• Rahul (1/5): Worst experience ever. - Nothing. I was travelling back from London on Monday, I had my flight at 7 pm. My 2 year old daughter got Conjunctivitis, Sore throat and Fever in morning. I booked this property out of urgency to be able to care for my daughter as it was also nearer to Airport . I explained the situation in detail including and asked for the Keys to be handed over by 11 / 12 pm. The owner initially acknowledged and assured to help by 12 pm. He stopped replying and ultimately I had no where to tend to my kid. Before 3 pm - the mentioned check in time, I asked him to refund me the money - fully or partially - minus any admin fees as he failed to provide the property and I had to be at Airport by 5 pm and there is no point of me checking in at 3 pm. My request was denied straight away. Making money this terrible way is nothing short of pity. Absolute incapable of human understanding when the other party is in distress - should not be in Hospitality at all.

• Sadia (3/5): Not pleasant experience - Driveway is a bonus, 7 minutes walk from underground station is another added bonus. If you can't get a good night sleep, no money is worth it. 1st of all The mattress! I have never came across such poor quality mattress in my entire life. The quality is so poor that word's can't describe. 2nd: The room windows don't shut. The apartment C is facing the roadside, and oh boy, you'll hear traffic noise 24/7. Curtains aren't black-out ones so early morning the apartment is fully bright. My daughter got migraine because of how uncomfortable the stay was. Wouldn't recommend anyone.

• Nadja (1/5): Katastrophale Unterkunft zentral gelegen - Zentrale Lage Unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe Ich kann die Unterkunft leider überhaupt nicht weiterempfehlen und verstehe die bisher positiven Bewertungen nicht. Zuallererst ist eine falsche Adresse hinterlegt, das Navi hat uns zu einer Adresse an der gegenüber liegenden Straßenseite geführt. Erst nach einem Telefonat mit der Vermieterin konnten wir das richtige Haus finden. Die Gegend in der das Appartement sich befindet ist heruntergekommen und wirkt sehr kriminell. Wir haben uns absolut nicht sicher gefühlt, zumal das Sicherheitsschloss an der Wohnungstüre auch abgeklebt war, sodass wir nicht richtig abschließen konnten. Als wir im Appartement angekommen sind war es extrem heiß, leider wurden die Fenster mit den vorhandenen Gardinen nicht abgedunkelt, sodass die Sonne mit voller Kraft durch die vorhandene Fensterfront scheinen konnte. Leider konnte man auch nur 3 der vorhandenen Fenster nur einen Spalt weit Kippen, ganz öffnen, um wenigstens einen Durchzug zu machen, konnte man keines der Fenster. Somit hatten wir Abends um 21 Uhr immer noch 29 Grad im Appartement. Die vorhandene Ausstattung war primitiv und teilweise auch schon kaputt. Im Herd war zum Beispiel ein großes Loch, das Türschloss war wie bereits erwähnt kaputt und abgeklebt, hinter der Türe war ein großes Loch in der Wand und auf unserer Bettdecke war ein roter Fleck (es sah aus wie Blut). Besser putzen hätte man das Apartment auch können, es war nicht dreckig, aber auch nicht so sauber, wie ich das schon in anderen Unterkünften erlebt habe. Da sich das Apartment mitten in der Stadt befindet, war es durch den Verkehr auch sehr laut. Im Minutentakt ist Polizei und Krankenwagen mit Sirenen vorbeigefahren (auch abends um 21 Uhr noch). Da wir ein erst 9 Monate altes Baby dabei hatten und wir uns absolut nicht sicher und wohl gefühlt haben, sind wir noch am selben Abend in eine andere Unterkunft umgezogen. Wir haben dies der Besitzerin mitgeteilt und auf ein entgegenkommen gehofft. Leider vergeblich.

• Robin (8/5): Great option for a place to stay when visiting London by car and need easy transport links. - The apartment is perfectly located to travel into central London on the new Elizabeth line which is less than 5 mins easy walk down the road. Reasonably priced, hearty breakfasts are available at several cafes near by, we chose Chapters, 2mins further than the underground station. The apartment was clean and tidy and had everything we needed for our stay. Very convenient free driveway parking. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Communicative and helpful owners. Many thanks.

• Sofija (2/5): Very poor - The accommodation is about an hour from the center and has a direct subway. The accommodation is okay for two people, but not for more than that. The bed in the living room is completely destroyed and has fallen into disrepair, you can't sleep on it even though it says you can. Whatever we asked the owner of this accommodation, he was not polite at all. There are no adapters in this accommodation if you are coming from Europe. There are no white people in this area, they are all people from India. The dishes were dirty.

The property was clean, but it smelt .... the bed was so uncomfortable spring popped out, mattress was dirty. There was no matrress protector. Overall not bad. The worst sleep ever, mattress quality was very poor

White curtain in lounge which makes it very bright in day but there is lack of privacy at night coz you can see from outside. The nob on shower was loose so difficult to set temperature. I would suggest to add a picture of front of house when giving directions as all houses are very similar and its a bit tricky to find the right house. Other than that a very nice apartment and definitely worth recommending
• Vikul (4/5): Very uncomfortable - It had all the amenities The mattress was very uncomfortable. The sofa bed is small and you can literally feel the wooden frame when you sleep in it. Because it’s bang next to the road, it’s very noisy and there were no curtains

• Anna (7/5): Weekend stay - We stayed here last weekend, we had a bit of a mishap but the owner was very prompt in sorting out the problem. It was just potentially a miscommunication. The place itself is good value for money, comfortable and has easy access to London central. Good parking too. The mishap.

Where sofa bed is ( tv area) needs heavy curtains up to enable someone to sleep. Not enough towels or bed linen left for sofa bed.
• Sofia (10/5): Overall, I had a lovely stay and I will be sure to book this place again! - It was so clean and very modern looking. The interior was so pretty. I loved everything about it. Very cosy and gave you that homely feeling. 10/10!! Absolutely nothing! I loved the place. Maybe having to go up and down the stairs to open the front door might’ve been a little annoying but that was minor. Other than that I loved it.
