- Melissa (9/5): Wonderful stay! - Location was great! Close to the metro, restaurants, supermarket and sites to see. Our hosts were fantastic, greeted us at check in and check out, very friendly and available when or if we needed them. They even had champagne and snacks for us, which was a very nice touch! The apartment was a great size for 2-4 people, it was just my husband and I, and it was perfect and had everything we needed and more! It was a wonderful stay in Roma!
- Agne (10/5): Exceptional - It was within walking distance (or a few metro stops) of the main tourist attractions such as the Colosseum. The apartment was very spacious, comfortable, modern and clean, there was no street noise. The apartment provided with essential items (shower items, towels, bed linen) and equipment (hair dryer, washing machine, kettle, coffee machine, oven, hob, microwave, small TV). There is also a cosy balcony for sitting. Francesca was very friendly and helpful. Thank you for the great service! It was a pleasure to be the first guests from Lithuania. :) It seems difficult to get caught up in the number of keys, but the hosts have colour-coded the keys and this makes it easier to use.
- Ana (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is fantastic. I travelled with my mother for her birthday. We stayed for a week in aura home. Before we arrived, Giovanni and Francesca, the owners, were super attentive with us, they answered all our questions very quickly and even recommended lots of places to visit. On the day of arrival, we arrived quite late in the night and both Giovanni and Francesca came to welcome us even being late in the night, we really appreciated that. The day we were leaving there was a strike in the Italian transport net and Giovanni messages me to warn us so we didn't have any problems going back to the airport. We didn't know about the strike so this saved the day ❤️. About the apartment, It couldn't be any better, lots of space, super clean and as we told Giovanni and Francesca that we wanted to have a room for each of us, they prepared the sofa bed as well, so it was great to have our own space. There is also a bit of everything essential you might need: hair dryer, shampoo and gel, washing liquid for the washing machine, washing soap for the dishes and sponges and the kitchen is well equiped. I personally loved the coffee station provided with everything you need for a nice coffee: coffee machine, sugar, tea bags, coffee pods, cups...every details was really taken care of and the area is also very beautifully decorated. I already knew Rome as I had been before, but Giovanni and Francesca alao provide a book they've preared themselves with lots of information about places to visit, restaurants, not-so known places that are worth visiting as well, and there were also lots of city and transport maps in the apartment so, again, every detail was taken care of ❤️ All I can say is that it has been a pleasure staying at the Aura and I would recommend it to anybody visiting Rome, the elevator is super convenient as not many accomodations in Rome have it and it really helps not just with the suitcases , but also after a long day walking around the city. Everything was perfect ❤️
