• Becetti (7/5): - the location is perfect and just near to big avenue of buenos aires and just a few minutes on feet from the milano centrale the appartement was clean and well equiped the neighhours were very friendly and the staff was very kind and helpfull the bathroom needs some restoration and the kitchen hood needs to be fixed
• Karolina (4/5): Słaby. - Lokalizacja w porządku, okolica trochę obskurna, ale cały Mediolan jest taki. Kuchnia ok, jest mikrofala, kuchnia gazowa, podstawowe przybory. Czysta pościel, w miarę wygodne łóżko. Ogromny plus za człowieka, który ogarnia kontakt z klientem (Luigi). Zero problemów, odpowiada na każde pytanie sprawnie i zna się na rzeczy. Łazienka wymaga gruntownego remontu. Wanna skandaliczna, zardzewiała, kotary brudne. Smród w mieszkaniu. Żeby otworzyć rolety w oknie w dużym pokoju potrzeba silnego mężczyzny. Ściany brudne, wymagają malowania. Wejście do obiektu też nie lada wyzwanie - potrzeba klikać w link, żeby drzwi się otworzyły.

• Olga (9/5): Удобное расположение, и ещё: посудомоечная машина и кондиционеры. - Review for the apartment at Via Garofalo 19, Milan What we really liked was the spaciousness of the two rooms and the fact that the windows face both sides, one of which overlooks a small beautiful garden with a fountain. A huge advantage is the presence of two air conditioners. Another delight was the constant availability of hot water. It was great that the tap water was drinkable. The presence of a dishwasher was also a big plus, saving us a lot of time. There was a sufficient amount of detergent for both the dishwasher and the washing machine. It's also excellent that there is a bidet. It was nice to have a coffee machine and microwave, and even coffee capsules were provided. The concierge was very polite and always friendly. He also kindly helped us understand how to sort the waste properly. During the day, neighbors could be heard quite clearly, but at night it was quiet enough. It was very pleasant to find the bed already made. The bed itself was comfortable to sleep on, although the sofa had a protruding part that interfered with a good night's sleep, so you had to find a comfortable position. The internet worked throughout the apartment, with stable and fast speed. There are cafes and shops nearby. The metro and central train station are within walking distance. We even walked to the city center of Milan. What could be improved: adding more knives, scissors, and wine glasses. Also, the electricity meter could be upgraded — the power would cut out when running the air conditioner and washing machine at the same time. A laundry basket for carrying washed clothes would also be helpful. We liked the apartment. We would probably choose it again. And we would definitely recommend it to friends and acquaintances. Some areas were dusty, but overall the apartment was clean. I can’t say how clean the floors were since we used our own slippers. The dishwasher wasn’t cleaning dishes properly because the filter was completely clogged. I cleaned it, and now the dishes come out clean, but the filter should be cleaned from time to time.
• Saadi (5/5): Good location,old from inside need repairing - Good location,near to markets and shops , easy access to public transportation , Luigi was helpful and respectful but our apartment was old from inside , need renewing , wood floors need repairmen , a lot of mosquitoes and bed bugs were ,bath rooms wasn’t too good some broken equipment like shower, the shower/bathtub was dirty and the walls next to the bathtub were dirty…

• Emily (6/5): Awful bathroom - Location was good, very close to the metro, restaurants and supermarket, while also being quiet. The apartment was a good size and mostly clean. The bathroom was mouldy and the bathtub was dirty. There was hardly any water pressure in the shower, it was nearly impossible to wash. The listing stated there is a lift, which there is inside the building but in order to get to the lift you have to go down stairs! There was no cafetiere for coffee, only a coffee pod machine.

• Malisa (7/5): Good value for Milan. There are curtain levers hidden on the sides inside the walls. - I liked that it had security services, which helped me feel safe. Staff were available to answer any questions we had. The washroom needs to be updated. The running water in the toilet is disruptive during the night. The living room AC does leak, but staff was available via WhatsApp to direct us on how to stop it. The AC in the bedroom is blocked by the closet so the air does not flow easily in the room. Maybe change the closet unit to be shorter.

• Romilda (8/5): Very good - Overall, the apartment's location was quite convenient and the facilities were great. The sound of the leaking toilet was not that disturbing for us but environmentally speaking, so much water was wasted on a daily basis and it's a real pity. Plus, the apartment could really use some curtains that are not that transparent. We woke up quite early every day due to the light that was coming in.

• Karolina (8/5): Very good - The apartment was spacious and in great location. The host was very helpful. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom - the constant running water in the toilet and the walls, the blinds are quite noisy.

The water from the toilet bazin haven’t stop and made noise all the way to the living room. Because of the lack of the kitchen door, it was cold in the living room.

White linen and towels, all necessary utensils. tablets for dishwashing and washing machines, even little containers for food! location is also perfect - M station, 24 hours parking, few supermarkets, a lot of restaurants are in walking distance.
• Michael (7/5): Very nice appartament, cool building. - Location, Host representative, quality building, guarded(day) or locked(night) entrance. Apartaments need some small stuff fixing.
• Kurczas (4/5): Nice and quiet location but troublesome host - The apartment is very well situated in a quiet and safe-looking neighbourhood. It's well communicated - just 500m from metro and bus station, 300m to Carrefour market and 200m to a cafe. It's big enough to fit a family of four and has a well enough equipped kitchen with all necessary items needed to cook a quick meal. Top quality WiFi is worth mentioning. The overall pleasent stay was ruined first by the host who didn't inform us about hidden costs of 25 Euro for arrival after 7pm (on our request it's added to the page now) and then by mistake withdrew the payment twice while paying back incorrect amount. If Booking didn't intervene and pay the difference, the host wouldn't help saying it's all correct. Explaining this to Booking took quite some time - thanks for their help! Also, during the stay each day the construction crew started their loud work at 7am. Nobody's fault, though I suspect it's been going on for a few weeks so some notice would be nice but the host didn't provide any info about / didn't even say sorry. Finally, the prize to quality ratio is below average taking all pros and cons.

• Jacek (9/5): Everything went alright and I can fully recommend both Hosts and apartment. - We've got all the necessary products needed in apartment. Also the hosts were very responsive and we were able to reach a compromise when needed. I believe that there were no significant problems that are worth mentioning here.
• Renāte (7/5): Cosy, clean and nice apartment that we enjoyed. - Easy check-in, check-out. Clean, nice, safe apartment with equipped kitchen, 2 air conditioners, suitable for 4 people. Close to metro and city center. Mostly everything was wonderful, but there are some things that where a bit annoying. Dripping air conditioner in the living room next to the electricity socket, running water in the toilet bowl that cannot be turned off. Only 2 toilet paper rolls for 4 people for 6 day stay. No paper towels, no capsules for dishwasher, no shampoo or shower gel, no cooking oil, so we had to buy most of these things.
