• Steve (7/5): Very clean apartment close to amenities. - Very close to all facilities in Duress. The property was situated close to everything but was in a very steep part of Duress. So access was quite difficult if you struggled with walking.

Sehr nette Gastgeberfamilie - Es ist ein einfaches, aber sehr entzückendes Apartment in sehr guter Lage, schön zentral gelegen und dennoch angenehm ruhig. Der Eigentümer und seine Familie sind super freundlich, auch bei einer kleinen Kritik, blieb er sehr nett. Ich möchte die Wohnung unbedingt empfehlen, weil es so toll war! Der Blick auf das Meer zwischen den Häusern ist auch wunderschön. Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub für mich, vielen lieben Dank dafür!!! Ich hab‘ nichts zu bemängeln, nur Personen mit Gehbehinderung würde ich abraten! Es geht ordentlich holprig bergauf!!!!!!

• Turki (10/5): this apartment is more than perfect - it was so tide and neat, super convinientv to reach the shore within just 3min walking, the special thing what i like the most is the owner, superhelpful gentleman. Behind this apartment is greenery and super fresh air nothing at all

• Hannah (8/5): Very good - A great little apparently, situated close to the sea front and all the places you'd want to visit. Great value for money, and the owners reccomendations for places to eat and places to go was just perfect. Could have done with bigger cups to make a coffee with (as british we drink mugs not espressos) but thats a personal preference rather then a criticism
• Maksym (8/5): A budget-friendly stay with a lovely balcony and partial sea view - I appreciated the spacious balcony, which offered a partial sea view—perfect for relaxing. Additionally, the value for money was excellent, as it was the most affordable option for this type of apartment close to the sea at the time of booking. The humidity level in the apartment was quite high, probably due to its proximity to the sea. It was noticeable and slightly uncomfortable.

• Isabel (10/5): Exceptional - We have experienced an amazing holiday in Armando's house which is in a very peaceful area on the seaside. We didn't expect the house to be spectacular, it included a big bedroom with a large balcony with an amazing view of the sea,the kitchen had all the facilities needed also wi - fi and parking space was free. the neighbourhood has a lot of facilities like restaurants where the food was very tasty, bars and shops where you can find a lot of good stuff in affordable prices .. The cousins Armando and George were available in any time and also recommended us a lots of places to visit in the town.Checked in 4 hours before the establishment time .Had an fantastic holiday definitely recommended it and we will come back again !
• Benjamin (10/5): Ciudad De Durres - Excellent communication with the brothers who rent the apartment. Excellent location near the Mediterranean. Bakery and two supermarkets close by. Close to the city and the port of Durres. Peaceful at night and a comfortable bed meant I slept well. Functional kitchen and washing machine and a nice on suite bathroom. Balcony which capture s the sun in the morning. I would definitely stay again given the opportunity. Value for money for sure... Nothing...

We really appreciated the recommendations the owner provided, especially for food and ice-cream :) We spent just a night at the apartment, nothing to complain about.
