• OTHMAN (8/5): للاسف لن اهود واجراءات الدخول مع مبلغ التأمين على هذا الشكل - النظافة وواسعة وموظفي الاستقبال وتعاملهم اللطيف خصوصا الرجال للاسف تأخر شديد في اجراءات الدخول جلست اكثر من نصف ساعة عشان ادخل لاتجد موظف الاستقبال او ينشغل مع غيرك وتأخر ممل ايضا مبلغ التأمين شي جديد علينا وانتظر عاد متى يرجع 😡

• Abdulmohsen (4/5): - قد يكون النظافه ولا اجراءات الدخول كانت الاطول اخذت قرابه الساعه ، غرفه ب اطلاله سيئه ونوافذ متسخه ، لا يوجد مواقف بالخارج ومدخل الفندق يتقفل من زبائن مطعم ملاصق ، والفندق لا يهتم بهذا الامر. ، تم طلب تعديل الغرفه موظف خذمة العملاء يقول لا يتوفر وفي موقع بوكينج متوفر اكثر من ثلاث غرف شاغره ، روائح طبخ من مطعم ملاصق تجربه لن تتكرر ، يكفي انك توصل للفندق ما تحصل موقف ومدخل الفندق موقفه فيه سياره

• HRLG (7/5): A Comfortable, Home-Style Stay with Notable Pros and Cons. - What I liked about the stay was the home-like, cozy atmosphere, which made it especially comfortable and suitable for families. The apartment was well-equipped with useful home appliances, We booked the largest apartment available, and it was truly spacious, offering ample room to relax and move around comfortably. Overall, the property provided a pleasant, family-friendly environment with good facilities! However, there are several areas that require improvement. Service response times were slow for basic amenities such as tissues, towels, and similar essentials. These delays appeared to stem from a lack of proper internal communication between staff and management. Additionally, all service requests had to be made via WhatsApp, as there was no in-room intercom system to directly contact reception, which made the process less efficient i.e slow. The building also lacks adequate sound insulation, resulting in noticeable traffic noise especially during office hours, as the property is located on Olaya Street, one of the busiest roads in Riyadh. This significantly affected the level of peace and quiet during most of the time of the stay. The staff would benefit from further/proper training to improve coordination and overall service efficiency. It is also worth noting that services are not available 24/7, operating instead from 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM. Another point is the absence of a musallah (prayer room) within the building. While the nearest mosque is approximately a 500-meter walk and manageable for many guests, having an on-site musallah would be far more convenient particularly for elderly guests, disabled individuals, and travelers who may be tired, and the lighting in the room could've been improved as it was somewhat dim. Additionally, the basement parking area requires better maintenance, as there was a noticeable amount of dust. The windows in both the room and the living area also need regular cleaning, as dust and dirt reduced the clarity of the outside view. Improving housekeeping in these areas would significantly enhance the overall guest experience. Aside from these points, the stay was enjoyable overall, and the property has strong potential. I hope these aspects are addressed before our next visit, and we look forward to seeing positive improvements in the future. Thanks!

• Nasser (1/5): من اسوء الفنادق اللي سكنتها … لو ساكن بمخيم انظف - ولاااشي ايجابي مع الاسف كل شي قديم ووصخ كل شي سيء لا غرف نظيفه .. الاثاث قديم .. الحمامات من اقدم شي بالحياة البيسمنت وصخ له سنوات مااتنظف وصعب الدخول له مافيه فطور خدمات سيئه مايستاهل حتى نص نجمة ابدا ماانصح احد يسكنه مع الاسف مثل هالفنادق عندنا بالسعوديه

• AHMED (4/5): Not worth to have other visit for such company brand - 1-Location closed to must popular places . 2-Front desk people were polite. 1-Policy was not implemented fairly late checked in due for late gust went out and when I asked for one to two hours during check out wasn’t cooperative at all. 2Hygiene on bathrooms 3-My car was hit by security drop bar cause scratches in my car and property did nothing.
