• Anil (1/5): It didn't happen. - Can't answer this question. I never got to stay at this facility. When I arrived it was locked and no instructions were provided for accessing the building/room. For more than two hours after arrival I tried calling the numbers provided, but I didn't get an answer. More than 24 hours later, the facility has not responded to my written message... nor has Booking.com. I had to seek alternative accommodation at tremendous inconvenience and cost.

• Sylvia (7/5): Good - They gave us a studio, which was roomy. Fridge Tiny bathroom, bedding was flimsy. No matress cover. No sidetable to bed which is not handy. you get what you pay for.

• David (8/5): Very good - Close to the ADO Bus terminal. Clean rooms for a fair price. Staff was really kind and helpful. A bit noisy and dark as there are no real windows in the green double room.
• Darlene (4/5): Worst place I’ve stayed in my lifetime. - Nothing. Felt unsafe. No toilet paper. Linens were old and we didn’t even use the pillows.
• James (5/5): Not recommended - The location was close to the bus station & restaurants. My stay at Casona Pueblo Màgico wasn't great. I booked it for Jan 3-6. I received a call at 11am on Jan 5 asking why I hadn't checked out by 1030am & that they'd be charging me an extra $450mx for delaying their cleaning. Also, the room lacked several of the listed amenities, no bottle of water, no shampoo, no body wash, no cups to drink from, & above all it had no toilet seat or lid. I mentioned this upon checking in to which I was assured that they would remedy the situation. They never did.
• Ian (5/5): Good value, but listing needs to be reviewed to accurately represent the current space. - A good overall experience, but a confusing one. I booked the "Deluxe Queen Room with Two Queen Beds" but when I arrived, that room apparently did not exist? I was given a different room, with a single smaller bed. The room I received was fine, but not what I was expecting. The booking mentioned many facilities that were not available: Washing machine, Sofa, Cleaning products, Seating Area, Refrigerator, Mosquito net, Tumble dryer, Wardrobe or closet, Dining area, Dining table. None of this was available or included.
• Timothy (8/5): Very good - good restaurants & supermarket nearby room was tatty. no bar, restaurant or reception desk. No sign showing it is a hotel.

Todo está cerca: desde taquerías buenísimas y baratas hasta la terminal de autobuses ADO. Moverme por Cancún, incluyendo las playas, fue facilísimo. El lugar es muy tranquilo, ideal para relajarse, y vi a varias familias disfrutando a lo grande. Los anfitriones se lucieron, siempre atentos y dándome recomendaciones top para conocer Cancún sin gastar de más. Definitivamente volveré con mi familia o mi pareja. ¡10/10 recomendado!"

• Mat (9/5): Great spot for a family - very clean and welcoming. - The hosts were very social, friendly, and informative. They let us drop our bags early and leave them after checkout. They also told us about great places to eat.
• Patricia (6/5): - Fue difícil hacer el check-in, no habia nadie en la propiedad y tampoco enviaron ningun mensaje con instrucciones para poder ingresar. Si no es por alguien que estaba hospedado y nos dejo esperar dentro, no hubiese podido entrar. Tuvimos que pedir ayuda y teléfonos a customer service que por cierto es malo también. Deberian tener teléfonos actualizados.

• Ryan (10/5): 5mn from ADO. Peaceful place, clean, comfortable and well appointed. Recommended - Just 5 minutes from the ADO Bus station and about 10 minutes from the Hotel Zone and its beaches. This place is truly pleasant. It is a very beautiful house which faces a small park, subdivided into different individual apartments, each with their private exterior entrance. Our apartment was particularly clean, comfortable and well appointed. You have plenty of restaurants or delicious Taco shops nearby. Our stay was short, just one night, but quite honestly, we would have liked to have stayed longer. Recommended Nothing, Good Communication with the Owner
