Το κατάλυμα παρουσίασε αρκετά προβλήματα: το κλιματιστικό δεν λειτουργούσε στη ζέστη, το φως της κουζίνας δεν άναβε και υπήρχε έντονη μυρωδιά κλεισούρας στον χώρο, παρότι τον αερίζαμε συχνά. Η βρύση του μπάνιου έβγαζε μόνο καυτό νερό και υπήρχαν εμφανή σημάδια υγρασίας και μούχλας στους τοίχους και στην οροφή. Η καθαριότητα δεν ήταν επαρκής — βρέθηκε μαμούνι στο στρώμα και στους διαδρόμους του υπογείου υπήρχαν πεθαμένες κατσαρίδες. Ο εξωτερικός χώρος μύριζε άσχημα, πιθανώς λόγω αποχέτευσης, και το γεγονός ότι το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται στο υπόγειο, με πολλές παρόμοιες άσπρες πόρτες και διαδρόμους ,το έκανε δύσκολο στην πρόσβαση. Ορισμένα έπιπλα ήταν φθαρμένα και γενικά ο χώρος έδινε την αίσθηση πως δεν είχε καθαριστεί σωστά για καιρό. Θα μπορούσε να είναι ένα άνετο μέρος με λίγη φροντίδα και συντήρηση, καθώς η απόσταση από τα μέσα μεταφοράς ήταν μόνο λίγα λεπτά ,αλλά στην παρούσα κατάσταση δεν θα το πρότεινα.

• Manolis (1/5): Απλά τραγική λόγο μούχλας. Simply tragic because of mold. - Το κατάλυμα είναι σε υπόγειο χωρίς βεράντα και με παράθυρο σε πίσω χώρο πολυκατοικίας. Το χειρότερο απ' όλα είναι μια έντονη μυρωδιά μούχλας από το μπάνιο. Είναι ανθυγιεινο και χρήζει άμεσης επισκευής. Δεν θα έπρεπε να υπάρχει στην πλατφόρμα. Σε ερώτηση προς τον οικοδεσπότη δεν πήρα ποτέ απάντηση κατά την άφιξή μου. The accommodation is in a basement without a terrace and with a window to the back of an apartment building. The worst thing of all is a strong musty smell from the bathroom. It is unsanitary and needs immediate repair. It should not be on the platform. I never got a response to a question to the host upon my arrival.

• Έλενα (10/5): Exceptional - I had an amazing stay at this property. The apartment was immaculately clean, stylish, and fully equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The neighborhood was peaceful and safe, with easy access to local shops and public transport. The host was very friendly, responsive, and made the whole experience smooth from check-in to check-out. I highly recommend this place and would love to return in the future!

• Έλενα (10/5): Exceptional stay! - This apartment was absolutely perfect! The location near the Megaron Concert Hall was ideal, with easy access to public transportation, restaurants, and shops. The space was modern, spotless, and beautifully furnished, making me feel right at home. The host was incredibly welcoming, providing clear instructions and great local recommendations. Everything was well-equipped. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay—highly recommended! I will definitely book again on my next visit!

The host was available to talk to us even tho we contacted her at a late hour. It was a little bit difficult to find the apartment because it doesn’t t have a number on the door.

The landlord didn’t answer my phone calls when I needed him/her. The apartment was at the basement. Really poor stay. Didn’t worth my 75€. Only the location was good.

• Dominiki (2/5): Very poor - Nothing, It was just a little bedroom. Paid almost the price of a 4 star hotel for a very old BASEMENT apartment. The room was at the basement of the building and that was not mentioned in the Booking’s descriptions. It was an old building with a scary and dark basement corridor leading to the room. The water took almost 45min to warm up. The cleaner entered the room 10minutes before the check out time without warning. The owner of the property didn’t even respond to our messages to help make the general situation better.
• Fredrik (10/5): Tasteful and comfortable - I thought it was a great place in an excellent location. It was clean, quiet and offered all the necessary amenities. I didn't notice any of the issues expected from "semi-basement" level apartments in big cities and, in fact, an advantage was that the temperature was always right. It didn't have much of a view, but this was expected since it's on the semi-basement floor and the flat is anyway in the very heart of the city.

• Claudia (10/5): Great value for money - We booked the flat for a culture and shopping trip to Athens. It was ideally placed next to the concert hall and the fashionable town centre. Easy access to the subway, buses and taxis. It was very clean and I liked the minimalist, modern ambience. We didn't notice any of the problems one would expect from a flat located in the basement of a block of flats in a big city. Service was great and we felt well looked after. The mattress was a little uncomfortable but we mentioned that to the hosts and we noticed that, on check out, they started measuring the bed (I assume to replace the mattress).
