• Ethan (9/5): Very comfortable and clean stay in the heart of Rome - Excellent location, 10 minute walk to the Vatican and right next to amazing food. The beds were super comfortable and the room had enough space. Everything appeared to be clean and the air conditioning works GREAT. We had our own private bathroom. The bathroom is disconnected from the room and holds a lot of moisture in it so nothing ever dries in there, including towels.They do not come and clean the room or bathroom while you are there so you are left with the same damp towels the whole time but it’s not that big of a deal. There was no remote for the tv in our room so I messaged them asking about that and they just responded saying it must be in there somewhere and to look harder for it which was very odd. But that’s so trivial it just makes us laugh.

• Sylvain (1/5): J'y suis resté 1 heure, le temps que je trouve un hôtel, ( Hôtel Bolivar) extraordinaire - J'y suis resté 1 heure au totale. Salle de bain a l'extérieur de la chambre mauvaise odeur. J'ai envoyer 2 courriels avant d'arriver a l'hôtel pour me rassurer que les salle de bains était dans la chambre on répondait qu'elle était privative.... Aucun remboursement comme décrit mais quand même ça fait quelque fois que je voyage avec booking.com( je reconsidère), Ca aucun bon sang d'aller pisser la nuit avec une clé a l'extérieur de la chambre...non mais...

I will always prefer the bathroom inside the room but we knew it would be outside since the publication specified it, at least it was private and we never coincided with the other people

• Krzysztof_PL_PL (10/5): Świetna lokalizacja w starym budownictwie. Blisko Watykan. Łatwy transport spod apartamentu. - Lokalizacja bardzo korzystna. Prosta obsługa zdalnego otwierania drzwi i dostępu do kluczy. Pokoje standardowe, niczego nie brakowało. Do każdego pokoju przypisana osobna łazienka pod kluczem. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem, szybka odpowiedź na zapytania.
• Guest (3/5): Très moyen - Les seuls avantages de cet établissement est que la chambre est spacieuse et la situation géographique est parfaite. La chambre et la salle de bains sont separes par un couloir commun, pratique quand vous etes en tenue de nuit! Les portes des chambres sont de simples porte fenetres, des que quelqu’un passe dans le couloir (il y a 3 chambres independantes), vous entendez tout. Et notamment tous les va et vient avec les toilettes/sdb. La chambre est mal entretenue, les murs comportebr des traces, des impacts. Idem pour les parties communes de l’immeuble. La sdb est ancienne. Le chauffe eau fuit. Vous eecevez de l’eau en goutte a goutte sur votre tete quand vous faites votre toilette. Les murs de la sdb comporte des anciens morceaux de scotch double face inutiles mais non enleves. Les oreillers sont soit tres durs soit des flocons… le 1er prix dans le commerce. Vous avez une bouilloire dans la chambre mais pas de tasse, pas un petit plateau, rien. Le mobilier n’est pas de qualité. Cet établissement n’a de luxe que le nom. Et le badge de la porte d’entrée ne fonctionne pas… si vous n’avez plus de batterie pour entrer le soir, eh bien, vous n’entrez pas car la seule autre option et de faire activer la poignee via votre telephone. D’ailleurs cette technologie est très éloignée des prestations du site dans sa globalité. La cuisine partagée comporte un énorme trou dans le mur au niveau des réseaux. Et elle fait plus cagibi que cuisine. C’est dommage, il y a un potentiel mais on sent que tout est fait à moindre coût pour augmenter les profits et non pas pour proposer des logements agréables.

• Mariano (8/5): Excelente ubicación y cómodo. - La ubicación es excelente, muy cerca de la Plaza de San Pedro. La habitación es amplia y la cama muy cómoda. El aire acondicionado funcionaba bien y el espacio común de la cocina estaba impecable. La ducha del baño estaba atascada y la tercera noche ya era imposible bañarse sin que rebalse.
• Nicola (8/5): Vacanza in famiglia - Posizione strategica per visitare Roma, soprattutto Vaticano e dintorni. Con i mezzi pubblici ad accesso facile si raggiunge qualsiasi posto in breve tempo. Condizionatore ottimo e break room funzionale. Bagno pulito, però un po' rattoppato in qualche punto e varie siliconature da rifare. Sono annerite e da l'impressione che non sia pulito, quando invece lo è.

• Mathias (9/5): Ótima localização - Gostamos muito da localização. Quase dentro do Vaticano. Tudo bem limpo. Não gostei do acesso ao apartamento. Muito complicado. Precisa seguir uma série de link para poder entrar. Hoje em dia já existe fechaduras eletrônicas com senha fornecida pelo watts que poderia facilitar muito mais o acesso. Recomendo rever isto. Se chegar alguém que não é muito tecnológico dificilmente vai conseguir acessar o apartamento. Colchão da cama extra não era bom.
• Alexandra (1/5): Très mauvaise expérience - - manque de transparence dans l'annonce : l'appartement est partagé avec 3 autres chambres et les salles de bain est au bout du couloir ; - manque de propreté : de la salle de bain et des parties communes notamment ; - appartement très bruyant : vu que l'appartement est divisé en 3 chambres, on entend les passages des voisins, par ailleurs les portes des chambres sont vitrées, on est donc reveillé dans la nuit lorsque le couloir est allumé et on entend chaque claquement de porte.

• Michal (1/5): Please read before booking! - Location Mold in bathroom, Rude hosts, Dirty toilet, Problems with hot water, Bad functionailty of Vikey App, Broken coffee machine, Unsanitary conditions... I could go on and on. Worst accomodation we've been to. We tried to cancel it after the first night, but host wouldn't let us and booking.com is still trying to resolve the matter. I hope you won't have the same experience as I had. DO NOT COME HERE

• Casey (1/5): The worst holiday ever and the worst place I have ever stayed in - Nothing, this place was terrible! It’s hard to keep this short as so many things were terrible. - The bathroom is separate from your bedroom. You need to cross the hallway to get there and always lock it. No one mentioned that. - The bedding was itchy, My sister and I were scratching all night long and couldn’t sleep. - you could feel Every move someone made in the bed. - There is a note when arriving that if there’s any make-up on the towels, you have to pay extra. We were so scared to use a towels that we started to use toilet paper to dry our faces. - There is mould in the bathroom. - For our stay of six nights, we had one little shampoo And body wash in one of those little rip off packets. - Everything regarding the door to enter is connected with your phone so if you’re out of battery, you can’t get in. -the door in the bedroom shakes and makes a move with every little movement from outside. - The walls are super thin, you can hear everything From the other people. We were up for hours because it was so loud. My sister and I stay in Rome nearly every month and this was just shockingly bad! FIND SOMETHING ELSE!!!

• Narvin (8/5): It was worth it and it is suitable for families. - The property was very strategic as far as we are concerned. It’s very close to Vatican City and the Castle but further away slightly from the other places. But you can walk especially if you’re a walker. The room was spacious and the bathroom was well equipped. Liked the outlook though as we were in the michaelangelo room. Also they allowed us to keep our bags after to checkout as our bus was abit late. They have a fridge in the common area which is also the pantry. Only thing was that it wasn’t really sound proof. The self check in system gave issues on the second last and last day. They had like a vikey keyless system. The kettle had lime scale. Only realized it later when the water was murky. Didn’t get help from the management with this which I wasn’t too pleased with. However water is easy to find in Rome with fountains mostly close by. And trust me the water is clean. Felt the apartment door was a bit narrow. The power tripped once. No issue as I put the switch back on.
• Gabriel (6/5): Pleasant - Quite central and close to the Vatican and Castel St. Angelo, good value for money. To enter the apartment via the provided app provided can be a little bit of headache since the building is old with thick walls the internet won't work as well. The fact that the bathroom was desperate from the bedroom was quite annoying as we had to cross the whole corridor in front of the other rooms to reach our bathroom. Also you could hear the other guests from the other rooms.

• Mahmoud (6/5): Pleasant - They were flexible for checking out There was a washing machine The location was very good to where I want to go It was easy for me to check in with the App The room size is not bad The TV you can connect your Netflix account to watch I had to text to clean the kitchen, the trash was smelly for 2 days, they came to clean after. The bathroom was outside the room where you needed to pass the corridor for it. Wasn't mentioned before. There is no heating working at least in the bathroom, it was so cold sometimes that I need to where extra layer to go and to take a shower I need to think twice. Also there is mold I can see inside the bath, and the drain was clogged. For me the mattress was not comfortable but was ok for my wife.
