• Stephon (10/5): - The space was very clean, well supplied with the basics for living. In a VERY convenient area, tons of privacy. Warm and cozy. Beautiful finishes and clear explanations on how to use the space. Seamless and unproblematic. Books available for reading, cards if you had guests, lots of warming solutions like wall heaters. Desk space, prep space for cooking. Overall just a very homey place. Not much to complain about. Did notice a few insects (ants, spiders etc), the bed in the room with the washroom was hard and that shower takes a little while to run warm enough to use. Some of the kitchen utensils weren't clean. Also couldn't manage to get the fireplace working. The bed in the other room was a lot softer.

• Jim (9/5): We would definitely stay there again - Clean fresh and modern We could hear noise from people above and alongside , this at occasional times was a little loud , especially the lady next door , we are not complaining , but more sound proof needed between basement apartments
• Smith (7/5): Overall and excellent stay. I would recommend this unit - Excellent location. Host answered all our questions and concerns. Lots of utensils, kitchen supplies and cooking facilities. Being a basement suite , it was very dark. The stove top need cleaning.

It was noisy at times from the owners who live upstairs and had to clean the basement before we left. As well, a little far from downtown

• Frank (9/5): Great location to discover Toronto - The location, the facilities/amenities, the cleanliness. Just grab a GO train and it will take you to Union Station I guess airconditioning in general will always remain a challenge with some Europeans :-)

• Wan (10/5): Great Value and Space in Newmarket! - The place has its own entrance. It was fully furnished and spacious for the 4 of us. The owners are super friendly and accommodating. Great parking spot. It was clean but it could have been cleaner especially in the bathroom. It worked out fine!
