• Kevin (9/5): Terrific stay in a great apartment. - The apartment was really spacious and comfortable. Easy to access the property and communication with Valentina was prompt and clear. It was a pleasure staying there and nothing to complain about.
• Ağrı (8/5): - Konum olarak mükemmel. Termini tren istasyonuna yürüyerek 10 dk. Ev önünden otobüs e binerek 4 dk. Şehir merkezine de yine 71 ve 492 nolu otobüs lere binerek 25 dk da gidebilirsiniz. Otobüsler evin önünden geçiyor. Konaklamadan önce kapı giriş şifrelerini paylaşırlarsa daha iyi olacak, yoksa kapıya gelince tekrar firma sahibini aramak zorunda kalıyorsunuz.
• Todd (10/5): We loved the energy of the area and the clean quiet rooms. - The area was full of young, vibrant people. The food nearby was delightful and the area was nice to explore on foot. Grocery, cafe, and restaurants were plentiful. It was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. The check-in got a little stressful with late trains and long taxi lines but it all ended up working out.
• Guest (10/5): 駅近便利ホテル - 立地、設備が良く清潔でありとても快適に過ごせました。また、Varentinaさんや清掃スタッフの人柄も良く荷物の預かりなどの相談も対応いただき助かりました。あと、エントランスにいる猫が可愛い🐈 宿泊施設自体ではありませんが、施設の周囲に落書きなどが散見され治安に不安を感じました。女性の一人旅などにはあまりお勧めしません。

• Ashish (9/5): Excellent property, immaculate clean, high standard furnishings - When I first read the reviews, I was bit skeptical about it, as all were either 9 or 10, but after staying there I can say it’s excellent. immaculately clean, very well maintained and exactly same as photos. Host was kind and resolved my queries asap. Location is bit away from main attractions but best part is it has a very good connectivity with public transport. Bus stop is just opposite the building. Tram is also 5 min walk. It would be great if they provide a common microwave.

• Anton (10/5): I had an amazing stay. - The place is located in a walkable distance from train station, however despite the reputation of Termini, the neighborhood surrounding the building it’s quiet and charming. CNR headquarters is just on the other side of street. The room itself is big, bright and well designed. Valentina was a caring and friendly person. Nothing negative to say.

• Alena (10/5): Exceptional - I had such a great experience at this accommodation and with the Host Valentina and her lovely parents! The accommodation is located pretty close to Termini station and in a vibrant Tiburtina street, where you can find lots of cafes, restaurants and shops. On the weekend when i stayed (December 7-8) there was also an artiginal market with lots of great products. The place itself is very new and modern, spacious and particularly clean. The room was big, much bigger than many I hace stayed at in Rome, bright and had a kettle with teas, the bathroom was also big, bed was participarly comfortable. But the main gem of the place is its hosts. They are very kind, attentive and helpful. During my stay, I got under a heavy rain and was completely wet, so I asked Valentina in a message if the heating can be turned on so I could dry my things (i guess, it is on timer like in many apartments). Just to add, the room itself was warm enough and have an air conditioning, but i needed the heater to dry my clothes and jacket. She responded immediatly and arranged everything for my comfort, and even more. I apprecited a lot this kind of attention to comfort and wellbeing of a guest. Everything was truly perfect, I highly recommend this accommodation, one of the best places I have stayd at in Rome (and I go there often)!
