• Luis Ángel (1/5): DECEPCIONANTE - Me gustó Milán, es una ciudad vibrante; pero no me gustó el trato recibido de los propietarios/ gerentes de este alojamiento. AVISO A NAVEGANTES: No cojan este alojamiento porque es una estafa. Vamos a explicarlo... Llegamos al alojamiento y no funcionaba la caldera porque estaba estropeada. Nos tuvimos que duchar todos los días en agua fría. Durante toda nuestra estancia se dedicaron a vacilarnos. Dijeron que nos iban a mandar al técnico de la caldera para arreglarla y estuvimos esperando en dos ocasiones, por si venía, antes de salir a conocer Milán, según lo que nos habían dicho (el técnico nunca aparecio). Los propietarios/gerentes del establecimiento no se presentaron nunca para intesarse o disculparse. No sé nos compenso de ninguna manera. Todo fue muy frío y distante a través de un chat de WhatsApp. Poco interés por atender adecuadamente a un cliente. Son unos sinvergüenzas y unos mentirosos. En situaciones como ésta te das cuenta de la verdadera naturaleza de algunas personas carentes de escrúpulos, ética y buen saber hacer en su trabajo. Gente que no sabe gestionar un negocio y que desprecia a la gente que le da de comer. Continuamos con otros inconvenientes que comentar de la estancia: • La limpieza brillaba por su ausencia en el baño y en la cocina. • Después de usar la ducha olía mal. • Los colchones y las almohadas eran delgadas y blandas. • El mobiliario y el alojamiento en general estaban bastante "trotados". • Para 8 noches de estancia nos dejaron 4 rollos de papel higiénico, 3 dosis de champú y una mini pastilla de jabón. • Se escuchaba la grifería de otros alojamientos. • Se escuchaba pasar a los coches por delante de la entrada, a primera hora de la mañana, cuando la gente salía a trabajar. • La estación de metro más cercana estaba a más de 20 minutos. Pese a todo ello, lo hemos pasado bien. Hemos descubierto una ciudad vibrante, llena de vida, tanto por sus gentes como por la gente que la visita. Hemos realizado la mayor parte de las visitas que teníamos previstas para conocerla.

• trujillo (5/5): Ducha helada - Ubicación, el conserje muy amable y atento, el patio. El diseño y ambientes đel loft. No funcionaba el agua caliente y no la arreglaron en los 5 días que estuvimos. Solo había dos rollos de papel higiénico para tres personas y cinco días. Solo había dos cubiertos y tazas y reservamos para tres. El bandeja del horno estaba sucia. El alojamiento está bien solo necesita un poco más de atención y cuidados.

• Michał (8/5): Good location, clo to city center and good connection via tram (nr 9) to get into the main station - Very good location (shops) and good communication via tram to get into the central station. Working aircondition and WIFI 6 (new router). Host serves with the coffe machine but without the capsules ;) (I've left some for new quests). Mosquitos was very annoing at the property (each of us was hit by 4-5 times per night). Inside was very hot due to the glass entry (please consider to install external blind). Bathroom floor wasn't cleaned enough to host quests. I'd recommend to renovate or clean up the shower (tiles).

• Юлія (3/5): Poor - When we arrived, they didn’t provide us with towels, toilet paper, or other basic items. Instead, there were bags with dirty sheets. After some time they gave us towels and toilet paper. The Wi-Fi didn’t work, and they didn’t give us the remote control for the air conditioner. I messaged them five times about these issues, but they ignored me. They simply hadn’t paid for the internet, so we had no connection. The apartment was also very hot, but in an effort to save money, they refused to give us the remote control for the air conditioner.
• Andrew (9/5): Location, location, location. A great base from which to explore Milan. - The location is excellent. Trams stop right outside the apartment; it’s walking distance to the cafes and market around Navigli canals. Also possible to walk to the Duomo. The apartment was as described and sits next to an inner courtyard so is quiet and secure. The property manager was quick to respond to messages. We could not get the door code to work and so waited for a resident to open the doors to the courtyard. Once in getting the keys and accessing the apartment was no problem.
• Laura (8/5): It was quite good. - It was spacious, location was nice. The instructions on how to get the key were unclear because it was not in the place where it was told it should be so it was stressful because we arrived at night and the customer service didn’t work at that time, also there were no cleaning tools for the dishes- it was uncomfortable, also because it was a loft- I would recommend writing the second-floor height because there was a lot of head bumping.
• Petrova (6/5): It was pleasant the location was perfect the price was fair enough - In the morning i wrote the host that we have some Problem With hot water it did not run in our condo they answered the messages and solved that problem very fast 🙂 We had some issues about finding the key and also when we asked a question it was at 9 pm no one answered that was not good because we would probably have a big problem and they did not answer so we were tired of the travel and could no one find also to help us about something but at the end we managed to get the keys because the instructions were not correct they did not mention that inside the black box are the keys and you have to open it so please describe more specific how to find the keys for other guests in the future 🙂
• Anna (9/5): Superb - Everything was good, but be ready that flat doesn’t have all necessary things for cooking (salt, pepper, oil, etc.). Kitchen itself equipped very well. All in all, it was a great experience
• Caitlin (8/5): Very good - Open plan space The instructions to get into the property were clear however we didn’t know there was a member of staff unsure if he was security because of the language barrier. I think if we had been left to find the key etc following the instructions emailed to us it would have been fine but I presume he was trying to help but didn’t give us chance to just read the instructions. It made it slightly stressful with the language barrier and he was asking to see pictures of our accommodation ( we didn’t realise he worked there at this point , as a group of three girls we didn’t want to show a strange man a picture of our accommodation)
• James (6/5): Fine for one night - The apartment is spacious and really well located, 5 minutes walk from the canals with nice bars and restaurants. The air-conditioning unit did not appear to work and the mezzanine with the bed on was too low. The apartment is not decorated in any real way and there is water damage on the ceiling. The boiler and pipping is exposed. The shower did not appear to allow you to switch to the ceiling shower rather than the hand held shower. The check in is quite complicated and compared to other places we stayed.
• Katerina (10/5): Exceptional - It was very clean and organised. The neighbourhood was beautiful and our room was comfortable.
