TV, but the bluetooth speaker was a good alternative. The inside isn't very soundproof, which is common. So if you're going to be loud, people will hear you.

There is a washing machine at the ground floor that you could use. The size of the room was small. However, if you love to sit on the huge balcony under the sun, that was good.

Although close to a busy street, it was still quiet enough at night to get some good sleep. The place was a little smaller than we expected, the balcony was about the same space as the rest of the apartment. The bathroom is on the smaller side and there is no bidet.

• T. (9/5): Superb - I loved the location! It was optimal, close to Shinjuku station, with convenient stores close by. The laundromat downstairs was also convenient so I don’t have to walk far for it. The space was well equipped and the balcony was a huge plus. Nothing much about the place itself, but because we're 3 girls it was a lot of stuff and it was a bit hard to manage.
• Toshie (7/5): I don’t like Shinjuku so I would never stay here again. Also too small to move around. But if you’re looking for Shinjuk - Convenient location if you like the hustle and bustle of Shinjuku chaos. The room was clean. Had all the essential. 24hr coin laundry was convenient. Lots of places to eat and drink nearby as well as grocery store. Inside usable space is tiny. No closet space or hanging space. No instructions or info before or on site. Could barely open two small carryons. The kitchen and bathroom was one of the smallest I’ve had to deal with. The massive balcony is pretty much useless.
• Kristal (6/5): Slightly cramped but otherwise very very good. - The location was great, it was a short walk to either Higashi Shinjuku or Shinjuku Sanchome station which is a stop away from Shinjuku. If you'd like to, you can walk directly to Shinjuku station too. Check in was easy and seamless. The property kindly informed me on the day itself that they have finished cleaning the room early and I could check in early. The outdoor terrace was nice to chill but when I went in June with the wet weather, it was mostly damp or wet out. It was well equipped with speaker, wifi, pot, induction, fridge, towels and toiletries were provided. It was slightly cramped for three people and the luggages.

It’s close to many love hotels but we didn’t hear any noise or interruptions. Apartment was clean. Facilities were good This apartment is a part of a large residential complex so no check-in or reception. We didn’t have a contact number for arrival so ensure you have any questions answered prior to arrival.
