- Kristina (9/5): Было очень приятно находиться в этом месте, остались только положительные впечатления от прибывания - Расположение очень выгодное - практически в центре Еревана. В пешей доступности огромное количество кафе и ресторанов на любой вкус. Можно дойти до любого центрального парка или площади. Особенно приятно, что из этой локации можно гулять по ночному Еревану - он очень красив в это время суток и ночью нет летней изнуряющей жары. Если спуститься вниз по улице, то на первом же перекрестке будет неплохой сетевой продуктовый магазин, в этом же здании есть обменник. Возле дома небольшая закрытая парковка. Квартира с новым ремонтом и техникой, чистая, уютная. Отдельное спасибо хозяйке - она очень милая, приятная и отзывчивая девушка. Центр города - поэтому постоянный шум от машин, парковки на улице платные. Пару дней в доме не работал лифт. В ванной иногда был затхлый запах. Но это уже особенности дома, а не этой квартиры.
- Hossein (10/5): Exceptional - Great location; it’s in the city centre but in a corner that’s the least noisy. I’d say it’s the quietest place in the city centre. I’ve lived in Yerevan’s city centre for 5+ years and this is one of the rare locations where it’s quite quiet. Perfect apartment; outside: it’s an old building but it’s super clean and has a new elevator. Inside: it’s perfect! It comes with everything you’d need. Last by not least, a wonderful host! She was super helpful in every possible way.
