- Samantha (8/5): Overall stay was brilliant, great view and great location. - Location Was tricky getting into the garage parking, remote wasn’t left in lock box.
Was tricky getting out, we had to lock apartment, use garage fob to get car out, then park, then take garage fob back up to room then back out again.
- Kylie (7/5): Great spot, great parking. - Location was excellent as we were going to convention centre. And the complimentary carpark is why I gave it a 7 for value. I know how much parking costs and so this really made up for the not so clean residence. It's not that the place was dirty, it was the lack of cleaniness for items like the garbage bin, the top edges and corners of skirting tiles, the fingers prints on one of the glasses, walls need a freshen up with new paint... mostly it felt like cleaner was slack. But it was convenient, and we felt safe walking to and from and there was security person in the foyer in evenings, so you felt safe. The squeaky single bed. (really bad) and finding hair in the other single bed.

Facilities were good, plenty of room for everyone, with their own sleep space.
Building felt safe and secure when coming and going all hours of the day.
Car park was an added bonus. Noise from traffic and tram was a little distracting, especially when trying to sleep, The noise felt louder in the bedrooms than out in the living area. Next time, will be prepared for sleep conditions

Signage was very poor through out the building. From car park to room location to bin location

- Damon (9/5): Great accommodation, close to the CBD, Yarra, Crown, Transport, Dining and Entertainment - Great location, good for walking to venues, dining, etc.
- Virginia (7/5): Fabulous location, plenty of room and nice outlook. - The location is fantastic. Opposite a tram stop, very close to everything Needs some minor repairs, broken cupboard, pedal bin broken, clock not working, bathroom taps ned fixing and towel rack. I think these are all little things that cleaners would not notice, only become obvious when you are staying there. We are not used to inner city living so found it very noisy, would bring earplugs next time.

- Keiko (7/5): Nice convenient location, but need to be better maintenance - Very convenient location. Close to tram stop and small supermarket (IGA) is around the corner. This apartment is located bit outside of the main city area so it's less busy and quiet. ( Unfortunately, there were road work in front of the apartment while stayed . It was very noisy.) Big enough room to stay conformably with 5 adults. We had more and more issues occurred while we stayed. Living Room Roller blind was broken, bathroom light bulb has gone out, bathroom door was broken and nearly fallen off, clothes dryer did not work properly (When we check the filter, it was full of dust!!!) , the foot pedal of the rubbish bin was broken .
I doubt it all these issues happened this occasion. When i contacted them about these issues, they responded promptly though. Hope they check all equipment work properly before they welcome another new guests)
