• Ruben (8/5): cuidado con cargos extra no avisados y enlaces sospechosos - Alojamiento, limpieza y ubicación de 10 Al reservar, me enviaron un enlace tanto por Booking como por correo electrónico exigiendo un pago extra por "tasa turística" bajo la amenaza de no poder entrar al alojamiento. Esto no se avisaba en ningún sitio previamente y, además, el enlace redirigía a una página externa a Booking, lo cual me generó mucha desconfianza. Intenté ponerme en contacto con el anfitrión en repetidas ocasiones para que me lo aclarara, pero no obtuve respuesta de ningún tipo. Tuve que acabar llamando a atención al cliente de Booking; ellos mismos me confirmaron que la situación no era normal. Al final decidí no pagar nada y pude entrar al alojamiento sin problema, pero pasé mucha incertidumbre y dudas hasta el mismo día de la llegada por culpa de la pésima comunicación.

• Daniela (2/5): - Lokalita i byt jsou ok, v kuchyni chybí lepší vybavení. Nejhorší byla komunikace s majiteli - na to POZOR! I přes zaplacení celkové částky předem mi chodily neustále zprávy s žádostí o nutnost potvrdit údaje z ID a PLATEBNÍ KARTY kvůli placení městské taxy - přitom byla zahrnuta v celkové ceně! Ubytování vyžadovalo veškeré údaje z karty včetně bezpečnostního kódu a to s čím dál větší intenzitou, jinak nechtěli poslat vstupní informace k check-inu. Telefon 20x nikdo nezvedl, teprve po 20timinutové konzultaci se zákaznickým centrem v Londýně a poté, co jsem poslala kopii o zaplacení, mi byly sděleny přístupové údaje. Zprávy na mobil a na email ohledně platební karty však chodily dál. S majiteli NENÍ MOŽNÉ SE SPOJIT TELEFONEM, NA ZPRÁVY PŘES BOOKING REAGUJÍ ZPOŽDĚNĚ. V ubytování nefungoval kotel, opět jsem musela telefonovat do Londýna na centrálu, aby kontaktovali majitele, že nereagují. Opravář přišel v 23h v noci - Srb, který neuměl téměř ani německy, ani anglicky. Ubytování jsem nahlásila na policii za neoprávněné lákání osobních údajů a údajů k platební kartě. Velmi negativní zkušenost, která mě stála 3 dny nervů a telefonování, psaní a snahy se s majiteli kontaktovat. Nejhorší byla komunikace s majiteli - na to POZOR! • Andrea (9/5): gerne wieder - danke! - lage und appartment top. der stil gefällt mir. wir konnten ohne probleme 2h später auschecken. abwicklung war rasch, unkompliziert, freundlich. - vorallem am boden war viel dreck. - im “kinderzimmer” wäre eine nachttischlampe praktisch.

• Yaniv (3/5): - Great location. There is a metro station nearby. The apartment is clean and has all facilities. There is an issue with the twin bed mattress. It's in bad shape as one side of the mattress has a big dent which creates a hole when you lie on that side of the bed. It causes a back ache and it's very hard to sleep on it. I complained and was asked to write an email to the owner. No one replied to my complaint and it was not fixed. I have attached some pictures. The heating in the toilet was not working and it was freezing (about 0 degrees celsius). There was one small garbage bag for 5 days. Asked for more but didn't receive any. The apartment is in the 1st floor and you can hear noise of people and car passing by during day an d night.

• Nansija (10/5): - We stayed for several nights as a group of four friends, and the apartment was spacious enough to feel comfortable even for a longer stay. The location is excellent — there is a grocery store, cafés, a bakery, and most importantly, a metro station just a short walk away. The staff was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, a great place to stay and very convenient for exploring the city.

• Katarzyna (10/5): - Mieszkanie jest znakomite! Bardzo przestronne, gustownie urządzone i bardzo czyste :). Lokalizacja znakomita, blisko spacerem do centrum i wszystkich atrakcji. Korzystaliśmy z rowerów miejskich, świetne ścieżki rowerowe w całym Wiedniu. Obok mieszkania sporo restauracji i galeria handlowa. Pobyt znakomity!
• Dominique (6/5): - L'emplacement est bien et l'appartement est assez grand en mètres carrés. Malheureusement il est très mal organisé (cuisine loin de la salle à manger, 1 très grande chambre et 1 très petite chambre). La communication avec l'hôte était très mauvaise. Je pense que la plupart des messages étaient générés par l'IA et que le logement est géré par une société. Nous sommes arrivés un vendredi soir et avions besoin de draps supplémentaires (nous étions 5, l'un d'entre nous dormait sur le canapé et aucun drap n'avait été prévu). Je n'ai reçu aucune réponse à mes demandes ni par tél ni par email tout au long du weekend.. Cuisine très peu fournie en ustensiles, il serait utile d'investir dans un toaster qui fonctionne bien!
• Adamos (5/5): Βρώμικο - Η άνεση του χώρου. Πολύ βρώμικο. Ακαθάριστο θα έλεγα. Συναντήσαμε αράχνες, κατσαρίδες και πολλές βρωμιές στο πάτωμα. Συναντήσαμε πρόβλημα με το νερό στο ντούς. Γενικά οι χώροι ήταν ακαθάριστοι. Δεν υπήρχαν αρκετά χαρτιά υγείας και σαπούνια για το μπάνιο. Ο ιδιοκτήτης ήταν γενικός άφαντος.

• Barbara (9/5): - Helle, große Wohnung mit guter Ausstattung, ruhige Lage, trotzdem in wenigen Minuten mit der U-Bahn im Zentrum. Supermarkt, Bäcker und nette Lokale außerhalb des Touristen-Bereichs fußläufig erreichbar. Das Kinderzimmer ist sehr klein und hat keine Schränke oder Regale.

• Jose (10/5): Exceptional - Great location, two blocks away from a metro station, and direct access to to downtown. Very clean, modernized and nicely decorated. Had all needed appliances at the kitchen. The toilet was quite small
