• Zakaria (9/5): - I liked everything. Markus was very kind to give us an early check in and also instructed the cleaner to clean our Apartment first and handover it. We checked in at 12 noon.The apartment was just 5 minutes walk to the tram stop. There are Halal meat shop & Lidl around the tram stop. Everything was very good. Thank you Markus and your team. If I come to Linz again I would like to book your place again.

• Linda (10/5): Alles prima, würden wiederkommen. - Sehr gut. Tolle Lage, alles da was man braucht. Seife im Bad wäre noch ein kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag ;) Es gab nichts.

• Tina (10/5): Sehr feine, schön sanierte Wohnung. Empfehlung und gerne wieder! - Wir waren in einer schön sanierten Altbauwohnung (Top 5) untergebracht, die sehr nett eingerichtet war. Die Küche war voll ausgestattet. Sogar die Kaffeemaschine (Vollautomat) war für uns befüllt. Das Badezimmer verfügte über eine sehr feine, begehbare Dusche. Der Vermieter war nett und wir durften auch etwas später auschecken. Kommunikation im Vorfeld war sehr gut, da wir später ankamen und problemlos via Schlüsseltresor einchecken konnten. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Eine ehrliche Empfehlung und gerne wieder!
• Oksana (10/5): - Die Apartments sind sehr sauber und warm, die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und das Bett ist bequem mit frischer Bettwäsche. Der Vermieter ist hilfsbereit und war stets erreichbar.

• Pavla (9/5): Great apartment in walking distance to the center of Linz - Great apartment. Check-in was easy, just get the key from a box, and put it back at check-out. The location is good, just about 20 mins walk to the train station and also to the city center, I didn't need to use public transport. The neighbourhood looked quiet, no major noise or safety issues. There was everything necessary in the apartment - kitchen had a lot of dishes, cleaning supplies and all appliances one could need, bathroom had shower gel, everything looked just like the pictures. The apartment was clean and looks new-ish. The owners are really nice and made me feel welcome. It would be nice to have two towels, I had to dry my hands using the big towel as there was only one provided. Also maybe the apartment could use a bit bigger clean-up sometimes, like cleaning behind furniture or inside of it (some drawers looked a bit dusty). But it was nothing major, all the things people usually use were very clean.

• Réka (10/5): - I loved this newly and nicely refurbished, very clean apartment! Walkable distance from both city center and train station in residential area. Very well equipped, there is even a dishasher. Hosts were super responsive, flexible and helpful. It would be nice to have towel hangers. No oven (but there is grill in the microwave).

The apartment wasn’t clean when we arrived, but we quickly found out there had been a misunderstanding with the cleaning lady and the owners immediately showed up to handle the problem. They were very responsive and apologetic for the mess.
• Dominik (10/5): - Das man die Straße nicht hörte obwohl es neben einer sehr befahrenen Hauptstraße war. Es waren Flecken in der Couch das Gebäude gesamt war sehr gruselig. Diese Metalltüre im ersten Stock wie in einen Gefängnis. Es war sehr gruselig
