- Sobina (6/5): - The view was amazing!! It was in the CBD so it was easy for transport. We had to wait 2 hours after our check in for the room to be cleaned from previous tenats. The shop to collect the store was a little confusing to find. One of the bathroom was leaking water from the toilet, and the water came from the shower door while showering. Definitely would've had a better experience if it was a bit more tidy.

Fold out sofa was not suitable to sleep on all night. Very well used place with toilet roll holder off the wall. Also asking for a $500. Bond & not getting refunded for 14days or pay $37.45 with no refund on that amount.
- Christina (7/5): Recent Melbourne stay. - Views were really great from lounge and bedroom windows. Walls had scuff marks on them, the toilet in the ensuite was dirty (black like mould) under the rim, no hand towel supplied for the main bathroom, couch in the lounge room area probably needs to be replaced in the near future, should also be instructions for air conditioner use. My security deposit of AU$500 hasn't been returned to my account. It is now the 5th of March and your transaction went through on the 2nd of February.

- Iris (10/5): It was pleasant and quiet. Everything was in walking distances and it was a nice place to come back to after a long day. - Its location and views No onsite parking, but that easily resolved with many public parking spaces nearby.

- Zhen (1/5): - The property was very dirty. The beds have bed bugs. My daughter was in hospital the whole weekend. I wanted to make it low key in the beginning because the staffs were very helpful before we checked in. Unfortunately when I gave them the feedback, I got no responses. After waiting for 1 and half days, I asked them have they checked the room or talked to the cleaner. They responded me and I quote: “Yes, we have talked to the cleaner. Thank you.”
Sounds like bed bugs and dirty apartment is not a big deal to them.

- Cameron (9/5): Casual Luxury stay in the heart of Melbourne! - Location was great - 5 min walk from Victoria market great for Wednesday night market - and easy to access public transport. All facilities were clean. Apartment building is also directly next to a woolies! Great for any last minute essentials! Only wish was that we had a few more rolls of toilet paper on arrival. Otherwise was very happy with the facilities.
- WhyKayDee (4/5): Check-in details withheld until credit card details and personal identification provided - Good view from the 53rd floor. Cot and high chair provided. Close to Queen Victoria Markets, and directly above a Woolworths Metro. Clean and furnished, with adequate kitchen utensils. Fairly quiet. Air conditioning in main living area and main bedroom (second bedroom does not appear to have air conditioning). Lack of transparency from the host, who requested additional identification and credit card details (for a deposit) from me before providing the check-in instructions.
The host messaged me with a link to an external form to provide my drivers licence or passport details, as well as credit card information so they could take either a ~$35 non-refundable deposit or a $500 refundable deposit. The host said I would receive the check-in instructions after providing these details. This was not mentioned anywhere on the property listing at all, or in the property policies.
I felt uncomfortable providing this sensitive information via an external site, and have heard of many booking.com scams which operate just like this. Booking.com recommends we do not click on any links or provide any information outside of the booking.com website.
I told the host I was uncomfortable providing this information, and requested the check-in details. The host denied my request and insisted I provide these details before they would provide the check-in information.
This happened within 24 hours of my check-in time. I was travelling with my baby, and I felt so stressed and insecure because the host was not providing me with the details to provide shelter for my family. I felt like the payment I had already made for the property was being held hostage, because the free cancellation period had already passed.
I called the booking.com help line, who were able to speak to the hosts on my behalf and ensure I received the check-in instructions without providing additional personal or financial information.
If not for this stressful interaction with the host, I would have given the property an 8/10. The host needs to be more transparent in their property listing.

Excellent communication from the host at all points in time, with clear instructions on how to pickup/return the keys and other details.
The kitchen is well stocked with basic equipment, and the rooms/bathrooms were clean and well decorated.
Most of all, the view was certainly breathtaking, and the location was conveniently central to all of my activities.
I will absolutely stay here again.

The booking was for 6 people but only 3 towels were provided. The fold-out bed was not clean, and no bedsheet was provided. 2 sets of keys would have been nice if it is catered for more guests.

Unfortunately the directions were incorrect and the overall procedure to gain access was awful, causing us to walk up and down the street with suitcases. It was nearly an hour before we got into the apartment.

Security key/fob required, so very secure building. 10/10 recommend for families, or someone wanting a good location close to everything in the cbd! The Queen Vic markets are a 2 min walking.
