• ΚΩΝΣΤΑΝΤΙΝΟΣ (10/5): - Ήταν όλα άψογα. Η υποδοχή του ευγενεστατου Hristo ο οποίος μας υποδέχτηκε και μας κατατοπίσε. Το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ άνετο, καθαρό και ζεστό όπως ακριβώς στις φωτογραφίες. Για το σπα τι να πω! Τέλειο και το σημαντικότερο, συμπεριλαμβανόταν στην τιμή. Σ ευχαριστούμε για μια υπέροχη διαμονή.

• Antonio Sebastian (4/5): - This was one of the worst accommodation experiences I’ve had and honestly felt like a complete tourist trap. The apartment was extremely dirty — there were hairs on the toilet when we arrived, and when the cleaning lady came later, she wiped the kitchen table with the same cloth she had just used to clean the toilet, which is absolutely unacceptable and unhygienic. The mattress was terrible; you could feel the springs pushing into your back, making it almost impossible to sleep properly. The bed sheets didn’t smell fresh and were made from cheap synthetic material that caused static and constant discomfort. The only positive aspect was the hotel spa, which was actually nice. Unfortunately, the apartment itself was far below any reasonable standard. I would not recommend staying here.

• Kolyo (9/5): Exceptional deal for the money because of the wonderful Spa Centre that we could use. - The Spa & Wellness centre was amazing, so worth it! Such a great deal for the money we paid overall. The room was spacious and clean, had everything we needed. The air conditioner in the room wasn't working properly, so it was a bit chilly in the room but not to the point of feeling uncomfortable. However, I suppose it hasn't been maintained for a while, so it was producing a loud noise when we would try to turn it up a bit. So we had to turn it off during the evening in order to reduce the noise and be able to sleep.

Освен спалня имаш и кухня, което при по-дълъг престой е изключително полезно. Това , което не ни хареса е, че стените са изключително тънки и е възможно да пречите или да ви пречат съседите.

• Vesselin (7/5): Nice owner and good spa - The owner is really nice and helpful.The best thing about the apartment is the SPA access and the parking space. The apartment is not luxury, is more basic.The kitchen is with limited facilities.The bed in the bedroom has no bedsheet.I am wondering why. We were four people ( two children ) and the couch in the living room was small for us , so I think the place is good for 3 people max.The apartment needs a little improvements in my opinion.

Когда спускаешься к гостинице с СПА , проходишь по очень красивому участку с хвойными деревьями и запахом леса. В принципе хорошо спланированная квартира с частной парковкой. Ужасный матрас с выступающими пружинами на кровати в спальне. На нем была постелена старая, дырявая, неприятная на ощупь простынь, которая, к тому же, не покрывала весь матрас. На окнах в спальне нет затемняющих занавесок. Так что, если вы привыкли спать в темноте, вам это не подойдет. В гостиной есть затемняющие занавески, но их хватает только на половину окна, и они слишком длинные и небрежно волочатся по полу. На декоративных растениях в гостиной лежит толстый слой пыли. В квартире есть балкон, но он очень грязный, и мебель не вызывает желания там сидеть. Видно, что когда-то квартира была оформлена с любовью, но сейчас немного заброшена. Крайне неудобная система, при которой вам выдается только 1 карта, которая является ключом и от входной двери в здание, и от ворот парковки, и от входной калитки в сам комплекс. Если один человек вышел с этой картой, то другой уже не может выйти, так как потом не сможет зайти обратно в здание. Если вы отдыхаете в составе трех и больше человек ( как мы)это очень вам помешает. В общем для нас это был не очень удачный опыт
• Merie (7/5): Appartement op groot resort - Ligging en de parkeergarage was wel fijn. De keuken, woon- en slaapkamer zijn prima. De badkamer had alleen een ligbad met regendouche, ik miste de handdouche. Verder weinig plek op de badkamer om toiletspullen neer te zetten. Deze appartementen maken onderdeel uit van een groot resort, dat hadden wij bij het boeken niet begrepen. Wij houden niet zo van resorts, dus ligt ook een beetje aan ons.

• Jason (8/5): Very good accommodation in a gem of a resort - This was our first trip to Bansko so we have nothing to compare it to, but overall we enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean, spacious and well appointed, my family enjoyed the included spa facilities, and benefits include secure underground parking and good WiFi. Our host Randy was communicative and was there to meet us on our arrival and made himself available to answer any queries we had. I was quite impressed with the resort overall, it’s a good ski area with a modern lift infrastructure, good elevation and decent snow. Reasonably priced lift tickets, (especially for kids under the age of 7) plenty of options for ski school and ski hire and lots of food outlets. The town of Bansko is quite charming in places. This was my first ski trip in a couple of decades but having previously done seasons in France and also skied extensively in Canada and Italy, Bulgaria is a different kettle of fish compared to the Western offerings but I see it is attracting clients of many nationalities and justifiably so. Not a direct criticism of the property but I found the shuttle service offered by the Rilski hotel to be inadequate. It’s a 20 minute uphill walk from the property to the base of the ski area and the shuttle timings are very limited. We found ourselves having to take our car and pay for parking at 17 Leva/€9 daily. (Not a bank breaking amount, but still…) Also I found the apartment furnishings and equipment (ie kitchen - as a family we like to cook) to be quite ‘budget’ which is admittedly typical for rented accommodation, but I felt a toaster would not go amiss and perhaps also some bedding that actually fits the sofa bed. Minor criticisms really, and based on nothing else by way of comparison. For €1000 for a week it didn’t charm me or blow me away but it was definitely decent.

• Isabella (10/5): Ski and Spa, a wonderful spot! - Great apartment, everything you could need to stay for a week was provided! Spacious and clean. It was a lovely base for when we returned from skiing. Our host was great, contacting us pre-arrival and helping with recommendations and any questions we had during our stay. The spa access was also a highlight. A small dislike was that it’s advertised that there is ski storage. In our case, there wasn’t a specific place to keep your skis, but instead it was suggested to put things on the balcony- which was an easy solution. Also, location wise it is out of the main area of Bansko, so a little bit of a walk when the shuttles aren’t running. However if you don’t mind going for a walk in the evening there are some lovely restaurants working 15mins walk.

• Liz (9/5): Great place, lots of space and we - The apartment was huge. The spa is just a short walk down and very relaxing. Plus you can easily walk to town in 15 to 20 minutes. Plus there is a parking space for if you have a car. Also, the owner was really helpful. They also offer a laundry service. Easiest to get to the city if you rent a car. It would have been nice to have conditioner there with the shampoo offered and more toilet paper so we didn't have to buy some.

Too many Staircases around the Resort to go up and down Such us going out in a Bathing Suit to the SPA was a hurdle and also Parking Garage, was at all the Time Full and we had to drive around for more than just couple of Minutes to find a Space, also we had a Key Card Problem which wass acces to everything and hat problems opening the Garage where we had to contact our Guide about it wait around couple times go to the recepetion ask for the card to be programmed, that was a hurdle at the end.

There are some friendly outdoor residents that will receive pets if you’re willing to give them some love. The villas are poorly isolated, and with all the heating, it’s still a little chilly. • Mircea (10/5): Amazing - Amazing apartment and location, away from the main steet, clean fresh air from the forest close by. Spa building is also 2 minutes away. Cleanest accomodation I have ever visited. There are 2 smart TVs, one in each room and you also get instant unlimited hot water from centra gasl water heating, no individual electric boilers in each apartment that take forever to make hot water(common bansko problem) another huge bonus are the long windows courtains, they actually block sunlight and you can sleep in after a long night without problems. The host is an amazing guy, we had some trouble on the road and arrived very late, he insisted on putting an alarm and waking up just to help us accomodate, he's very nice and someone you can depend on, he really cares about your wellbeing and wants to be told about any issue you might have so can he fix it or help in any way possible. You can't go wrong with this place. The car can't be parked at the apartment entrance and luggage has to be carried about 50m from closest parking point.

• Natasha (10/5): In a word, the best apartments, the best service and the most hospitable and wonderful hosts. - We have been going to Bansko for 15 years, but this was our best stay here. Randy and his wife are the hosts you can only wish for, it's unreal how wonderful these people are and how committed they are to making sure you have the perfect vacation without any obstacles. In addition to the fact that the hosts are incredibly nice people, what they offer is a fantastic apartment. The apartment is warm, beautifully decorated, extremely clean and comfortable. A lovely huge terrace with lovely seating, which I believe is even nicer to use in spring and autumn when the temperatures are not 10 degrees below zero :-). The kitchen equipped with everything you need, a comfortable sofa in the living room, a very comfortable bed in the bedroom, a huge bathroom... The whole apartment smells nice and clean, and the bed linen and towels and bathrobes that you get with the apartment smell very nice and sweet. In the apartment you have everything you need to feel at home. We asked for an apartment closest to the spa and we got it, just 20 meters from our apartment there was a beautiful spa with an outdoor and indoor pool that were super hot, indoor and outdoor jacuzzis, different steam rooms and saunas, so just perfect. Apart from the fact that the apartment was warm everywhere in all the common areas is nice and warm. We also got free parking in the underground garage with the apartment which was a big plus as our car was safe and warm during our entire stay. These apartments will definitely be our choice for vacation and for our next visit to Bansko. A huge thanks to Randy and his wife who made this our perfect winter getaway. Ten is a small rating for this offer :-) My remark has nothing to do with the apartments but with the management of the hotel. The only complaint we have is about the spa center, which is not related to its quality, but I think that the hotel must implement stricter controls on the pools, especially the indoor pool. The employees tried to keep control, but I still think that the rules of behavior in the pool and in general in the spa center must be strictly observed. Uncultured of tourists is at the highest level. Terrible behavior of the children, but also of their parents. When adults do not follow any rules, then it is clear that children will be even worse. It is the parent who should control their child's behavior, not the other way around. We were with a 4 year old child, but we warn our child how to behave in a spa. Some people when I look at them look like they have never seen a spa and a swimming pool and have no basic culture of behavior. I know it's a struggle to have more tourists, but not uncivilized tourists who will make good guests feel uncomfortable.

It has underground closed parking, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a large screen, WiFi, a bedroom with a king-size bed, a TV and a large bathroom with a bathtub. And of course free access to the hotel's excellent spa facilities (heated indoor and outdoor swimming pool with jacuzzi, hammam, sauna, heated recliners) located at a distance of 20 meters from the apartment. 10 to 15 minutes from the center by foot or 2 minutes by car. • Ramona-oana (10/5): Really nice & cozy - The apartment was very nice and cozy, just as in the photos! The SPA was also great, having one outside pool (heated) and a jacuzzi, one inside pool (heated) and a jacuzzi and also a few saunas and a relaxation area. We had everything we needed. The hosts are amazing people who are there for you at every step, whenever you need anything. It was very nice, we totally recommend it! :) The location is not the closest to the city center, but nothing to cry about, really.
• Dessy (10/5): Amazing! - That's definitely one of the best places we've ever stayed. Super clean apartment with all you need - a fully equipped kitchen, coffee machine, dishes, etc; big bathroom - hairdryer, iron and spatious living room and bedroom. The landlords were nice people, ready to help and make us feel like home. The Spa Center is next to the apartment - clean, with many facilities - sauna, steam bath, pools. For sure if we come again, we will stay again there. It was a pleasure!

The apartments themselves are very comfortable and have everything you need. also in the complex there is a wonderful spa area, well equipped, with cool pools and saunas inside and outside. all pools are heated
