• Luciano (5/5): - Appartamento prenotato su Booking con self check-in. Il giorno stesso, non avendo ricevuto istruzioni, ho scritto tramite l’app intorno alle 13:30. La risposta è stata che più tardi mi avrebbe contattato su WhatsApp. Il messaggio con tutte le informazioni è arrivato alle 15:35, considerando che il check-in era previsto dalle 16. Il parcheggio non si trova presso l’abitazione ma a circa 5 minuti a piedi. L’appartamento è spazioso, un po’ vecchiotto ma pulito, e vicino al centro, che resta sicuramente il punto forte. Il bagno aveva una piccola finestrella non ermetica che dava in una tromba interna del palazzo: aprendola dopo la doccia per far uscire l’umidità ho notato che anche altri due condomini avevano lo stesso sbocco. In basso, all’altezza dell’ingresso, era presente molta spazzatura e da lì è entrato subito un odore fortissimo e molto sgradevole di urina stagnante. Inoltre, seguendo per errore la posizione dell’appartamento sul navigatore, siamo entrati in zona centro storico con l’auto, con il rischio di una multa. Ho chiesto informazioni al proprietario, che mi ha detto che il giorno dopo avrebbe chiesto al municipio. L’indomani, riscrivendogli, mi ha detto che non avevano saputo dargli risposte precise; sinceramente non so se si sia effettivamente informato. Ho anche chiesto se fosse possibile tenere il parcheggio oltre l’orario di check-out: prima fino alle 14 (non possibile), poi fino alle 12, ma c’è stato un evidente fraintendimento e alla fine ho lasciato tutto prima delle 10, parcheggiando l’auto in un parcheggio a pagamento. Per la colazione erano disponibili solo caffè e tisane. Nel complesso, a parte la buona posizione, la gestione e alcuni aspetti pratici potrebbero essere migliorati.

Apartment was clean and comfortable The apartment was a little dated and the furniture could be upgraded. • Alba (6/5): - La ubicación sin duda es perfecta al lado del piso hay un supermercado día y estas andando a un paso de todo. Para mí esta carta también la comodidad de las camas y aunque no utilizamos el garaje la posibilidad de disponer de él es un puntazo, pero ojo con que coche vas ya que el centro de Málaga tiene zona de bajas emisiones y no puedes acceder libremente con cualquier coche. Me ha parecido un detalle tener un pequeño libro con los puntos de interés a visitar al igual que restaurantes. También me gustó que tuviese cafetera con las cápsulas, me pareció un bonito detalle aunque no sé si era de huéspedes anteriores pero se agradeció. En resumen es un piso que recomendaría por el precio que tiene aunque haya cosas que actualizaría. Sentí que había detalles que denotaban que quizás el piso no había sido revisado personalmente antes de que lleguen los huespedes ya que a pesar de que te pasas la mayor parte del tiempo fuera, cuando llegas a casa y quieres poner la televisión te encuentras con que no funciona y revisando ves que las pilas del mando están más que oxidadas y tienes que salir al día que está cerca del piso a comprar unas nuevas. Es cierto que el dueño se ofreció a pagarmelas y yo no quise pero es el detalle de no fijarte en ese detalle. Se ve que no se usa mucho porque el menú también estaba en inglés y lo he tenido que cambiar al castellano. (Ya hay más comentarios al respecto sobre esto lo que indica que no se ha revisado ese punto) No es importante pero son detalles a mejorar. Actualizaría la tostadora porque se veía que no se había limpiado en mucho tiempo y es bastante antigua lo que puede dar lugar a un susto eléctrico.(También ya hay comentarios sobre esto) He querido ser totalmente honesta a mi experiencia y desde luego es un piso que recomendaría a pesar de esos pequeños puntos de mejora.

• LUIS (10/5): Podría repetir - Importante tuvimos parking disponible, no en el mismo edificio pero no muy lejano Nos gustó el apartamento, bien ubicado, prácticamente usamos para dormir y desayunos. Se agradece para desayunar nos dejaron cápsulas de café para todos, los tres días y Tostador (personalmente lo cambiaría por uno nuevo más seguro, cualquier día tienen un disgusto o incendio por estar expuesta resistencia) Todas las dependencias con ventilación natural. Los dormitorios y salón dan a calle tiene doble ventana, como fuimos en noviembre dormimos estupendamente (sin ruido con ventana cerrada) Es un primero alto sin ascensor (no echamos en falta) Termo ACS suficiente que da para todos Salón amplio, luminoso y con mesa auxiliar comedor con a/a. Sofá chaise longue cómodo. Pequeñas memeces: tan solo cito no como crítica si como posibles mejoras como disponer servilletas, papel cocina, , pilas para el mando de la tele (deben estar gastadas), vajilla escasa pero suficiente. Las toallas podrían mejorarse. El escobero water se debe cambiar.

• Elisabeth (8/5): Spacious Central Apartment - Spacious living space, clean, very good access info via key box. Quite a quiet area, restaurant below closes before midnight. Overall very pleasant and convenient to town centre. Roof terrace on photos is not accessble. Noise from apartment above was loud at times.

Waste pipe on sink also fell off and soaked kitchen floor (and our feet). Luckily the cleaner had arrived and let herself into flat 45 minutes before check out time so we were able to show her. She then sat on the stairs outside until we left - a bit strange but she was very nice.

Very quiet area next to all interesting sites. The flat it’s in good conditions and well equipped. Very tidy and clean. Very good value for little money. Excellent communication with the owner and very helpful. Everything was ok.

Having access to parking was a great plus in this area. The apartment is very clean, fully equipped, and functional.

• Ewellyne (8/5): Good place to stay in Málaga - Great location. Nearby we could find good restaurants, drugstore and a grocery store. We could walk to the most important touristic places of the city. The parking lot is close and we could park near the apartment to take our luggage upstairs. The host was very nice and helpful. The apartment was clean, cozy and comfortable. It was also warm and spacious. The washer machine was convenient. The kitchen had a smell that bothered us a bit. So we kept its door closed most of the time.

It is also only a few doors away from restaurant Buenavista one of the most popular in Malaga. If I'm going to be a bit picky the cereal bowls have seen better days and there are no proper wine glasses.

Host have guide about local restaurants and how to get to parking. Two things I didn't like - host can send code for keys in advance don't need to wait for last hour. I arrived without internet connection so couldn't check my what's app for code. Another one, one of bed doesn't connect to a wall which causes some discomfort.

• Rumiko (6/5): Pleasant - Good location. Many touristic places is in walking distance. Host is so helpful. No lift available. Door key may have a mechanical issue so that we spent about one day to become familiar with how to open it and hesitated to go out. There are many facilities available at this apartment but most of them looks old, for example, microwave is yellow with age and the table was not turning around so we felt concerned when we prepared breakfast.
• Uni (7/5): Good location, but certainly not recommended. - The apartment was run down and dark. Clean but, for instance the kitchen facilities were very poor. The two bowls that we had to use for breakfast, were very old, one was cracked and the other had a big chip in it . The small coffee pot was black and brown at the bottom. The microwave was very old and the outside of it was yellow with age. So we just had some cereal for breakfast and went out for our other meals. The bathroom was also very shabby with an old plastic shower curtain around the bath, I did not use it during our stay. The sofa was discoloured with age and very shabby. The whole apartment needs updating.

At home we are used to a super king sized bed and found the double bed rather small. But it was clean and comfortable.

Great value for money, can only recommend!The host Alejandro is an example of a great host! Picked us up at the parking garage (EUR 15 per night) and brought us to the apartment. Sofa might be a bit older, kitchen is simple, roof terrace could be turned into a much more beautiful place and better maintained
