В квартире удобно разместятся одна большая либо две обычные семьи. Если кто-то из вас на диете - рядом с домом есть рыночек с овощами, мясом и морепродуктами - вы без труда приготовите привычную вам пищу. Хозяева очень любезные, отвечают на любой вопрос быстро и стараются сделать максимально удобно гостям. Например, они взяли на себя необходимость онлайн - регистрации гостей в полиции (эта процедура обязательна). Можете обратиться к ним по любому вопросу, уверен, они сделают максимум, чтобы помочь.
• Harald L (8/5): Met wat kleine door te voeren verbeteringen is dit een perfect appartement! - De locatie was erg goed, op loopafstand van People's Square (Metro) en in een leuke, levendige wijk. De badkamers verdienen wat extra aandacht (toiletbrillen zaten los, haren tegen de muur en op de grond, verlichting werkte deels niet). Voor de rest een prima appartement, ruim, prima uitzicht en voldoende ruimte (4 slaapkamers, 2 badkamers, grote woonkamer, grote keuken). Ondanks de aandachtspuntjes absoluut een aanrader!

• Nikolaj (8/5): Empfehlenswerte saubere Unterkunft - Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Mitarbeiter waren immer erreichbar und super nett. Die Lage ist ebenfalls zentral und alles ist gut zu erreichen. In der Umgebung gibt es auch bereits viel zu sehen. Ich kann die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen. Das Wohnzimmer fanden wir persönlich nicht so gemütlich.

• JHM21 (10/5): - The location was excellent! 5 minutes walking to People's Square and 10 to Nanjing Road. 15 minutes to the Bund. The place was very clean and large enough for a big family. Beds are huge and there are two bathrooms. There is a guard in the entrance to control visitors and let you feel safe. The owner was extremely kind and make things easy for clients. The kitchen should have more glasses and cutlery to allow a large family feel more comfortable.

The apartment is clean and spacious, and we liked everything. We will definitely come back next time. There is nothing we dislike. The only thing is that I thought the subway would be a bit closer.

• Li (7/5): Good - Location is quite good with a supermarket and lots of restaurants downstairs. It is around 15 minute walk from People Square station. The host provided towels and toiletries. There was also a dryer in the apartment. The apartment is quite big. The host was very responsive. He replied to my questions almost immediately and allowed us to check-in a bit earlier. The place was quite dusty. It will be good if the host can provide vacuum cleaner. I think the host came into the apartment to check on the apartment quite a number of times when we went out during our stay without informing us. It will be good if the host can inform the guest first if he wants to inspect the unit as we are quite particular when it comes to privacy.

The landlord's service attitude is good, and they have answered our questions about the status of the house. The configuration of indoor facilities and supplies is similar to that of a hotel, basically sufficient, and the bedding and kitchen and bathroom are also relatively clean and tidy.
