• Maria Alexandra (9/5): Bien! - Es amplio y tenía de todo! Buena ubicación cerca de estación de metro Para mis gusto está un poco sucio y descuidado. El baño principal el lavamanos se tapa por lo tanto cuesta que el agua baje, dormir en el sofá cama en el salón es casi imposible porque no hay persianas y entra toda la claridad, en mi opinión hace falta poner algo o unas cortinas. Y hacer una limpieza profunda buena.

• Sonia (1/5): Très décevant et inadapté. - Réservé pour 5 personnes mais l’équipement n’était pas du tout adapté pour nous 5 . Peu de vaisselle, que 3 chaises , lavabo bouché , les lits n’étaient pas du tout adapté, petits lits pour une place et 1/2 et les matelas en fin de vie ! Draps tout fripé et non repassé, et nous avons de suite signalé ces informations mais le personnel n’a jamais fait le nécessaire, inadmissible et inconcevable. Pas du tout d’équipement, avec un personnel qui n’a fait aucun effort , non professionnel.

• Richard (7/5): Very unhappy with this property and would not recommend it to anyone. - Location was okay for access to canary wharf. The property was completely misrepresented. We were given a different address while en route, only to discover the actual location was within an apartment complex that does not allow short-term rentals. This led to an unprofessional handover of keys at a bus stop 100 meters away from the property. Upon entering the unit, we were shocked by its condition—dirty, with a broken toilet seat and unwashed bedding for the pull-out sofa. The overall experience was extremely disappointing and unacceptable.
