• Martina (2/5): Casa molto distante da quella mostrata online - Struttura grande che accoglie molte persone. Sono stati parecchi i disagi incontrati nel nostro soggiorno in questo appartamento. In primo luogo la spazzatura è rimasta accumulata fuori casa da quando siamo arrivati (non è stata smaltita nemmeno quella dei precedenti ospiti). Quando siamo arrivati, durante la fase di check in il cleaner stava ancora facendo le pulizie, che comunque sono state fatte in modo mediocre e sbrigativo. La casa in generale risulta igienicamente poco curata, soprattutto per quanto riguarda il divano che puzza di cane bagnato. Inoltre, la temperatura in casa è sempre molto fredda e rimane intorno ai 18°C. Tuttavia, il disagio maggiore è stata la cucina, non attrezzata per ospitare un gruppo di 11 persone dato che mancano sedie e pentole (ci sono solo 2/3 piccole pentole da 2/4 persone) e il bagno, dato che l’ unico bagno efficiente era quello al piano di sopra (il bagno in cucina era piccolo, freddo e durante la doccia venivano rilasciate scariche di microcorrente). La casa ci è stata fornita con un letto rotto, di cui la proprietà era al corrente… tuttavia non si è mai presa la briga di segnalarcelo. Sempre riprendendo il tema della pulizia i letti erano sporchi, dato che copri materasso e piumone non sono stati cambiati (abbiamo trovato capelli e macchie di vino su un letto). Inoltre trovo ridicolo che un host faccia pagare in sovrapprezzo per asciugamani da bagno e lenzuola, credo che sia uno dei servizi essenziali da fornire.

• Gurinder (10/5): Exceptional - Comfy and nice house, easy check-in and check-out, most of the essential stuff available, car parking available on request. There was small issue came up but owner listened and he fixed up same time. Overall it was great experience as we really enjoy staying there.
• Gwen (10/5): It was definitely worth the money and I will book again - The property was much bigger than we expected and close to everywhere we needed to go Everything was great, the host was very helpful and provided us with food on our arrival
• Katherine (8/5): No fuss clean property - The heating was on so warm and cozy when the weather was terrible. Two bathrooms with 6 people staying was great. Was clean and location was good. We would use again. A mat by the downstairs shower would be useful as wet feet on laminate flooring is slippery. Could not find the WiFi code but as only in there to sleep not a big problem. A couple of door handles just needing some TLC.
