• Maik (6/5): - Die Lage ist extrem attraktiv. Der Herr an der Rezeption ist mega freundlich! Mein Zimmer wurde nur ein Mal in der Woche gemacht.
• Berkay (3/5): - Wir waren extra wegen dem Besuch im Phantasialand in diesem Hotel. Leider konnten wir kaum schlafen, weil das Bett extrem unbequem war. Morgens hatte man eher Rückenschmerzen statt Erholung Zusätzlich wirkte das Bett sehr instabil, als würde es gleich auseinanderfallen. Vorallem beim Öffnen des Zimmers lag ein muffiger Geruch in der Luft obwohl ich die Fenster auf gemacht habe. Schade, denn nach einem langen Tag im Freizeitpark erwartet man eigentlich etwas Komfort und Ruhe. Für uns war der Aufenthalt deshalb leider enttäuschend.

• Aisha (6/5): Our stay was for three nights. Overall, it was average. The location is excellent for someone without children. The beds - it’s very close to Phantasialand and the market, so it’s easy to buy supplies nearby. There are no plates, forks, or spoons for eating, and there isn’t even a kettle for making coffee. I know they have a restaurant that serves breakfast in the morning, but it would still be good to have at least a kettle for coffee.

Deze werd na het aanmaken van de DHL-verzendcode meteen door de eigenaar op de post gedaan, Slechts kleine minpuntjes. De douche en toilet werkten niet optimaal. Uit de douche kwam niet altijd warm water. De knop van de toilet haperde of kwam soms los. Het eenpersoonsbed was nogal hard (minder comfortabel dan de 2-persoonsbedden).

Bruhl est une jolie ville , avec un château et parc Manque de rideau occultant dans une des chambres , petit déjeuner à une heure très tardive ( 10 h le 1 mai, 9H30 le samedi) et servi à table ( petits pains, confit, fromage , charcuterie, thé/café/chocolat, jus orange industriel)

Bu yüzden ben köln merkezde A&O hostelde 2 gece kaldım ve fazladan ödeme yapmak zorunda kaldım. Otelin hatasından dolayı zararımı kim karşılayacak?. Son 2 gün kala İptal edilen rezervasyondan dolayı köln merkezde A&O hostelde 2 gece konaklama yaptım ve maddi olarak zarara uğradım. Ve zararımın karşılanması konusunda bir mail almadım. Ciddiyetsizlik umursamazlı umarım booking.com araştırmayı yapar gereğini yapar. Güvenim sarsıldı. Kontrol edebilirsiniz.

War aber nicht ausreichend geschult, glutenfreie Brötchen lagen mit normalen in einem Körbchen. Gute Anbindung zum Phantasialand Nur oberflächlich sauber, sehr staubig und dreckig in den Ecken Handtücher sehr in die Jahre gekommen Frühstück war gut für den Preis Bieten glutenfreies Essen an, wird aber leider nicht "100% rein" umgesetzt.
• Christiane (3/5): Enttäuschend - Lage im Stadtzentrum, nahe des Schlosses Auf der Seite von booking.com hatte ich ein Standard-Doppelzimmer gebucht. Dies wurde mir auch so bestätigt, das Hotel bekam jedoch von booking die Buchung für ein Zimmer im Souterrain. Dies war in der Beschreibung bei meiner Buchung nicht ersichtlich und ging nicht aus den Fotos hervor. Es handelte sich um ein Zimmer im Keller mit Fenster zum Lichtschacht und Kellertür mit Milchglas, erreichbar über eine Kellertreppe im Garten. In meinen Augen eine wichtige Information, die mir nicht vorlag. Sehr enttäuschend.

Kein zweites Mal - Die gute Lage, Es war dreckig, nicht gerade zeitgemäß mit den Möbeln, Ausstattung, wir hatten Haare im Bett, und das Bettlaken war fleckig, hätte mir als Entschuldigung mehr erhofft bzw. zumindest das Frühstück hätten sie übernehmen können. Das Frühstück war zu teuer und Kinder kosten genauso viel wie Erwachsene. Die Bilder sind Beispiele, die Lüftung in dem Bad war auch dreckig, aber wie erwähnt alles nicht sauber , dafür ist das dann auch Zuviel Geld

• Birgit (5/5): Wir kommen nicht wieder. - Das Gästehaus sieht von draußen sehr schön aus., und man ist mittendrin. Das Zimmer war klein und dunkel. Das Bett stand an der Wand, so dass eine Person immer über das Bett krabbeln musste, und zudem keine Ablage für z.B. Brille etc. hatte.
• Sebastian (4/5): - Das Bett war halbwegs in Ordnung Hellhörige Räume. Lautstärke der anderen Gäste war extrem vor allem bis in die frühe Morgenstunden zu hören.

• Désirée (8/5): Sehr angenehm. - Sehr sympathischer Mitarbeiter beim Frühstück. Zigarettenkippen auf dem Balkon.

• Marcel (8/5): Prima appartament...dicht bij winkels en restaurants...en dicht bij Phantasialand - Ligging accomodatie... Ontbeid....weinig keus...veel van wat wij niet lekker vonden....weinig voor relatief veel geld.
