O serviço de quarto impecável e podíamos pegar água e chá a vontade no hall do andar do quarto. Tinha academia e lavanderia de graça. O café da manhã já estava incluso na estadia e era um banquete maravilhoso, diversas opções e muito bem preparado. A única coisa ruim é não ter frigobar no quarto.

• ALEXANDER (7/5): Fine for a night or two, but nothing special. - The location is decent. It’s not right next to a metro station, but you can still get around without too much hassle. The area itself is okay, and we didn’t have any problems getting to the main spots. Breakfast was a letdown. There’s a huge focus on local Chinese dishes, which is fine, but the Western selection is tiny. If you’re hoping for something familiar in the morning, you won’t find much choice. The rooms look nice at first glance, but when you pay a bit more attention, you notice they’re tired and need some proper maintenance. Things feel a little worn and not as clean as they should be. The worst part was the air conditioning – as soon as we turned it on, a really strong cigarette smell came pouring into the room. It was horrible and made the stay quite uncomfortable. All in all, it’s okay if you just need a place to crash for one or two nights. Any longer than that, and the little things start to grate on you.

There're also convenience stores all around this place. I will definitely be back! The staff here I can speak English as well, it's very easy to communicate. • Fernando (8/5): Really comfortable but the amenities should be improved - The bedroom was really spacious and comfortable, the breakfast was really good and different options. The service was great all the time they were nice and helpful Upon my arrival the front desk insisted too much on us upgrading our room, they mentioned that was too small and we should upgrade. After mentioning that the size was fine they mentioned that the suite will be ready on an hour or so, however after mentioning the check in time they gave us the suite. On the other hand the Gym was really small and almost all the machines were broken.

Hotel vecchio stile con moquette nei corridoi discutibile, camera abbastanza spaziosa ma con poca cura nella pulizia. Bagno con qualche capello, vetro doccia e muro sporchi, presenza di polvere in tutta la stanza.

• Charlotte (8/5): Heerlijk verblijf - Het personeel is echt bijzonder behulpzaam. Met name Jennifer Chun en Amy Ding hebben ons goed en zeer vriendelijk geholpen. Zeer goed en uitgebreid ontbijt. Wij gaan voor het Chinese ontbijt maar ook voor Westers ontbijt kun je hier goed terecht. Elke dag nieuw water op de kamer. Voor ons was het bed te zacht. Gelukkig konden ze het matras omdraaien en was het beter.

• Chai Joon June (9/5): A place like home - Almost everything! The complimentary washer/dryer definitely is a bonus. The buffet breakfast mostly caters to the Chinese palate. Will be good if we can have more bread variety. But, it's not bad already.
• Ai Lin (9/5): Big room and good breakfast - The room is big and hotel provides very good breakfast. There are washers and dryers for guests to use during their stay. Hotel front desk also helps to receive our Taobao purchases before our checkin dates. The soundproofing is not so good.
• Debjani (9/5): - This hotel is in a great, central location. It has really great amenities including a 24 hour laundry inside the premises. The breakfast had a lot of good options and they also offered me a to-go bag when I had to leave before it opened. The staff was very helpful and booked me a taxi to the airport. The rooms are quite small with very few storage or clothes hanging options. The table is very narrow and the bathroom needed maintenance (I could see black mold on some of the tile joints).

The reception staff speak good English, and check-in was smooth. The room comes with two key cards, which are also required to use the elevator. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The bathroom, which has a shower, is separated from the room by a glass wall, but it can be closed off with a curtain for privacy. The corridor was quiet at night, and no noise could be heard from the street. There are several attractions close to the hotel (People’s Park, Tianfu Square, Chengdu Museum, etc.). The area is full of street vendors, restaurants, and shops, including many places offering halal food. -

• Torahy (10/5): Maravillosa estancia - La habitación era enorme, espaciosa, muy limpia. Las camas eran grandes, cómodas y con dos almohadas cada una, una dura y otra blanda. El desayuno era impresionante, con un horario muy amplio y mucha variedad. Tenian lavadora y secadora gratis. Me hice daño en una rodilla y manché un poco la manta, y el mismo dia me la cambiaron sin decirles nada (se fijan mucho en todo, ya que las camas no las hacen, aunque si cambian las toallas y papeleras cada día). Tenían champú, gel, acondicionador, cepillos de dientes, secador, etc etc No podemos poner ni una pega, el mejor hotel hasta ahora en China.

When asked why the aircon ia not working in my room they said its the time of the year when they don't turn the aircon in the rooms open you windows. I was like you can't be serious that we sleep in a room that is between 22 and 24 degrees. The lady at the reception (Summer Pu) rudely responded "go find another hotel". When asked to speak to the manager, she said she is the manager and she won't even give me the name of the manager. This is the worst hotel staff I've ever have to deal with. Holiday inn I am sure you can do better !
