- Danielle (9/5): Would defo stay again - The bed was incredibly comfy and the general ambience and lighting and facilités all very nice! Location was great too! Just quite a few stairs to get in and out and the sofa wasn’t the comfiest and the shower not amazing

- Larissa (9/5): Super schöne Unterkunft. Nette Gastgeberin. Eine schöne und ruhige Lage. Sehr zu empefelen. - Super schöne Unterkunft. Wie auf den Bilder. Bus und Bahn in der Nähe. Alles kann man innerhalb 30-40 Minuten erreichen(London Eye). Schöne und sichere Umgebung. In der Nacht nicht laut. Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Super 👍🏽
- Nikola (9/5): I love London. Lost my passport lol - Great and spacious apartment with everything you need already in it. The peanut butter was a life saver on the first night :D We tried making the heating work since the nights were a bit colder for us, but we couldn't turn it on
- Jacqui (9/5): - Great location, very clean. Helpful host. Mirror lacking in bedroom!
- Louisa (10/5): Peaceful stay in buzzy Hoxton - Perfectly located in Hoxton, surrounded by great places to eat and drink as well as several serious galleries and the Museum of the Home, yet still quiet at night. It's an easy walk to two train lines and many buses that will get you wherever you need to go - and so much is walkable as well! Lucy is a responsive and lovely host and the flat is comfortable, airy and bright. I'll definitely be back. ---
- Jacqueline (10/5): -
- Mhairi (9/5): Lovely appartment - Great little set up. Everything you could need. Lucy was great and let us drop our bags off before check in as well Shower head was a little annoying to use wouldn’t stay at the right angle to shower under it.

- Parminder (8/5): Very good -
- Paul (10/5): Exceptional -
- Einar (8/5): Very good - The facility. Too long away from the subway.
- Jessica (6/5): Lovely apartment but location not safe in the evening for females or kids. - The decor and vibe inside were awesome. Thank you so much. The downfall for me is I slept in the front room and it is very noisy all night so I didn't get much sleep. There is an ATM machine down below and it was very busy Friday night! :) The inside of the apartment was lovely decorated. The area is not safe at night for kids. There was a gang where I parked my car so didn't feel at ease. And, there was no market which was a shame (or it was a smallish one) but noisy 24/7. Maybe get different windows in the future? maybe no kids. Better location. Near a lot of council flats with gangs. Near an ATM and newsagent which was loud all night and all morning. No Underground near by. Couldn't walk out at night as not safe.
- Kerry (8/5): Beautiful apartment, good location, minor damp problems in December with bad weather. - Apartment was absolutely beautiful. Exactly like the pictures and the area has plenty of shops. The Underground is about a 10 minute walk away and there are food takeaways and cafes in the area. There was a damp problem under the middle window in the living room which made it hard to keep the room warm. I informed the owner who said it was just condensation due to the bad weather. It wasn't, it was black and I had to scrub the brickwork because my daughter had chicken pox so we told the owner not to risk coming so I just set pics and a video instead.
Also the communal entrance from the street is very dark, with broken tiles which is difficult to navigate when you have a small child and shopping with no lights.
- Barbara (10/5): Exceptional -
- Francesco (10/5): Exceptional - The flat is situated in a central area of London and you reach the city on foot. There are lots of local shops and places to eat and thhe area is quiet. The flat is beautiful and comfortable: very cozy. Also incredibly clea.
- Karen (8/5): Lovely relaxed stay - Bright and clean and easy to find
- Anonymous (7/5): Good -
- Fernando (7/5): Good - Cozy apartment and clean, with all tools needed to spend some days.
Even a little bit far from city center, there are several buses by 5 or 10 minutes walking (depending destination) and subway by 10m walking. Entrance of the building and apartment is very dark and dirty.
Apartment floor is old so it is noisy when walking.
- Rowan (9/5): Superb -
- Lisa (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sylvia (9/5): The place was clean,well-equipped and the service was professional and helpful.I highly recommend :) -
- Alison (8/5): Very good - Lovely spacious flat in a relatively convenient location. It's close to the train station for daily travel but a bit of a hike if you're managing luggage. The flat was clean, modern, and comfortable with a great amount of room and the amenities one needs to be comfortable. The bedroom was quite cold at night
- Remy (10/5): Exceptional -
- James (10/5): Exceptional -
- Chris (8/5): Very good -
- Reece (6/5): Pleasant - Very clean and very spacious, can hold 4 with sofa bed pulled out. The floors are very thin from upstairs apartment. A lot of noise during night time.
- Victoria (10/5): Perfect for a short getaway, great location with great local cafes and easy transport links. Comfy beds, good amenities. - Gorgeous apartment, clean, light, airy. The kitchen was well equipped for our stay, very comfy beds. Easy and friendly communication with Lucy.
- Celia (10/5): We had a wonderful time. The apartment is clean, spacious and in a great spot. - Great spot, clean, good amenities. Nothing!
- Dickinson (6/5): Lovely apartment, very clean and well presented, right by Hoxton Market, best suited for two though. - The apartment was very clean and well presented. Some lovely welcoming touches such as cold water and milk in the fridge, snacks, a general supply of food and toiletries which were much appreciated. As it was hot the fan was very welcomed too. Distinct lack of mirrors. We booked the apartment as somewhere to stay for our daughters wedding, which the host was aware of. Really needed a long mirror and portable mirror(s) with magnifying side. Three adults getting ready at the same time was hard with the lack of mirrors. The bed room has no dressing table and no mirrors at all. These would have made our stay much more comfortable.
Also, I added a knife to the kitchen as there were only steak knives which served only to shred toast! Can't butter toast with a steak knife! Not many power sockets, perhaps an extension lead?
The bolt on the shower head didn't fit the shower holder so it kept falling out, this really should be sorted as the shower head landed on us more than once.
Perhaps best suited for two persons rather than three as there was no privacy for the person on the sofa bed.
I know these all sound a bit picky, but all added up to a few frustrations with an otherwise lovely apartment
- Péter (9/5): Superb - Very nice, clean, well equipped aparment, good location.
- Kevin (10/5): Great stuff! - Great apartment and location. The host, Lucy, was a pleasure to talk to if we had any queries.
- Ciaran (9/5): Superb -
- Richard (10/5): Exceptional -
- Laura (8/5): lovely apartment once inside had everything you could need - comfortable bed, well presented inside the property, lots of extras which made a lovely touch. the entrance area to the flat
- Neil (9/5): just the best. - great layout, plenty of kitchen equipment, considerate thought with basic food options, Great to cook-in, very clean, comfy bed, great location for Hoxton and Shoreditch. sofa and tv configuration, that said it was easy to rotate sofa 90 degrees, problem solved. Entrance is not the best, broken communal tiles, damaged communal cupboard door, pooling rain water. (freeholder responsibility rather than apartment owner). once through the apartment door all was good.
- Sudhey (10/5): amazing. thank you Lucy!! - Cute apartment in a great location. Comfortable and clean. would definitely rebook. cleanliness
