Guest Reviews
- Mandy (10/5): Exceptional - The host is excellent - response very quickly to questions and very helpful. The neighborhood is lovely and close to major attractions. Strongly recommended this place. Nothing :)
- Tarun (8/5): Very good - Homely apartment. Lots of little things broken, like door knobs. Location is not in a great part of Athens.
- Sims (8/5): A good stay in a very clean and well decorated apartment - I arrived very late and then I didn't have the full address so got to the point of the Museum and then was lost. I was aimlessly walking about, I think it must have been 12:30 am (I had no wifi). I was trying to hail a taxi down and then one of them stopped and the drove up the road for a 2-minute drive. He was then like where to. We had to call the host from the taxi driver's phone 1 am-, and she answered. I was very apologetic about such a late call and the host was very courteous and gave me the address again. Thankfully arrived in one piece 20 Euros later.
Took the key from the safe box and got into the flat. It was very neat and tidy and everything you could need was available. The host was kind to leave a pack of biscuits and some bottled water in the fridge. Also very responsive to messages. It served the purpose well for a sightseeing trip and the location was relatively close to the central town. Not a problem as these things happen.
I tried to use the handheld shower one day when the water was not getting hot and the two parts separated as soon as I lifted it off the handlebar.
The lamp on one side did not work.
- Paul (10/5): Stay was exceptional except getting to it through booking.com was a disaster. -
- Rebeca (9/5): Everything great! - We were very confortable in the apartment. Everything was very clean, new and had everything we needed. I was sick the first day and had to stay the entire day there, I could watch Netflix and felt like at home, so that's very good when you don't feel very well. Bed was super comfy and the bedroom dark enough to sleep very well. The hosts also left some milk, coffee and chocolate that was very appreciated. I visited Athens before, and I have to say that this neighbourhood was our favourite in Athens. Lots of restaurants, bars and nice places around. The apartment overall is really quiet. Although, the bedroom faces the back and it is indeed quiet, one of the neighbours was very noisy until very late in our last day, but the hosts listened to us and were very emphatic.

- Michael (9/5): Convenient stay in a vibrant part of Athens - Downtown location close to many sightseeing spots, a bunch of good restaurants, cafes and bars as well as public transportation. Gaya is a very nice and responsive host. Would definitely recommend this place for people searching for a convenient accommodation and planning to explore Athens‘ sites and atmosphere.
