• Hala (9/5): Enjoyable, clean and spacious - Great apartment for a big group travelling to Bansko for a ski trip. 4 double bedrooms and a sofa bed - perfect for a big group. Nice outside space as well. About a 10/15 minute walk to the gondola.
• Stuhl (10/5): - It was a very comfortable and spacious apartment! There is no elevator and we had to carry down all the luggages 2 1/2 flights of steps
• vivian (6/5): - There was lots of room in the apartment and the beds were very comfortable. It was too warm in the apartment. There were no dish towels, few toilet paper rolls .. Thee was one set of towels for the week.

• Elisenda (6/5): Nice apartment with limited facilities - Nice apartment for 8 people and good parking area next to it. Property management was very nice and clear entrance instructions The appartment was not really ready for 8 people, there were not even 8 forks. Water draining system doesn’t work properly which made shower an interesting experience as water starts to accumulate. Also providing two toilett paper rolls for 8 people 4 nights is an unnecessary stinginess

• Valentin (10/5): A great place for a large group. - Everything was clean and tidy, the host is very responsive and managed to sort out everything in time.

The apartment is great, clean and new with super location, 10min walk to center, there is parking in front of the building. We were two families and had great time, the apartment is fully equipped and very comfortable. Highly recommend!

• Filomena (8/5): - Καθαρό καινούργιο ζεστό όμορφο Δεν έβρισκα πάρκινγκ, έξω ήταν όλα μέσα στις λάσπες και από το εργοτάξιο απέναντι είχε όλα καρφια Σκάλες κ μακριά για να κουβαλήσουμε τις βαλίτσες Και άσχημη μυρωδιά από τις αποχέτευσης στα πίσω δωμάτια !
• HOTEL AKROPOL *** (10/5): - Το αρνητικό είναι ότι τα 2 υπνοδωμάτια και τα μπάνια, δεν έχουν ούτε παράθυρο και έτσι δεν έχει καθόλου αερισμό.Θα έπρεπε να το αναφέρετε.

• Mila (7/5): - Апартамента е добре оборудван, с много приятна градина. На около 20 минутки пеша от центъра на града. Кошчето за боклук в кухнята не беше почистено и препълнено с боклуци. Кърпите и чаршафите ни бяха влажни, някои даже мокри и тъй като пристигнахме вечерта, първата нощувка не беше никак комфортна. Две от спалните нямат прозорци.

• Dean (8/5): A 5 star property in a 2 star location, it felt like living on a building site. - The apartment was exactly as described in the pictures on Booking, very nice and comfortable. I would give the accommodation 5 stars. It is approximately 15 minutes walk from the gondola and the town centre. The local area leaves a lot to be desired. The roads are unfinished and there are several derelict building developments that look totally abandoned. If you have children keep an eye on them, these abandoned building sites could be dangerous. Also the host communication skills need addressing. I understand English is not their first language but the fact they did not return my messages a number of times lead to an uncomfortable confrontation with cleaning staff on our last day.

There is everything you need in the kitchen, and big dining room for fine dinner. Pastoral location on the banks of the river, few minutes walk from the forest make this silent place exceptional. Nko is very helpful for any problem. We had a good time. The windows were only in the guest room and one of the bed rooms. The rest 2 bed rooms were without windows.

• Oats (10/5): Excellent host and stunning apartment! - We had a lovely stay here, The apartment was stunning! Brand new, beautifully decorated and well furnished. The apartment was large with a lovely outdoor area, comfy beds and a perfect living space for relaxing after a day skiing with a smart TV to enjoy on your quiet nights. Nick was a brilliant host as well. Although when we arrived there was an issue which was completely out of Nicks control with our original apartment. Nick arranged an alternative in the same building to cover our first couple of nights while the issue was fixed. The alternative was also to an extremely high standard. Nick was lovely, super helpful and quick to respond. He worked fast to sort the issue in our apartment and we were able to spend most of our trip in our original apartment. Couldn't have asked for a more comfortable stay in such a clean and modern appartment. Would highly recommend!!
• Caroline (9/5): Excellent, modern and spacious apartment in a great location. - Everything was so new and very spacious for the two families of 2 adults and 2 children which were in our party. It was great that every room had its own bathroom and plenty of room for us to sit at night and relax. The location was handy for the Gondola and town. The owners were so friendly and came to help us a couple of times when we needed help. The complex is not finished quite yet so there are building site noises but that didn’t bother us as the apartment itself is lovely.

The apartment was true to its online portrayal, as it closely resembled the images presented. The apartment was very clean and hot. Each room had its own private bathroom The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped, offering everything needed for cooking. Very good location Free parking The host was very welcoming and accommodating, contributing to a pleasant and enjoyable stay.
• Γκιώνης (9/5): Great! - It was full of everything an actual household needs, from spare towels to washing machine and dryer, even Bluetooth speaker, wine and tea Although not that important, the bed mattress was thin and soft and of the rooms, 4 bedrooms and living room, only 1 bedroom and the living room had windows or doors to the outside. Of course we were mostly out of the room so not that important, or bad at all.
